Roles of protein kinase C in oocyte meiotic maturation and fertilization

Protein kinase C (PKC) is a superfamily of Ser/Thr protein kinases that is distributed widely in eukaryotes. It plays key regulatory roles at multiple steps of oocyte meiotic maturation and fertilization. During the process of meiotic maturation, the activation of PKC in cumulus cells stimulates meiotic maturation, whereas the activation of PKC in oocytes results in the inhibition of germinal vesicle breakdown. PKC activity increases following the meiotic maturation, and decreases at the transition of metaphase/anaphase in meiosis Ⅰ, so as to facilitate the release of the first polar body and the entry of meiosis Ⅱ. In fertilization of mammalian oocytes, PKC may act as one of the downstream targets of Ca 2+ to stimulate the cortical granule exocytosis, release the oocytes from Mil arrest and to induce pronucleus formation. PKC is also involved in the regulation of maturation promoting factor (MPF) and mitogen-activated protein kinase ( MAPK) . Several PKC isoforms have been identified in mammalian ooc

In this paper, suboptimal Hcontrol problem of port-controlled Hamiltonian systems is investigated. Firstly, the energy function of a Hamiltonian system is shaped by embedding the closed-loop system with a suitable feedback into an extended system. Then, by regarding the shaped energy function as a candidate solution to HJI inequality, a control law is obtained to solve the suboptimal Hproblem.

三维各向异性正演模拟是研究各向异性介质中波场传播规律的重要方法。本文就三维正交各向异性介质给出了一种快速精确的有限差分正演方法。该方法采用了４阶精度的空间差分格式和２阶精度的时间差分格式，这既要提高了精度，也不增加过多计算量；另外还结合通量校正法来克服数值频散，使计算能以较大的网络步长进行，在减少了计算量的同时，还提高了精度。对边界反射，文中提出了一种简单实用的三维各向异性吸收边界条件，易于编程，且吸收效果明显；对数值计算的稳定性问题也作了一般讨论。数值算例验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性，并表明它具有精度高和边界吸收明显的优点。该方法不但可以用来合成三维各向异性介质的共炮点记录、ＶＳＰ三分量记录及零偏移距地震记录，而且还适用于其他各种类型的波场正演。

N-type GaSb single crystals with high below-band gap transmission

Te-doped GaSb single crystals are studied by measuring Hall effect, infrared （IR） transmission and photoluminescence （PL） spectra. It is found that the n-type GaSb with IR transmittance can be obtained as high as 60% by the critical control of the Te-doping concentration and electrical compensation. The concentration of the native acceptor-associated defects is apparently low in the Te-doped GaSb compared with those in undoped and heavily Te-doped GaSb. The mechanism for the high IR transmittance is analyzed by considering the defect-involved optical absorption process.
