The thematic map is a major class of maps designed to demonstrate particular features or concepts,functioning as an indispensable tool in geographical *** process of thematic mapping is one into which geographical research goes deeply and *** key activity and course of thematic map production is the use of mathematical models to create thematic data ***,the selection and optimization of mathematical models is in the forefront of thematic map *** theoretical foundations,mechanisms and methods of mathematical model optimization are expounded in this paper,including two approaches,the phase by phase mode and the multi-aim scheme balance *** studies in eco-environment mapping and emergency mapping are described and analyzed,with a hierarchical analysis method being used in the model optimization for eco-environment fragility and sensitivity assessment mapping in Beibuwan (Guangxi) District,the dynamic system (DS) method being used in the model optimization for ecological security adjustment mapping in Xishuang Banna,Yunnan province,and the multi-phase mode being used in the models for forest fire and infectious diseases mapping.

Kelp Fucoidans Facilitate Vascular Recanalization via Inhibiting Excessive Activation of Platelet in Deep Venous Thrombosis Model of Mouse

This study was carried out explore the mechanism underlying the inhibition of platelet activation by kelp fucoidans in deep venous thrombosis(DVT)*** the control and sham mice,the walls of deep vein were regular and smooth with intact intima,myometrium and *** blood vessel was wrapped with the tissue and there was no thrombosis in the *** the DVT model,the wall was uneven with thicken intima,myometrium and *** treated with fucoidans LF1 and LF2,the thrombus was dissolved and the blood vessel was *** with the control group,the ROS content,ET-1 and VWF content and the expression of PKC-βand NF-κB in the model were significantly higher(P<0.05);these levels were significantly reduced following treatments with LF2 and *** with H_(2)O_(2)treated-HUVECs,combined LF1 and LF2 treatment resulted in significant decrease in the expression of PKC-β,NF-κB,VWF and TM protein(P<0.05).It is clear that LF1 and LF2 reduces DVT-induced ET-1,VWF and TM expressions and production of ROS,thus inhibiting the activation of PKC-β/NF-κB signal pathway and the activation of coagulation system and ultimately reducing the formation of venous thrombus.

构网型全功率风机并网系统机电尺度建模及动态稳定性分析

针对风力机部分和模拟同步机运行特性的虚拟同步发电机(VSG)控制等呈现机电尺度控制特性，含一次调频控制的构网型全功率风机并网系统存在机电尺度动态稳定问题，建立了系统的机电尺度分析模型，通过特征值和参与因子分析提取了影响系统机电尺度稳定性的两个振荡模式及主导控制环节．针对两个模式应用阻尼转矩分析法研究了各控制环节对系统模式阻尼的作用路径和参数的影响规律．分析发现：对于振荡模式1，网侧端电压控制支路提供负阻尼，受端电压控制参数影响较大，受系统功率水平影响很小；对于振荡模式2，转速控制、桨距角补偿控制和桨距角控制通过影响相应支路的阻尼影响系统总阻尼，功率水平对总阻尼的影响与桨距角控制比例系数强相关．

The coupled semi-discrete modified Korteweg-de Vries equation in(2+1)-dimcnsions is *** isshown that it can be decomposed into two(1+1)-dimensional differential-difference equations belonging to mKdV latticehierarchy by considering a discrete isospectral problem.A Darboux transformation is set up for the resulting(2+1)-dimensional lattice soliton equation with the help of gauge transformations of Lax *** an illustration by example,the soliton solutions of the mKdV lattice equation in(2+1)-dimensions are explicitly given.

高氧性急性肺损伤(HALI)是临床氧疗的一种主要并发症,在成人主要表现为急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),在婴幼儿则会导致支气管肺发育不良(BPD),严重影响患者的预后与生活质量,因此越来越受到人们的重视。然而,HALI的发病机制复杂且不明确,目前也无明确的治疗方法。非编码RNA(ncRNA)是一类重要的功能RNA转录体,由于缺少有效开放阅读框,并不具备编码蛋白质的功能;但是,ncRNA仍可在多水平调控基因表达,从而影响多种疾病的发生发展。近年来已有大量体内外研究表明,ncRNA在HALI发生发展过程中具有重要作用。本文就ncRNA在HALI中的表达及意义进行综述,旨在为HALI的防治提供新的诊疗思路。

车人碰撞中人地接触损伤仿真及防护方法鲁棒性分析

人车事故中行人主要与车辆和地面接触而遭受损伤。此前已有大量研究在车辆接触阶段对多体行人模型进行了验证,但对地面接触阶段的验证较少。本文中评估了用于预测车辆撞击后行人运动和地面接触的4个PC-Crash行人模型。通过车辆和地面接触的HIC伤害与最近研究中的6个尸体实验数据对比显示,其中PC2014行人模型能很好地预测行人头部损伤,车辆和地面接触HIC的平均误差分别为6.07%和5.85%,数据说明PC2014行人模型可以用于再现人车碰撞事故以及开发未来地面接触伤害防护对策。控制制动防护方法鲁棒性研究显示,在3种行人姿态(奔跑、步行和应急)扰动下,HIC平均降低比例分别为63.2%、57.9%和67.8%,说明控制制动防护方法具有很好的抗行人姿态干扰能力。进一步分析不同姿态下的行人损伤发现,3种步态序列之间均有显著性差异,在应急步态下控制制动防护方法有着更好的抗行人姿态干扰能力;而在奔跑步态序列下,往往可以通过控制制动防护方法产生最低的头地碰撞损伤,表明在使用控制制动防护方法对行人进行保护时须考虑到不同姿态产生的影响,以进一步提高控制制动防护方法的地面伤防护效果。

目前针对直接电压控制构网型变流器暂态失稳模式的演化和控制参数对暂态稳定的影响机理尚需进一步深入研究。首先,分析了两种常见电流限幅策略对变流器暂态稳定性的影响,归纳总结出3种暂态失稳演化路径。其次,通过极限切除时间、极限切除角揭示了变流器有功环节不同参数对暂态稳定的影响规律,并针对直接电压控制构网型变流器的内电势和并网点电压之间的非线性关系,使用变流器临界势能为指标,揭示了变流器无功环节不同参数对稳定性的影响规律。在此基础上,解释了不同控制环节参数对变流器暂态稳定性的影响出现反常规律的机理。最后,在PSCAD仿真平台上通过算例验证了理论分析的正确性。

目的分析皮肤病患者住院费用结构及影响因素,为控制住院费用和降低患者经济负担提供参考依据。方法收集2015年1月1日-2021年12月31日期间山西省长治市某三甲医院11539例皮肤病患者的基本信息及费用情况,对基本信息进行描述性分析,在单因素分析基础上,分别采用多元回归分析和分位数回归模型。结果皮肤病患者平均住院费用为6970.35元,主要构成为药品费和诊断费,药品费与住院费用相关性(0.896)最强。多元回归分析显示住院天数是影响费用的主要因素。分位数回归分析显示,住院天数、住院年份和有无伴随疾病在住院费用的中高分位数费用组上影响最大。结论住院天数和药品费是住院费用的重要影响和构成因素。因此优化皮肤病患者住院费用结构,减少无效住院天数,减轻患者疾病负担。

More competent learning models are demanded for data processing due to increasingly greater amounts of data available in *** that we encounter often have certain embedded sparsity *** is,if they are represented in an appropriate basis,their energies can concentrate on a small number of basis *** paper is devoted to a numerical study of adaptive approximation of solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations whose solutions may have singularities,by deep neural networks(DNNs)with a sparse regularization with multiple *** that DNNs have an intrinsic multi-scale structure which is favorable for adaptive representation of functions,by employing a penalty with multiple parameters,we develop DNNs with a multi-scale sparse regularization(SDNN)for effectively representing functions having certain *** then apply the proposed SDNN to numerical solutions of the Burgers equation and the Schrödinger *** examples confirm that solutions generated by the proposed SDNN are sparse and accurate.
