Aim:To determine whether all-trans retinoic acid(atRA)acts to modulate angio-tensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)-induced cardiac fibroblast cell growth and collagen ***:Cultured neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts(CF)were used in the experiment.A 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay wasused to detect cell growth of the CF;and immunocytochemistry and Westernblotting were used to measure the production and secretion of collagen and theexpression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)by the ***:atRA(1×10-7to 1×10-5mol/L)inhibited the Ang Ⅱ-induced increase in cell growth of CF(P3319 (up to 1×10-6mol/L).Exposure of CF toatRA(1×10-5mol/L)attenuated the Ang Ⅱ-induced increase in the secretion ofcollagen types Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).atRA (1×10-5mol/L)also blocked the Ang Ⅱ-induced increase in the expression of TGF-β***:atRA inhibits the AngⅡ-induced increase in cell growth and collagen secretion of neonatal rat *** of atRA is possibly mediated by lowering the TGF-β*** observa-tions support the notion that atRA is a potential candidate for the prevention andtherapy of cardiac remodeling.

Aim:To investigate the mechanism of the action of estrogen,which stimulates therelease of secreted amyloid precursor protein α(sAPPα)and decreases the gen-eration of amyloid-β protein(Aβ),a dominant component in senile plaques in thebrains of Alzheimer's disease ***:Experiments were carried out inprimary rat cortical neurons,and Western blot was used to detect sAPPα in aculture medium and the total amount of cellular amyloid precursor protein(APP)***:17β-Estradiol(but not 17α-estradiol)and β-estradiol 6-(O-carboxymethyl)oxime:BSA increased the secretion of sAPPα and this effect wasblocked by protein kinase C(PKC)inhibitor calphostin C,but not by the classicalestrogen receptor antagonist ICI 182,***,17β-estradiol did not alterthe synthesis of cellular ***:The effect of 17β-estradiol on sAPPαsecretion is likely mediated through the membrane binding sites,and needs mo-lecular configuration specificity of the ***,the action of the PKC-dependent pathway might be involved in estrogen-induced sAPPα secretion.

＜正＞Adult hippocampal neurogenesis has been demonstrated in several species and is regulated by both environmental and pharmacological *** exposure to stress is known to induce the reduction of neurogenesis in the dentate *** present study aimed at determining whether the clinically effective antidepressant clomipramine may influence hippocampal proliferation and neurogenesis in adult rats subjected to the chronic unpredictable stress（CUS） procedure,a model of depression with predictive *** administration of clomipramine（5 mg/kg i.p.） for 3 weeks,starting 2 weeks after the beginning of the stress procedure,significantly reversed the reduction of behavior measured by open field test and forced swimming ***,rats subjected to stress exhibited a 49.9%reduction of cell proliferation at the end of a 5- week stress period,an effect which was overcome by clomipramine *** results demonstrated that exposure to CUS,which results in a state of behavioral depression,decreases hippocampal cell proliferation and that these effects can be counteracted by chronic clomipramine treatment.

Martentoxin as a 37 residues peptidyl toxin was capable of blocking large-conductance Ca-activated K(BK) channels in adrenal medulla chromaffin *** present study investigated the pharmacological discrimination of martentoxin on BK channels subtypes and implicated the physiological function of neuronal BK channels(α+β4) through the pharmacological *** results showed that the iberiotoxin-insensitive BK channels composed ofαandβ4 subunits could be potently blocked by martentoxin(IC50 =～80 nM).In contrast,the iberiotoxin-sensitive BK channel consisting of only a subunits showed a low sensitivity to *** inhibitory effect of martentoxin on BK channels(α+β4) appears with a novel interaction mode,including Ca dependence and two possible interaction sites:one for trapping and the other for ***,in vivo experiments also suggested that this subtype of BK channels was the target of ***,EEG recordings showed that the inhibition of BK channels(α+β4) by martentoxin would induce exacerbated abnormal discharges,which indicated a braking role of BK channels(α+β4) in spontaneous bursting ***,this research not only sheds light on a unique ligand for BK channels(α+β4),but also highlights a novel model for the interaction between BK channel and neurotoxin.

The Chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for the prevention and treatment ofmother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus,developed by the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of the Chinese medical Association in 2019,serves as a valuable reference for standardizing the process of preventing mother-to-child transmission in *** new evidence emerges,it is crucial that timely and regular updates are made to the clinical practice guidelines so as to optimize guidance for clinical practice and *** this end,the Infectious Disease Physician Branch of Chinese medical Doctor Association and the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of Chinese medical Association,in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts,have updated the guidelines based on the latest domestic and international research advancements and clinical practice,in order to provide guidance and reference for clinicians andmaternal and child healthcare workers.

Eu3+ ion-doped LaPO4 nanowires or nanorods have been successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal *** influence of varying the hydrothermal and subsequent sintering conditions on the morphology and structure of the LaPO4 host has been investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).For comparison,the Eu3+ ions were also doped into monoclinic monazite LaPO4 nanoparticles and perovskite LaAlO3 *** relative intensities of the emission lines of the LaPO4:Eu3+ nanosystems were essentially independent of their *** optimal doping concentrations in the monoclinic LaPO4 and perovskite LaAlO3 nanosystems were determined to be about 5.0 and 3.5 mol%,*** appropriate UV-radiation,the red light emitted from LaAlO3:Eu3+(3.5 mol%) was brighter than that from LaPO4:Eu3+(5.0 mol%) nanomaterial,resulting from differences in their spin-orbit couplings and covalence,which indicates that the nanoscale LaAlO3 is a promising host material for rare earth ions.

A threshold quantum secret sharing (TQSS) scheme between multi-party and multi-party was proposed using a sequence of single photons,which is useful and efficient when the parties of communication are not all present. We described the process of this TQSS scheme and discussed its security. It was shown that entan-glement is not necessary for quantum secret sharing. Moreover,the theoretic effi-ciency was improved to approach 100% as almost all the instances can be used for generating the private key,and each photon can carry one bit of information. This protocol is feasible with the present-day technique.

In most situations, the signer is generally a single person. However, when the message is written on behalf of an organization, a valid message may require the approval or consent of several persons. Threshold signature is a solution to this problem. Generally speaking, as an authority which can be trusted by all members does not exist, a threshold signature scheme without a trusted party appears more attractive. Following some ideas of the classical Shamir’s threshold signature scheme, a quantum threshold group signature one is proposed. In the proposed scheme, only t or more of n persons in the group can generate the group signature and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot do that. In the verification phase, any t or more of n signature receivers can verify the message and any t-1 or fewer receivers cannot verify the validity of the signature.

A threshold proxy quantum signature scheme with threshold shared verification is proposed. An original signer could authorize a group as its proxy signers. Then only t or more of n persons in the proxy group can generate the proxy signature on behalf of the original signer and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot do that. When the proxy signature needs to be verified,any t or more of n persons belonging to the verification group can verify the message and any t-1 or fewer ones cannot verify the validity of the proxy signature.
