＜正＞Experiment teaching plays an important role in remote *** is helpful for the cultivation of students’ manipulating ability,analyzing ability and problem-solving ***,experiment teaching plays a critical role in cultivation of students’ innovation awareness and *** reality has advantages such as intuition,capacity to repeat,low- input and *** has received great attention in experiment *** this paper,the principles and the technologies of EAl and VRML used to carry out remote virtual experiment are firstly discussed Secondly,design of virtual circuit experiment system based on B/S structure is demonstrated Thirdly, how to use Servlet to make up for the deficiencies of Applet so as to make it easier to access the database is discussed Finally,circuit experiment in secondary schools is taken for example to testify the feasibility of the virtual experiment *** example shows that virtual experiment is easy,efficient and *** is suitable for simulating operation of apparatus in science and engineering *** experiment, which needs a few hardware and software resources,is the best choice among simulation *** is of high application value as well.

[1.Global observations of electron density profile(EDP) from the COSMIC/FORMOSAT-3 satellites were used to investigate,for the first time,the additional stratification of the F2 layer over the equatorial ionosphere on a global scale,which is called F3 *** F3 layer in EDP was recognized through the altitude differential profile featured by two maxima existing from 220 km to the peak height of the electron *** were ,400 cases of F3 layer selected out of 48,000 occultation events at low and equatorial areas during the period of April 2006-September *** results show that the highest occurrence of F3 layer appears at dip latitude 7-8°/ -7～-8°for Northern/Southern Hemisphere and is more pronounced during summer months at 1.:00-1.:00 LT. The occurrence also has a clear longitude dependence during boreal summer,with relatively higher occurrence at -80～-1.0°,-20～20°,80～1.0°and -1.0～-1.0°longitudes, that is possibly associated with the wavenumber-3 diurnal tide(DE3).The results support the principle of the F3 layer proposed by Balan et al.(1.98),which in turn validate the accuracy of the retrieval of the COSMIC EDP data.

The effects of hydrogen atoms on behaviour of low cycle fatigue of 2.25Cr-1.o steel have been investigated in present work. The results indicate that the cyclic softening rate and low cycle fatigue life are respectively increased and reduced remarkably by hydrogen atoms. In addition, hydrogen atoms make the original stress amplitude of low cycle fatigue increase, which is because of the drag effect of hydrogen atoms on the moving dislocations. Analyses using electron microscopy show that hydrogen atoms accelerate crack initiation of low cycle fatigue from inclusion and transfer the source of low cycle fatigue crack from the surface of specimen to the inclusion, which results in the marked decrease of low cycle fatigue life. The increase of cyclic softening rate for hydrogen charged specimen is due to hydrogen atoms accelerating the initiating and growing of microvoids from the secondary phase particles in the steel. The reducing of the drag effect of hydrogen atoms on moving dislocations is also helpful to the increase of the cyclic softening rate.

The nucleotide sequence deduced from the amino acid sequence of the scorpion insectotoxin AaIT was chemically synthesized and was expressed in Escherichia coli. The authenticity of this in vitro expressed peptide was confirmed by N-terminal peptide sequencing. Two groups of bioassays, artificial diet incorporation assay and contact insecticidal effect assay, were carried out separately to verify the toxicity of this recombinant toxin. At the end of a 24 h experimental period, more than 60% of the testing diamondback moth （Plutella xylostella） larvae were killed in both groups with LC50 value of 1..4 μM and 0.70 μM respectively. Cytotoxicity assay using cultured Sf9 insect cells and MCF-7 human cells demonstrated that the toxin AaIT had specific toxicity against insect cells but not human cells. Only 0.1. μM recombinant toxin was needed to kill 50% of cultured insect cells while as much as 1.3 μM toxin had absolutely no effect on human cells. The management of innovation is a central problem for organizational research. researches have focused on the effects of personal characteristics, knowledge, contextual characteristics and the interactions among these characteristics on innovation. However, little attention has been given to the effects of newly emerged positive state-like psychological strength psychological capital on individual innovative behavior. Indigenous research showed that psychological capital had two dimensions: task-oriented psychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital in Chinese culture. The current study explored the mediating role of knowledge integration in psychological capital and individual innovative behavior based on a sample of 231.employees. Results indicated that: (a) psychological capital correlated positively with innovative behavior, (b) psychological capital correlated positively with knowledge integration, and (c) knowledge integration fully mediated the relationship between guanxi-oriented psychological capital and innovative behavior. The study concluded with a discussion of its limitations and implications.

The alkali-metal Na adsorption on Si(1.0)2×1.surface and its promoted oxidation and Si oxide growth have been investigated by means of thermal desorption,work function,Auger electron spectroscopy and photoemission electron *** experimental data showed that there was a new state,interface electron state,near the Fermi level after the deposition of Na *** was found that the presence of Na always caused an increase of the oxygen initial uptake whereas the promotion of Si oxide growth was observed only at the coverage of Na greater than 0.5 ML.A new mechanism of Na-promoted Si oxide growth is suggested in this paper.

以海南岛为例,在区域层面上选择高度、地形坡度、土地覆被等影响工业用地的关键因子,构建工业用地的生态适宜程度评价模型,并在G IS技术支持下进行工业用地生态经济适宜性评价,为将来区域工业开发区及重点工业项目布局提供依据。结果表明:海南工业用地生态适宜性呈现出由中部山地向四周逐渐增强,限制利用区占25%,不适宜利用区占28%,基本适宜区占41.,优先利用区占5%。其中优先利用区主要分布在西部和北部沿海地带,海口、儋州和东方及其连线一带应成为海南省未来工业用地布局的重点区域。
