Experimental tests on friction and wear behavior of copper contact line/carbon strip were carried out under the conditions of different electric current on a pin-on-disc *** testing,the coefficient of friction and wear rate were recorded and arc discharge phenomenon was *** result indicated that friction coefficient decrease with increase of electric current intensity due to the lubrication role of electric *** the electric current increased,wear volume distinctly increased due arc discharge *** analysis of SEM micrograph and EDX spectrum on wear surface of carbon strip,it is known that arc erosion,oxidative wear and metal melting are dominant with electric current and abrasive wear and adhesive wear are dominant without electric current.

High resolution (R^40,000) and high signal-to-noise ratio (>150) spectra of two solar twins, HD146233 and HD195034, are obtained with the Coude Echelle Spectrograph at the 2.16 m telescope of the national Astronomical Observatories of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Xinglong, china). Based on the detailed spectrum match, comparisons of chemical composition and chromospheric activity, HD146233 and HD195034 are confirmed that they are similar to the Sun except for lithium abundance, which is higher than the solar value. Moreover, among nine solar twin candidates (including HD146233 and HD195034) found in the previous works, we have picked out six good solar twin candidates based on newly-derived homogenous parameters, and collected their colors in the Johnson/Cousins, Tycho, 2MASS and Strmgren system from the literature. The average color are (B-V)⊙=0.644 mag, (V-Ic)⊙=0.707 mag, (BT-VT)⊙=0.725 mag, (J-H)⊙=0.288 mag, (H-K)⊙=0.066 mag, (v-y)⊙=1.028 mag, (v-b)⊙=0.619 mag, (u-v)⊙=0.954 mag and (b-y)⊙=0.409 mag, which represent the solar colors with higher precision than previous works.

In the course of the measurement velocity field,because of measurement error,there are inevitably miss-vectors in the original flow field which is measured. The neural network has been an important means for its characteristic to identify miss-vector. In this paper,based on simulating the identification process of cerebra to miss-vector;a new Hopfield neural network model of multi-evidence reasoning is founded. And the identification performance of this model is tested by numerical simulation experiment. The experiment result indicates that,compared with other network model of single-evidence reasoning,the new network model of multi-evidence reasoning can simulate cerebra ideation better,it has better identification function.

A cloud of 40Ca+is successfully trapped and cooled using the radiation of a red-detuned 397 nm laser beam and a resonant 866 nm laser beam in our prototype linear ion trap,which was designed and constructed for studying quantum information *** have characterized the size of the ion cloud,estimating the temperature to be in the order of milli-Kelvins.

The existence of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase (CaM kinase, CaMK) in tobacco is verified immuno-logically and its distribution in different tissues of tobacco is studied. It has been demonstrated that CaMK is mainly distributed in early developing anthers, developing ovules and embryos, lateral root primordium, apical meristem and leaf primordium of buds and mesophyll cells and developing vascular bundles of leaves. There is enormous CaM kinase distributed in leaf epidermis fair cells and guard cells of stomas too. Little kinase is found in mature stem or root cells. The distribution properties of CaM kinase in tobacco are consistent with those of CaM, suggesting that there exists the Ca2+ signal transduction pathway mediated by CaM kinase in tobacco and it plays an important role in the plant growth and development.

The paper has two parts. We first briefly survey recent studies on the equivalence problem for real submanifolds in a complex space under the action of biholomorphic transformations. We will mainly focus on some of the recent studies of Bishop surfaces, which, in particular, includes the work of the authors. In the second part of the paper, we apply the general theory developed by the authors to explicitly classify an algebraic family of Bishop surfaces with a vanishing Bishop invariant. More precisely, we let M be a real submanifold of C 2 defined by an equation of the form w = zz + 2Re(z s + az s+1 ) with s≥ 3 and a a complex parameter. We will prove in the second part of the paper that for s≥ 4 two such surfaces are holomorphically equivalent if and only if the parameter differs by a certain rotation. When s = 3, we show that surfaces of this type with two different real parameters are not holomorphically equivalent.

Karst in Shanxi Province is representative of that in northern china, and karst water systems discharge in the form of springs that are among the most important sources for local water supply. Since the 1950s, attenuation has been the major trend of discharge variation of most karst springs at Shanxi. Based on the case study of 7 karst springs including Niangziguan, Xin’an, Guozhuang, Shentou, Jinci, Lancun, and Hongshan springs, the discharge variation process of karst springs was divided into natural fluctuation phase and anthropogenic impact phase. Discharge attenuation of the 7 karst springs was controlled mainly by climate and human activities, with their contributions being respectively about 60% and 40%. According to the dif-ference of the effect of climate and human activities for each spring, attenuation modes of spring discharge fall into three types: natural process dominated attenuation type, exploitation induced process dominated attenuation type, and mixed attenuation type. The total restored discharge variation of 7 karst springs matched well with the global air temperature change in 1956―2000, clearly indicating the trend of global warming and aridity in the last several decades, and the analysis of discharge variation processes of karst springs can be used as a new tool for global change studies.
