The Jiaodong super-large gold metallogenic region is located on the eastern margin of the North China craton and the western margin of the Circum-Pacific tectonic ***-forming chronology indicates that these deposits formed at 12.±10 *** and argon isotope compositions of fluid inclusions in pyrite range in He/He ratios from 0.38 to 2.36 R/Ra(R:He/He ratios of samples;Ra:He/He ratios of Beijing air,1.4×10) and in Ar/Ar ratios from 310 to 1148.δ0 andδD values of fluid inclusions in quartz are—2.16 to +6.2.‰and—65 to—98‰,respectively.A consistent relationship between H-O and He-Ar isotopic systems show that mantle-source fluids were involved in large-scale metallogeny in the Jiaodong *** fluids were produced accompanying delamination,lithosphere thinning,and crust-mantle interaction that occurred in the eastern North China craton during the Early Cretaceous(140—12. Ma).

Landscape ecology is a new science and there are few cases about applying landscape pattern analysis in optimizing regional *** taking the planning of the special planning area for Boao Forum for Asia as the study object,several important landscape indexes have been selected for static analysis of landscape structural feature and landscape structural *** using ArcGIS,landscape structural stability map has been overlaid with land use planning map,and then optimization suggestions have been proposed for unreasonable *** type and landscape pattern diversity have been selected for dynamic analysis and then suggestions for landscape security pattern been put *** case studies,it has provided a reference for landscape pattern analysis as a means to optimize regional planning.

AIM:To investigate the chemical constituents in the fruits of Aquilaria sinensis. METHODS:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-2.,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic ***: Five compounds were isolated and identified as hexanorcucurbitacin 1(1),cucurbitacin 1(2..cucurbitacin D(3),isocucurbitacin D(4),and neocucurbitacin B(5).CONCLUSION:Compounds 1-5 were reported from Aquilaria genus for the first *** 1,2.4,and 5 showed cytotoxic activities against K562.SGC-7901 and SMMC-772..

*** Sudden cardiac death(SCD)refers to sudden death due to a variety of cardiac *** is manifested as a sudden loss of consciousness,cardiac arrest,and respiratory arrest and generally shows early symptoms that are atypical and not easily detected[1].According to a recent study,nearly 544?000 patients suffer from SCD every year in China[2..Rescue of SCD patients in the shortest time is important as the survival rate will decrease by 7%-10%if the rescue is delayed for one minute[3].However,SCD mostly occurs in public places outside the hospital,including public sports places,transportation hubs(such as airports,railway stations,and subway stations),shopping centers,factories,and so ***,out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)is a huge threat to people's lives."Chain of survival"proposed by the American Heart Association in 2.15 emphasized the importance of early call for help,rapid implementation of high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and immediate use of an automated external defibrillator(AED)in improving the survival rate of OHCA *** have shown that conducting CPR within 1 min and AEDs defibrillation within 3 to 5 min can achieve a 50%to 70%survival rate for cardiac arrest patients[4].Therefore,early defibrillation of OHCA patients will markedly increase the survival rate.

Kava (Piper methysticum Forst.), a perennial medicinal pepper plant, has been cultivated by the natives of the South Pacific islands for more than 3000 years. The extracts of Kava show significant bioactivities for treating anxiety disorders and being dietary supplements to improve stress disorders, nervous tension and restlessness. The bioactivity of Kava was investigated to depend on the content of kavalactiones, the mainly bioactive substance of this ***: To determine the contents of kavalactones in the different positions of ***: 1) Stationary phase: Phenomenex C18 (2.0×4.6mm, 5 μm);Mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-water (V/V, 2.:2.:48);the flow rate of the mobile phase: 0.5 ml/min;Detection wavelength: 2.6 nm.2. The authorized sample kavain in the study was prepared by institute of Functional Biomolecules with the purity more than 99%.Results: The average content of Kavalactones from the roots was 2.775%, the leaves 0.348% and the stem 4.400%Conclusions: The content of Kavalactones in the stem is maximal and the leaves minimal.
