This paper focuses on the optimization method for multi-skilled painting personnel *** budget working time analysis is carried out considering the influence of operating area,difficulty of spraying area,multi-skilled workers,and worker’s efficiency,then a mathematical model is established to minimize the completion time. The constraints of task priority,paint preparation,pump management,and neighbor avoidance in the ship block painting production are considered. Based on this model,an improved scatter search(ISS)algorithm is designed,and the hybrid approximate dynamic programming(ADP)algorithm is used to improve search efficiency. In addition,the two solution combination methods of path-relinking and task sequence combination are used to enhance the search breadth and depth. The numerical experimental results show that ISS has a significant advantage in solving efficiency compared with the solver in small scale instances;Compared with the scatter search algorithm and genetic algorithm,ISS can stably improve the solution quality. Verified by the production example,ISS effectively shortens the total completion time of the production,which is suitable for scheduling problems in the actual painting production of the shipyard.

Objective Motor impairment is one of the major disabilities in stroke patients.A variety of methods for improving motor functions have been proposed so far,among which,mental practice-based training,*** imagery(MI),has been promising one and gaining more attention in the rehabilitation of stroke over last decade. MI has been proved effective in stroke recovery when subjects only imagine body actions without true executions. ＜正＞In recent years, interests have been growing for fast tool servo （FTS） systems to increase the capability of existing single-point diamond turning machines. Although piezoelectric actuator is the most universal base of FTS system due to its high stiffness, accuracy and bandwidth, nonlinearity in piezoceramics limits both the static and dynamic performance of piezoelectric-actuated control systems evidently. To compensate the nonlinear hysteresis behavior of piezoelectric actuators, a hybrid model coupled with Preisach model and feedforward neural network （FNN） has been described. Since the training of FNN does not require a special calibration sequence, it is possible for on-line identification and real-time implementation with general operating data of a specific piezoelectric actuator. To describe the rate dependent behavior of piezoelectric actuators, a hybrid dynamic model was developed to predict the response of piezoelectric actuators in a wider range of input frequency. Experimental results show that a maximal error of less than 3% was accomplished by this dynamic model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the capability of a newly developed process-based model for sediment transport under a wide variety of wave and current *** model is based on the first-order boundary layer equation and the sediment advection-diffusion *** particular,a modified low Reynolds number k-e model is coupled to provide the turbulence *** model verifications have been performed by simulating a number of laboratory experiments,covering a considerable range of hydrodynamic conditions such as sinusoidal waves,asymmetric waves and wave-current *** model provides satisfactory numerical results which agree well with the measured results,including the time-averaged/dependent sediment concentration profiles and sediment flux profiles,as well as the time series of concentration at given *** observed influences of wave orbital velocity amplitude,wave period and sediment grain size are correctly reproduced,indicating that the fundamental physical mechanisms of those processes are properly represented in the *** is revealed that the present model is capable of predicting sediment transport under a wide range of wave and current conditions,and can be used to further study the morphodynamic processes in real coastal regions.

Dissolution of Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids （NAPLs） is an important subsurface transport process. However, the NAPLs dissolution processes in groundwater depend on several parameters and become an inherently complex problem. Perchloroethylene （PCE） can be known as Dense Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids （DNAPLs）. In this paper, authors developed a one- dimensional model to simulate the fate and transport of PCE originating from a DNAPLs zone in saturated aquifer. Also, sensitivity analyses for bulk mass transfer coefficient and concentration change of PCE-DNAPL during dissolution process are performed. The results showed that the bulk mass transfer coefficients played an important role in dissolution processes of DNAPLs. Also, initial concentration of DNAPLs may influence the peak of aqueous-phase contamination and dissolution time.

Promoting white adipose tissue(WAT)browning and enhancing brown adipose tissue(BAT)activity are attractive therapeutic strategies for obesity and its metabolic *** sympathetic innervation in WAT and BAT represents a promising therapeutic ***,there are few reports on extracellular microenvironment remodeling,especially changes in nerve terminal *** the key molecules mediating the neuro-adipose synaptic junctions is a key *** this study,we used bioinformatics methods to identify the differentially expressed predicted secreted genes(DEPSGs)during WAT browning and BAT *** DEPSGs largely reflect changes of cytokines,extracellular matrix remodeling,vascularization,and adipocyteneuronal *** then performed functional enrichment and cellular distribution specificity *** upregulated and downregulated DEPDGs during WAT browning displayed a distinctive biological pattern and cellular *** listed a cluster of adipocyte-enriched DEPSGs,which might participate in the cross-talk between mature adipocytes and other cells;then identified a synaptogenic adhesion molecule,Clstn3,as the top gene expressed enriched in both mature white and brown *** Q-PCR and immunohistochemistry,we found significantly increased Clstn3 expression level during WAT browning and BAT activation in mice subjected to cold exposure(4℃).We further demonstrated that treatment with isoproterenol significantly increased Clstn3 and UCP1 expression in differentiated white and beige adipocytes in *** conclusion,our study demonstrates that the secretion pattern was somewhat different between WAT browning and BAT *** reveal that Clstn3 may be a key gene mediating the neuro-adipose junction formation or remodeling in WAT browning and BAT activation process.

This paper studies the problem of dynamic coverage with wireless sensor and actor networks (WSANs) in underwater environment. Different from most existing works, the WSANs consist of two kinds of nodes, i.e., sensor nodes (SNs) which cannot move autonomously and actor nodes (ANs) which can move autonomously according to the performance requirement. The problem of how to coordinate two kinds of nodes to facilitate dynamic coverage in underwater environment is challenging due to their heterogeneous capabilities. To reduce redundancy of communication links and improve connectivity between ANs and SNs in underwater WSANs, a min-weighted rigid graph based topology optimization scheme is first developed, such that the underwater communication energy consumption can be saved. With the optimized topology, a dynamic coverage strategy is proposed to improve the coverage among SNs and ANs for underwater WSAN where underwater fluid motions are considered. Furthermore, it is proved that the network coverage area is connected by using the min-weighted rigid graph. Finally, simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the main results. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation.
