By using the Arctic runoff data from R-ArcticNET V4.0 and ArcticRIMS,trends of four major rivers flowing into the Arctic Ocean,whose climate factor plays an important role in determining the variability of the Arctic runoff,are *** results show that for the past 30 years,the trend of the Arctic runoff is seasonally *** is a significant trend in spring and winter and a significant decreasing trend in summer,leading to the reduced seasonal *** spring,surface air temperature is the dominant factor influencing the four *** summer,precipitation is the most important factor for Lena and Mackenzie,while snow cover is the most important factor for Yenisei and *** Mackenzie,atmospheric circulation does play an important role for all the seasons,which is not the case for the Eurasian *** authors further discuss the relationships between the Arctic runoff and sea *** negative correlation is found at the mouth of the rivers into the Arctic Ocean in spring,while significant positive correlation is observed just at the north of the mouths of the rivers into the Arctic in *** addition,each river has different relationship with sea ice in the eastern Greenland Sea.

根据2006年采自特克斯河流域6个采样点的树轮样本研制的树轮宽度年表与气象资料,通过相关普查发现,特克斯河流域树轮标准化年表与上年7月至当年6月的降水存在显著的正相关,最高单相关系数为0.727。用库尔克尔也灭,小白代的树轮宽度标准化年表序列,可较好地重建该地区最近236a的降水序列,方差解释量达54%,并通过交叉检验表明重建结果是稳定可靠的。近236a,特克斯河流域上年7月至当年6月降水经历了8个偏湿阶段和8个偏干阶段,同时重建降水序列具有10.3a、7.5a、6.0a、3.0a、2.1a的变化准周期,并在1790年,1911年,1929年,1974年发生过降水突变。采用毛毛虫-奇异谱分析法(Caterpillar-ssa)对该地区未来20a的降水的自然变化进行预测。结果表明,21世纪的最初几年降水量将延续20世纪90年代以来增加的趋势,之后出现下降,并在2013~2016年前后最低值出现。

A physically based empirical model was established for the beginning and ending dates(BED) of limited *** used were daily mean temperatures from 34 conventional stations in the Chongqing region,measured from 1961 to *** this model in combination with the distributed modeling results of monthly mean temperatures,we developed a method for creating a distributed simulation of the BED and durations of limited temperatures in the rugged terrain of *** distribution maps were generated at a resolution of 100×100 m for the BED and durations of the limited temperatures of 0,10,15 and *** suggest that the distributed model is able to successfully reveal the macroscopic trends and local *** the modeled BED,the mean absolute bias error is 0.6-2.4 d. Cross-validation and case-year tests show mean absolute bias errors of 1.3-2.8 d and 0.7-2.5 d,*** shows that the simulation results are consistent with the field *** implies that the simulations are as good as observations,thus providing a viable technique for simulating mountainous heat resources using conventional meteorological data.

采用全球气溶胶模式(GOCART)模拟结果,讨论了东亚地区沙尘气溶胶时空分布、排放与沉降以及区域输送特征.结果表明,中国境内沙源主要位于塔克拉玛干沙漠、河西走廊及河套地区.排放强度春季最大,夏季和秋季逐渐减小,冬季最弱,且强度逐年减弱,区域年平均排放为581Tg/a.模拟的沙尘光学厚度(AOD)分布与卫星观测具有很好的一致性,其中塔克拉玛干沙漠AOD大值与沙尘暴活动密切相关,其出现时间最早,持续时间最长.区域平均而言,干沉降和湿沉降可以分别清除77%和22%的沙尘排放,其中沙尘源区干沉降起主导作用,远离源区的东北及西北太平洋,湿沉降更加重要.沙尘大粒子主要通过重力干沉降移出,而湿沉降对小粒子贡献超过60%.重力干沉降全年(特别是春季)起主导作用,对流降水湿沉降在夏季作用显著增强,总体来说,沙尘总沉降速率逐年减小.东亚沙尘气溶胶通过3条输送带自西向东传输,可以影响我国华北、华中和华南.对散度的研究表明,气溶胶平流项对沙尘源区气溶胶辐散作用较大,沙尘排放显著影响该地区沙尘的输送和AOD;而塔里木盆地西侧沙尘辐合中心是风场辐合辐散项导致的,说明地形和风场对该地区沙尘输送和AOD很重要.

＜正＞This is a report describing briefly the“Duststorm monitoring,Predicting and Warming system”.This system was developed by the scientists of china meteorological administration,Chinese Academy of Sciences and some universities and applied as a subroutine in the National Satellite meteorological Center and the National meteorological Center since 2002,and became an operational one in the daily routine service since *** system consists of the following components: the satellite remote sensing and the ground based observational network,the short- range numerical dust-weather prediction,extra-annual and extraseasonal prediction of anomalies of spring atmospheric circulation and soil moisture,renewable GIS （Geographic Information System）and the information and evaluation of related disasters.

In summer and winter, 1987,and in spring and autumn, 1988, the concentrations and size distribution of marine aerosols were measured over the East china Sea and the South Japan Sea. This paper deals with the study on the seasonal variation of the marine aerosols with the meteorological parameters, the differences and the relations between the marine and continental aerosols. The results show that the marine aerosol concentrations and size distribution over the East china Sea have distinct seasonal change characteristics, which may be attributed to the East Asian atmospheric circulation. The size distribution is discussed by using a three-parameter size distribution model.

A two-dimensional numerical model of extratropical storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay was built based on the unsteady flow Navier-Stokes equations. The model included two sections, one was for the simulation of storm surge tidal level and the other for the simulation of storm surge inundation in the coastal area. While simulating the storm surge tidal level, the alternating direction implicit (ADI) method was applied to dispersing and solving 2D storm surge equations. In the simulation of storm surge inundation, the 2D unsteady flow equations were dispersed and solved using the structureless grids of finite volume method (FVM). A coupling calculation mode of the process of inundation and storm surge tidal level variation was proposed, therefore the storm surge inundation process and area could be calculated while simulating and forecasting the process of storm surge tidal setup. Furthermore, an extratropical storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay were simulated using this numerical model. Simulation results are in good agreement with the measured data, which shows that this numerical model provides a new method of simulating and forecasting storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay.
