Let B^Hi,Ki ={ Bt^Hi,Ki, t ≥ 0}, i= 1, 2.be two independent bifractional Brownian motions with respective indices Hi ∈ （0, 1） and K∈ E （0, 1]. One of the main motivations of this paper is to investigate f0^Tδ（Bs^H1 ,K1 - the smoothness of the collision local time, introduced by Jiang and Wang in 2.09, IT = f0^T δ（Bs^H1,K1）ds, T 〉 0, where 6 denotes the Dirac delta function. By an elementary method, we show that iT is smooth in the sense of the Meyer-Watanabe if and only if min{H-1K1, H2.2. 〈-1/3.

The formulas of the energy gap and superconducting critical temperature appropriate for systems with both odd and even number of electrons are derived; the bases of the derivations are BCS theory and energy level statistics. Numerical results qualitatively agree with the experimental phenomena. i.e., the superconductivity of small metallic grains will first enhance then decrease to zero when the grain are getting smaller and smaller. The calculations indicate that the above phenomena happen in the metallic grains belonging to Gaussian Orthogonal Ensemble (GOE) and Gaussian Unitary ensemble (GUE) with zero spin; The superconductivity of small metallic grains in Gaussian Symplectic Ensemble (GSE) will monotonically decrease to zero with the decreasing of the grain size. The analyses suggest that the superconductivity enhancements come from pairing and the balance of the strengths between spin-orbital coupling and external magnetic field. In order to take the latter into account, it is necessary to include the level statistics given by Random Matrix Theory (RMT) in describing small metallic grains.

Boundary element-free method for elastodynamics

The moving least-square approximation is discussed first. Sometimes the method can form an ill-conditioned equation system, and thus the solution cannot be obtained correctly. A Hilbert space is presented on which an orthogonal function system mixed a weight function is defined. Next the improved moving least-square approximation is discussed in detail. The improved method has higher computational efficiency and precision than the old method, and cannot form an ill-conditioned equation system. A boundary element-free method (BEFM) for elastodynamics problems is presented by combining the boundary integral equation method for elastodynamics and the improved moving least-square approximation. The boundary element-free method is a meshless method of boundary integral equation and is a direct numerical method compared with others, in which the basic unknowns are the real solutions of the nodal variables and the boundary conditions can be applied easily. The boundary element-free method has a higher computational efficiency and precision. In addition, the numerical procedure of the boundary element-free method for elastodynamics problems is presented in this paper. Finally, some numerical examples are given.

The fuzzy controllers constructed by 2. fuzzy implication operators based on CRI algorithm and their response functions are discussed. The conclusions show that the fuzzy controllers constructed by 9 fuzzy implication operators are universal approximators to continuous functions and can be used in practical fuzzy control systems. And these 9 fuzzy implication operators except for Einstein operator intersection are all the adjoint pairs of some fuzzy implication operators. Besides, there are 3 other fuzzy controllers formed by fuzzy implication operators being regarded approximately as fitted functions.

The conception of k_uniform smoothness (KUS) is introduced. It is the extension of the conception of uniform smoothness. It is proved that the k_uniform smoothness and Sullivan’s K_uniform rotundity (KUR) are the daul notions. X+* is a KUR space if and only if X is a KUS space, X+* is a KUS space if and only if X is a KUR space. If X is a KUS space, then X is a (K+1)US space. It is also proved that the KUS space includes the Nan’s k_strongly smooth space.

In this paper, the unitarily invariant norm \\.\\ on C-mxn is used. We first discuss the problem under what case, a rectangular matrix A has minimum condition number K(A) = \\A\\ \\A(+)\\, where A(+) designates the Moore-Penrose inverse of A; and under what condition, a square matrix A has minimum condition number for its eigenproblem? Then we consider the second problem, i.e., optimum of K(A) = \\A\\ \\A(-1)\\(2. in error estimation.
