The organic/inorganic hybrid nanostructural vinylsilsesquioxanes (VSSO) were prepared from the hydrolytic condensation of vinyltrimethoxysilane (VMS). The proposed formu- las of VSSO were assigned with standard spectroscopic techniques, FTIR, NMR (1H, C and 13 2.Si) and MALDI-TOF MS, and a generic formula of the SSO, Tn(OH)x(OR’)y(x, y = 0, 1, 2.; n = 1, 2.; T = RSiO1.5 ?(x+y)/2.). Geometric parameters (Si-O and Si-C bond lengths, Si-O-Si and O-Si-O bond angles) and total energies of the multi-structures of VSSO were calculated by a quantum mechanical investigation and molecular symmetries. According to the results of the calculation, most molecules had stabler ladder structures than the cage isomers, therefore, the most probably reasonable and optimum structure of the VSSO system was the ladder type.

The organic-inorganic layered solid catalyst Fe(bpy)_3^(2.)-laponite was ableto photode-grade Rhodamine B (RhB) by activation of dioxygen under visible irradiation (λ > 42.nm), while the homogeneous aqueous solution Fe(bpy)_3^(2.) showed no photoactivity. The catalystcould be repeatedly used and retained its reactivity. The hybrid catalyst could be separated fromthe suspension by centrifugation or sedimentation. The TOC removal yield of RhB was *** oxygen species (ROS) formed during degradation was detected by EPR. A possible mechanismwas proposed on the basis of the experimental results.

In order to study the carrier-based aircraft landing laws landed on the carrier, the dynamics model of carrier-based aircraft landing gears landed on dynamic deck is built. In this model, the interactions of the carrier-based aircraft landing attitude and the damping force acting on landing gears are considered, and the influence of dynamic deck is introduced into the model through the deck normal vectors. The wheel-deck coordinate system is put forward to solve the complex simulation problem of force-onwheel which comes from the dynamic deck. At last, by simulation, it is demonstrated that the model can be applied to landing attitude when the carrier-based aircraft is landing on the dynamic deck, it is also proved that the model is comprehensive and suitable for any abnormal landing situation.

Vacuum ultraviolet radiation of Upilex-S polyimide film 2. μm thick was performed using a gas jet type of vacuum ultraviolet simulator which gives unfixed wavelength from 5 nm to 2.0 *** redeposited on the films were observed and the nanoparticles formed on the surface consist mainly of carbon *** in the composition and the chemical characteristics of film surface after radiation were identified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Relative O content in the radiated area was found to be higher,while N content was lower than in the pristine *** indicates that Upilex-S polyimide film releases N atoms as volatile *** the C1s,O1s envelopes were fitted using Multipak Spectrum *** surface morphologies on iradiated area were examined by Atomic Force Microscope(AFM).Pieces of radiant products protrude from the eradiated surface,leading to considerable roughness for the iradiated *** the surface transmittance of Upilex-S film after radiation reduces.

Polarizable electrodes of electric double layer capacitor (EDLCs) were made from carbon nanotubes. Effects of different binders, which are phenolic resin (PF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), on the properties of polarizable electrodes are studied. Results indicate that the microstructure, pore size distribution and specific capacitance of the electrodes with PTFE binder are superior to those electrodes with PF binder after carbonization. The suitable binder (PTFE) for carbon nanotubes electrodes is proposed.

For a better understanding of the strains and stresses,numerical simulation was conducted by using ANSYS under the assumption of absolute bond between the steel and *** results show that the stresses and strains in such concrete and steel rings are uneven;the curves of strains and stresses change gradually around the *** ease numerical computation,the mechanical system was simplified under the assumptions of synchronous deformation and uniform strains and *** results of the numerical simulation and simplified stress calculation can match almost *** means that the simplified mechanical model can be used in stress and visco-elastic behavior quantification.

This paper deals with the stability analysis of numerical methods for the solution of delay differential equations. We focus on the behaviour of three θ-methodsin the solution of the linear test equation u'(t)-A(t)u(t)+B(t)u( (t)) with (t)and A(t),B(t) continuous matrix functions. The stability regions for the threeθ-methods are determined.
