For a two-particle (spin 1/2) system, three fundamental forms of complete sets of commuting observables (CSCO) composed of two-body operatorsσ 1α σ 2α are given. The corresponding simultaneous eigenstates constitute three types of maximally entangled states, one of which is the well known Bell basis. This paper discusses the possible pairs of spin observables whose simultaneous measurement outcomes are definitely correlated in probabilistic fashion.

The BEM combined with the time-stepping scheme is employed in the nonlinear numerical simulation of the development process of radiation wave profile and hydrodynamic force caused by large amplitude oscillating cylinder. To ensure stability and accuracy of the simulation, special consideration is paid on a series of difficulties in numerical modeling, such as the compatibility of free surface and body surface conditions at the intersection point and the open boundary condition problem. Numerical calculation is carried out for some study cases of different shaped cylinders undergoing large amplitude oscillating motions with distinct modes, the results show. some nonlinear phenomena and indicate the feasibility of the numerical approach.

The IP packet forwarding of current Internet is mainly destination based. In the forwarding process, the source IP address is not checked in most *** causes serious security, management and accounting problems. Based on the drastically increased IPv6 address space, a ＂source address validation architecture＂（SAVA） is proposed in this paper, which can guarantee that every packet received and forwarded holds an authenticated source IP address. The design goals of the architecture are lightweight, loose coupling, ＂multi-fence support＂ and incremental deployment. This paper discusses the design and implementation for the architecture, including inter-AS, intra-AS and local subnet. The performance and scalability of SAVA are described. This architecture is deployed into the CngI-CERNET2 infrastructure a large-scale native IPv6 backbone network of the china Next Generation Internet project. We believe that the SAVA will help the transition to a new, more secure and dependable Internet.

Dense coding using superpositions of Bell-states is proposed. The generalized Grover's algorithm is used to prepare the initial entangled states, and the reverse process of the quantum algorithm is used to determine the entangled state in the decoding measurement. Compared with the previous schemes, the superpositions of two Bell-states are exploited. Our scheme is demonstrated using a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)quantum computer. The corresponding manipulations are obtained. Experimental results show a good agreement between theory and experiment. We also generalize the scheme to transmit eight messages by introducing an additional two-state system.

Reputation systems represent soft security mechanisms that complement traditional information security mechanisms. They are now widely used in online e-commerce markets and communities in order to stimulate good behaviors as well as to restrain adverse behaviors. This paper analyzes the limitations of the conversational reputation models and proposes an incentive reputation model called the resilient reputation model （RRM） for the distributed reputation systems. The objective of this reputation model is not only to encourage the users to provide good services and, therefore, to maximize the probability of good transaction outcomes, but also to punish those adverse users who are trying to manipulate the application systems. The simulation results indicate that the proposed reputation model （RRM） could effectively resist against the common adverse behaviors, while protecting the profits of sincere users from being blemished by those adversaries.

Canonical bases of the tensor powers of the natural $ U_q (\mathfrak{g}\mathfrak{l}_{m|n} ) $ -module V are constructed by adapting the work of Frenkel, Khovanov and Kirrilov to the quantum supergroup setting. This result is generalized in several directions. We first construct the canonical bases of the ?2-graded symmetric algebra of V and tensor powers of this superalgebra; then construct canonical bases for the superalgebra O q (M m|n ) of a quantum (m,n) × (m,n)-supermatrix; and finally deduce from the latter result the canonical basis of every irreducible tensor module for $ U_q (\mathfrak{g}\mathfrak{l}_{m|n} ) $ by applying a quantum analogue of the Borel-Weil construction.

Computational fluid dynamics modeling and hemolysis analysis of axial blood pumps with various impeller structures

The flow fields in the blood pump were analyzed three- dimensionally using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Hemolysis of the pump was calculated based on the changes in shear stress and related exposure times along the particle trace lines using a forward Euler approach. In this "way, how different impeller structures and rotational speeds affect the hemolysis was particularly acquired. As a result, impeller with long-short alternant vanes behaved best in hemolysis property and can be utilized to axial blood pumps development and design.
