＜正＞In this paper we use a newly compiIed dataset on income Inetquality in nine East Aslan economies to Study the Kuznets relationship,the role that finarlciaI development played in it,as well as the simultaneous determination of ineqality and *** particular,we test the welI－known Kuznets hvpothesis and inyestigate the cropirical Iinkage between Rrowth and income inequalitv wilh panel data *** empirical findings confirm the Kuzrlecs hvpgochesis when pooling these nine East Asian economies ***,the upward－sloping pontion of the Kuznets curve appears to be in part due to the financial develooment in the region,thus suggesting a financial channeI through which the converttional Kuznets curve arises Furthermore,our simullarleous estimation found a significant negative relationship between income inequality and economic growth among the East ASian economies.

In this paper we present a novel sensor planning method for achieving efficient measurement and reconstruction of freeform object surfaces. Using the modified Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC), we first design a model selection strategy to obtain an optimal model structure for the freeform surface. Based on the selected model structure, we then determine a set of data points to be measured. B-splines are adopted for modeling the free form surface. In order to obtain more reliable parameter estimation for the B-spline model, we analyze the uncertainty of the model and use the statistical analysis of the Fisher information matrix to optimize the locations of the data points needed in the measurements. Using a cloud of data points of a surface acquired by a 3D vision system, we implemented the proposed method for reconstructing freeform surfaces.

Biomimetic materials have emerged as attractive and competitive alternatives for tissue engineering(TE)and regenerative *** contrast to conventional biomaterials or synthetic materials,biomimetic scaffolds based on natural biomaterial can offer cells a broad spectrum of biochemical and biophysical cues that mimic the in vivo extracellular matrix(ECM).Additionally,such materials have mechanical adaptability,micro-structure interconnectivity,and inherent bioactivity,making them ideal for the design of living implants for specific applications in TE and regenerative *** paper provides an overview for recent progress of biomimetic natural biomaterials(BNBMs),including advances in their preparation,functionality,potential applications and future *** highlight recent advances in the fabrication of BNBMs and outline general strategies for functionalizing and tailoring the BNBMs with various biological and physicochemical characteristics of native ***,we offer an overview of recent key advances in the functionalization and applications of versatile BNBMs for TE ***,we conclude by offering our perspective on open challenges and future developments in this rapidly-evolving field.

In order to increase the fuel economy and decrease the emissions of hybrid vehicles,firstly a fuzzy logic control system is presented in this *** parallel hybrid vehicles,the whole required torque comes from internal combustion engine and motor engine *** on the desired torque for driving and state of charge,the fuzzy logic control system determines how the power splits between the dual sources,which is the key point for hybrid ***,Adaptive Neural-Fuzzy Inference System（ANFIS） method is applied to optimize fuzzy logic control system based on the data of driving cycle. The main contribution of this paper is well application of fuzzy-neural network to improve original control system,which minimized the fuel consumption and *** simulation results show very good performance of the proposed method.

In a heterogeneous P2P Network environment, heterogeneous peers may have different storage size, transmission latency （related with data transmission rate）, processing ability and even security level. So, traditional data searching algorithms are not applicable to such a network. Our work in this paper concentrates on how to effectively search multimedia data, so as to enable the data to be more effectively used with heterogeneous other peers. The detailed algorithm and experimental study will be discussed in the coming sections. A new searching algorithm called SPF-A* （Super Peer First A*） is designed, and a simulation study is conducted to support our proposal.

提出了一种用于无线快衰落信道的快速自适应估计新算法——拆分基展开递推最小二乘法。该算法通过利用多径信道之间相互独立的特性,减少了传统基展开递推最小二乘法在相关运算过程中的冗余。实验结果表明,提出的新算法与传统的基展开递推最小二乘法比较,在得到同样信道估计精确度的条件下,算法的复杂度降低了约80%。

In the research on CNTs' remarkable mechanical properties, two main theoretical methods are atomistic based methods and continuum mechanics [1]. The former is currently limited to very small length and time scales. Several continuum mechanics models can be easily used in many important cases [2], where the cited elastic moduli vary a lot. Some researchers are seeking continuum models which can obtain the elastic moduli and use them to study the mechanical behaviors. Li and Chou treated a CNT as a frame and modeled a bond as a beam [3]. However, the bending energy in their model and the energy associated with angles variation （E） have different physical significance, thus the two above energies can not be equated directly. Odegard et al. related Eto the stretching energy of corresponding additional rod [4], however, they had no delicate deduction, so their results on equivalent thickness of graphite sheet are two times the actual one. This research presents a reasonable truss model to study structural properties of zigzag SWCNTs. An equivalent relationship between variation of bond-angle and the deformation of corresponding additional rod （or shortly, equivalent relationship） is achieved by linking molecular mechanics and continuum mechanics, thus an efficient approach is proposed. Numerical calculation has been carried out to study elastic properties of SWCNTs and the results are in reasonable agreement with the available experimental data [5-6].

平原河网区受城市区域空间交错、河湖蓄滞洪区联通、水利工程密布等因素的影响,瞬时单位线、经验公式等传统方法推及可能最大洪水(PMF)存在很大的局限性。为弥补传统方法在平原河网地区的适用性问题,尝试使用水动力洪水演进模型法,并综合考虑水库溃坝、可能最大降雨(PMP)、海洋风暴潮等不同叠加因素的影响,选取典型区域(江苏省连云港市西陬山地区某厂址附近区域)研究多种组合条件下平原河网区域的洪水演进过程,及在特定区域内产生的可能最大洪水,以期为平原河网地区可能最大洪水位的推求及工程设计提供参考。
