The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of chromic chloride（CrCl3） on chick embryo fibroblast（CEF） *** cells were incubated with CrCl3（0.02,0.1,0.5,2.5,12.5,and 62.5 μmoI/L）,and the viability was determined using MTT assay,morphological detection and flow *** results showed that lower concentrations of CrCl3（0.02,0.1,and 0.5 μmol/L） did not damage CEF *** 0.1 μmol/L,CrCl3 could increase CEF viability（P3（2.5,12.5,and 62.5 μmol/L）,the number of apoptotic and necrotic cells（P33258 *** death induced by higher concentrations of CrCl3 was caused by an apoptotic and a necrotic mechanism,whereas the main mechanism of oxidative stress and induced mitochondrial dysfunction was apoptotic *** induced apoptotic death in CEF is concentration- and timedependent.

On the basis of analysis of water quality assessment methods, an aggregative index number model in water quality evaluation is put forward in this paper. There are totally six indexes selected as evaluation parameters in this model, including DO, potassium permanganate, BOD5, NH3-N, total quantity of phosphorus and total quantity of nitrogen. Besides, this model fully considers their differences existed in different categories of water quality and pollutant contents of the same category water quality. And this established model overcomes its drawbacks of inadequate for the single factor model in water quality assessment. Further, combined with its advantages of Support vector machine （SVM） in solving small sample with, nonlinear and high dimension problems, an aggregative index number method in water quality assessment based on SVM is established. The test results show that the method proposed in this paper has a very high correct ratio of evaluation, and has a good engineering application prospect.

This paper gives a general overview of rationale of tropical agricultural circular *** the basis of ecological economic theory,circular economy is a new model of economic development which aims at realizing reducing of resources use,reuse of products and recycling of wastes,conforming to the principle of *** is to make economic system melt into the process of cycle of material of natural ecological system *** paper introduces the advantages of developing tropical agriculture in Hainan Province,the main problems existing in the development and two main models of sustainable tropical agricultural development in Hainan Province at present.9 typical models of tropical agricultural circular economy in Hainan Province are listed in particular,including compound ecological project of forestry and animal husbandry,three-dimensional planting model of plantation,multilayered structure of eucalyptuses,sustainable agricultural model of sightseeing,the model of using animal manure,precision tropical agricultural model,clean production model of tropical agriculture,deep processing model of tropical agricultural products,and the model of ecological agricultural *** countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote development of tropical agricultural circular economy in Hainan Province as follows:take actions that suit local circumstances,exert advantage and exploit potential;give full play to advantage of integration of production,teaching and research,and promote agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances;the whole staff participate and strengthen construction of soft environment and hard environment.

随着大城市房价上涨,越来越多的住房需求辐射至大城市周边影响区域。为更好对大城市影响区房地产业进行定位,以河北省永清县为例,对北京市城八区居民进行分层随机抽样调查。在此基础上规划永清县房地产发展战略,并为其他大城市辐射影响地区房地产业发展思路提供参考。结论认为结合永清县自身条件及发展现状,根据北京市问卷分析结果,宜将永清县外销型房地产定位于养老休闲型公寓。
