Background:Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system in *** comprehensive practice guidelines for early gastric cancer in china are currently ***,we created the chinese national clinical practice guideline for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of early gastric ***:This clinical practice guideline(CPG)was developed in accordance with the World Health Organization’s recommended process and with the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)in assessing evidence *** used the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations to minimize bias and increase transparency in the CPG development *** used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare(RIGHT)statement and the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II(AGREE II)as reporting and conduct guidelines to ensure completeness and transparency of the ***:This CPG contains 40 recommendations regarding the prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of early gastric cancer based on available clinical studies and *** provide recommendations for the timing of Helicobacter pylori eradication,screening populations for early gastric cancer,indications for endoscopic resection and surgical gastrectomy,follow-up interval after treatment,and other ***:This CPG can lead to optimum care for patients and populations by providing up-to-date medical *** intend this CPG for widespread adoption to increase the standard of prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of early gastric cancer;thereby,contributing to improving national health care and patient quality of life.

Impacts of the Wenchuan Earthquake on the Giant Panda Nature Reserves in china

The Wenchuan Earthquake that occurred in May of 2008 caused damages to large areas of Sichuan,Gansu,and Shaanxi provinces in *** from local governments and related management agencies show that the giant panda nature reserves in the earthquake-hit areas were heavily *** estimates in this paper of the impacts of the earthquake on the giant panda in the earthquake-hit areas were made based on the interpretation of remote sensing images and information collected by field survey.A rapid assessment method was designed to estimate the damages of the earthquake on giant panda *** using visual interpretation methods,we decoded the remote sensing images of the disaster area in the 49 giant panda nature *** results showed that the Wenchuan Earthquake and the succeeding secondary geological disasters caused great damages to the giant panda nature reserves and disturbed the normal life of the giant pandas there (e.g.,landscape fragmentation increased significantly).Undoubtedly,the life of the giant pandas there was ***,although the earthquake caused certain impacts on the giant pandas,it did not really threat their *** so,we still strongly advocate for protection of the giant pandas,and have prioritized a couple of measures to be taken to restore the giant panda nature reserves in the earthquake-hit areas.

Relationship between Environmental Pollution of Coal Mine and Spectral Characteristics of Nearby Plants

Remote sensing technology, as the most advanced method for collecting data, along with the common ways often used in the past on research of environmental science, was integrated to study the relationship between environmental pollution of coal mine and spectral characteristics of nearby plants. With compositive index and mean reflectivity at near infrared, a regression equation was established, and a conclusion was made that spectral reflectivity can be used to distinguish regions with different pollution degree. Through testing with real status of the research region, it is verified that this kind of integration and conclusion not only are helpful for human being in controlling the movement law of pollutants and the corresponding change of coal mine environmental quality but also bring a new way for the research of environment problems of coal mine.

Changes in hair arsenic concentration in a population exposed to heavy pollution:Follow-up investigation in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,Southern china

Follow-up investigation on hair arsenic concentration was conducted in an arsenic heavily polluted area of southern china in 2002 and 2006. The results showed that the geometric mean of hair arsenic concentration decreased from 2.95 mg/kg in 2002 to 1.78 mg/kg in 2006, when the percentage of the population with levels over 1 mg/kg only decreased from 93.4% in 2002 to 80.5% in 2006. Over this four-year period, the population with high arsenic concentrations decreased significantly while there was no obvious change in hair arsenic concentration for people who had relatively low concentrations. In terms of age distribution, young and old people had higher hair arsenic concentrations than the middle-aged. All of these results showed that it is difficult to reverse the negative impact of arsenic pollution on human health. Arsenic pollution has a long-term continuous influence on the health of local residents.

Comparison of flow shear stress and energy expenditure between sand-and gravel-bed rivers and some geomorphological implications

Based on data from more than 100 alluvial rivers, a systematic comparison of flow shear stress and energy expenditure has been made between sand- and gravel-bed rivers, by plotting the relationships between channel shape (i.e. channel width-depth ratio) and hydraulic indices in a two-dimensional plane. These relationships show clearly that the four channel patterns, i.e. sand-bed meandering, sand-bed braided, gravel-bed meandering and gravel-bed braided, are located in 4 different areas that can be divided by 2 straight lines.

Mineralization episode of porphyry copper deposits in the Jinshajiang-Red River mineralization belt: Re-Os dating

Re-Os isotopic dating for the molybdenites from the porphyry copper deposits of the Jinshajiang-Red River mineralization belt in Yunnan Province yields isochron ages of 33.9±1.1 Ma for the Machangqing deposit and 34.4±0.5 Ma for the Tongchang deposit. This result shows that both the Machangqing and the Tongchang porphyry Cu-Mo deposits from two different ore-fields formed simultaneously. This new data and the published Re-Os model ages of molybdenite (35.4 Ma, 35.9 Ma, 36.2 Ma) of the Yulong porphyry copper deposit in Tibet, which is located in the same Jinshajiang-Red River mineralization belt as the Machangqing deposit and the Tongchang deposit, suggest that these three Cenozoic porphyry copper deposits in the Jinshajiang-Red River mineralization belt were contemporary for their mineralization episode. That is to say, even their present locality is far away and nearly iso-distantly distributed, these three porphyry Cu(Mo) deposits belong to the same mineralization episode at the end of Eocene.

Reconstruction of temperature series in china for the last 5000 years

A temperature series with a 100 year resolution for the last 5000 years in china has been reconstructed by using 31 longterm temperature proxy series selected from recent publications in the last 20 years. The proxy records include pollens, stalagmites, lake-sediments, peat, ice cores and historical documents. The result reveals that in the millennial scale temperature variation it was warm in 3050-250 BC and it was cold in 250 BC-1950 AD. In the above two periods there were many stages of sub-scale temperature fluctuations. The result also shows an obvious temperature discrepancy on the century to multi-century scale between the Eastern Monsoon Region, the Qinghai-Tibet Region and the Northwestern Region in 2850 BC, 2350 BC, 1350 BC, 950-350 BC, 50-250 AD, and 550 AD. A comparison between the reconstructed series of this paper and some North Hemisphere temperature series indicates that in the longterm scale change, the temperature change in china is in phrase with that of the Northern Hemisphere during the last 5000 years, while on the century to multi-century scale there are differences at the beginning and end times, which may imply that temperature change does not occur simultaneously in different regions.
