Aiming at the low-rate and short-distance communication in existing temperature and humidity monitoring system,this paper designs a remote monitoring system based on 3G and Internet *** system consists of data acquisition module and data remote transmission ***128 is used to be as a master control chip of data acquisition module,which realizes the data acquisition and pretreatment,and the collected data is transmitted to the host node by the low-power wireless transmission module NRF905 which is installed on slave nodes,and then the converged data is transmitted to Internet by 3G *** system can realize remote monitoring,centralized management and so *** experimental results show that the system has the advantages of low installation cost,low consumption,high sensitivity,high accuracy,long-distance communication and high rate etc.

＜正＞On basis of developing the synchronous detection Dicke radiometer, a 3mm radiometric imaging system that is controlled by PC and MCU is presented in this paper. Also, the master-slave hardware and software design of imaging system is proposed for the ground application. The beam width of 3mm radiometer is ***, which makes the imaging system possess higher spatial resolution. The experimental results show that the imaging system works stably and flexible but the radiometer need depressing the affection of system noise for further step.

To improve the reliability of spectrum sensing,a cooperative spectrum sensing information transmission scheme is discussed in this ***-coding and cyclic delay diversity （CDD） techniques are fully considered and properly combined to obtain diversity *** results show that the proposed scheme can reduce error rate and further improve the cooperative spectrum sensing performance in the multipath fading channel.

In order to make data collection more convenient,quick and accurate in working site in the existing wireless data acquisition system,one kind of multi-function handheld terminal is designed which combines the wireless and wired data *** paper adopts Atmega128 of ATMEL as microcontroller,nRF905 of Nordic as data transmission *** designs power management,liquid-crystal display and data storage *** results of practical test show that the handheld terminal can be applied to all kinds of wireless data acquisition networks,and it has several advantages like easy to carry,large data storage capacity,rich function and low cost.

A VISUAL MODEL WEIGHTED COSINE TRANSFORM FOR HIDING WATERMARK IN imageS

Watermarking is a technique for labeling digital pictures by hiding secret information into images. Watermark embedding is a method to discourage unauthorized copying and identify the owner or distributor of digital data. In this paper, a new method is proposed. The watermark is processed as a visually recognizable pattern-binary image, which includes more information than the traditional symbol or ID number and is "extracted" instead of only "detected" to characterize the owner. The watermark is hidden in the host image by selectively modifying the middle-frequency part of the host image in conjunction with the human visual system(HVS) and the image discrete cosine transform(DCT). The experimental results show that this method can survive image cropping and image compression, and get better results, this is also a prospective method.

Space-time block codes based on complex orthogonal design have been widely investigated for their remarkable *** this paper,we propose a definition of more general complex orthogonal designs,which permits arbitrary complex factor with unit modulus in each *** prove that the maximal rate is still (m+1)/2m for n = 2m or 2m-1 antennas and minimal delay is also lower-bounded by(2m/(m-1)).Thus,allowing complex factor with unit modulus in each entry will not improve the main performance criterion of space-time block codes.

＜正＞ Digital watermarking is motivated by the need to provide copyright protection to multimedia data and is a favorable, prospective method of copyright protection. In this paper, a new method is proposed to hide watermark image in images by multi-resolution wavelet decomposition techniques in conjunction with human visual model. The watermark image is processed as a visually recognizable pattern-binary image, which includes more information than the traditional symbol or ID number and is "extracted" instead of only "detected" to characterize the owner. Firstly, the human vision system（HVS） model and wavelet-based decomposition are introduced, part of decomposition coefficients which are applicable to hide watermark are also selected;then, both the watermark and the host image are decomposed into multi-resolution sub-band images, the sub-band watermarks is embedded into the corresponding sub-band host images;finally the experimental results and conclusion are given. The simulation experiments demonstrate the high robustness of the algorithm to cropping and compression, show that this approach has excellent performance in the quality of watermarked image and the robustness of watermark.

Group delay distortion between channels is one of the most important factors which affect the BER （bit error rate） performance of DBF （digital beam forming） *** basic principles of DBF and the concept of group delay are first introduced,and a linear group delay filter is designed based on the relationship between the minimum phase system and the cepstral *** then a multi-channel group delay distortion model for simulation in MATLAB software is established.A QPSK system is simulated in multi-channel group *** results show that the degradation of BER performance is caused by group delay distortion,and the more serious distortion of group delay,the greater deterioration of BER performance.

Transmit diversity is an important multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) approach to improve the transmission reliability;however,it is usually designed with maximum-likelihood *** this paper,we investigate a simple transceiver structure for single-carrier MIMO systems,in which the cyclic-delay time-reversal space-time block code (CDTR-STBC) is employed at the transmitter,and the frequency-domain decision-feedback equalization (FD-DFE) is used at the *** separate the transmit antennas into two groups,and then,encode the groups by STBC and cyclically delay the data streams within each *** processing can mitigate the impact of error-propagation and reduce the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss when FD-DFE is employed,in which SNR is defined as the ratio of the received signal power over the noise power at each receive *** support our proposal,this paper also provides the performance analysis of *** is shown that the proposed scheme can achieve full diversity and full transmission rate for a MIMO system employing arbitrary ***,it has considerable performance improvement over the existing schemes.
