Production of dileptons with intermediate masses in an expanding quark-gluon matter

A study of dilepton spectra, in intermediate mass region (IMR), from main background sources, quark phase, and secondary processes in hadronic phase on the basis of a relativistic hydrodynadric model has been carried out. The comparison between these results indicates that in this mass region the contribution from the background sources dominates, and due to the effect of the phase boundary on the evolution of the system the contribution from the quark phase becomes more important than that from secondary processes.

Effects of nitrogen ion implantation on Ca^(2+) concentration and membrane potential of pollen cell

The effects of low energy nitrogen ion implantation on Ca2+ concentration and membrane potential of illy (Mum davidii Duch) pollen cell have been studied. The results showed that the Ca2+ concentration was increased when pollen grain was implanted by nitrogen ion with energy 100 keV and dose 1013.ions/cm2. However, the increase of Ca2+ concentration was partly inhibited by the addition of Ca2+ channel inhibitor depending on dose. And nitrogen ion implantation caused depolarization of pollen cell membrane potential. In other words, membrane potential was increased, but the effect decreased by adding Ca2+ channel inhibitor. However, it was still significantly higher than the membrane potential of control cells. It was indicated that the depolarization of cell membrane potential opened the calcium channel on the membrane that caused the increasing of intracel-lular calcium concentration. This might be an earlier step of the effect of low energy nitrogen ion implantation on pollen germination.

We first study structure coefficients of collective pairs with spin zero and spin two（SD） in a number of configurations by a few realistic *** investigate the robustness of these structure coefficients. Second,we study the validity of pair truncation of the nuclear shell model by using the semi-magic nucleus *** present low-lying states based on both nucleon pair approximation（NPA） and exact shell-model （SM） *** also calculate overlaps between wave functions of low-lying states calculated by using the NPA and those calculated by using the ***,we perform systematic calculations on low-lying states of nuclei with A = 202-212,using the *** use a phenomenological shell-model *** building blocks of our model space include one J = 4 valence neutron pair,and one J = 4,6,8 valence proton pair,in addition to the usual S and D *** calculate binding energies,excitation energies,electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole moments of low-lying states,and E2 transition rates between low-lying states. Our calculated results are reasonably consistent with available experimental *** calculated quadrupole moments and magnetic moments,many of which have not yet been measured for these nuclei,are useful for future experimental measurements.

＜正＞ The density dependent reiativistic mean field （DDRMF）raodel in the new parameterization used recently is extended to investigate antikaon condensation and in-medium （anti）kaon production in βequilibrium auclear matter, the obtained results show that the mean critical density for antikaon condensation is approximately 2.3.o for the two model parameter sets. The subthreshold energies for （anti）kaon production are calculated, and indicate that the in-medium effects are essential for explaining the antikaon enhanced production while kaon production rates are possibly enhanced only in the high density region. As an application for βequilibrium nuclear matter, the masses against the central densities of neutron stars are studied in the DDRMF model, too.

Both relativistic and non-relativistic energy density functional models have been widely used in describing the nuclear many-body *** calculations show that both relativistic and non-relativistic models give quite similar results for the ground state properties and low-energy dynamics of stable ***,significant differences are found when calculations go to the extreme cases of high isospin and high *** origin of these differences is still not *** non-relativistic Skyrme-Hartree-Fock (SHF) model has been extensively employed in the investigation of nuclear structure since the first work of Vautherin and *** 1970s,almost at the same time as SHF,the Relativistic-Mean-Field(RMF) model was developed to give a competitive description of finite *** relativistic Quark-Meson-Coupling model(QMC) was proposed by ***,the Hartree approximation is usually used in both RMF and QMC *** real treatment of the Fock term remains *** comparisons between relativistic models within the non-relativistic Hartree-Fock approximation and the Skyrme model can be instructive in clearing the *** this work,we compare the non-relativistic approximations of the QMC and RMF models and SHF models,with focusing on possible *** list the QMC energy density functional within the Hartree-Fock approximation and make comparison with RMF and Skyrme *** find that the discrepancy of these models is mainly caused by the isovector channel of the energy density functional.A new Skyrme parametrization is obtained by the *** also give the calculation results of the new parametrization.
