Kalman filter is a powerful tool in target tracking and self-localization across wireless sensor networks with many *** paper considers the filters design for networked systems with combined constraints of bandwidth and random delay,and proposes a kind of universal networked Kalman estimator for given linear time invariant(LTI) or determinate parameters(DP) systems,which are also called linear and determinate parameters(LDP) systems ***,two modeling ways to treat bit quantization error vector are given and the corresponding LDP systems taken after bit quantization are ***,we introduce an equivalent weighted summation form of the conventional linear Kalman filter,which fully uses two essential characteristics,namely offline computation property from the LDP systems and linear weighted summation property from the linear minimum mean square error ***,by adopting the replacement and innovation compensation operations,a kind of integrated networked estimator,involving two estimation algorithms with different modeling ways to bit quantization error actually,is presented based on the weighted summation filter for random delay *** proposed universal networked estimation algorithms have some outstanding advantages such as extensive application,concise algorithm structure,high estimate accuracy,and good running *** examples are demonstrated to validate the proposed networked estimation algorithms.

The problem of fault estimation for a class of non-uniformly sampled-data systems is investigated from the time delay point of view in this ***,the output delay approach is employed to model the sampled-data system as a continuous-time one with time-varying delay ***,based on the analysis of the inapplicability of the adaptive fault diagnosis observer in such class of time-delay systems,a novel augmented fault estimation observer design method is proposed to guarantee the exponential convergence of the estimation ***,an extension to the case of time varying fault estimation for the noisy sampled-data systems is ***,simulation results of a flight control system are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A new combination rule based on Dezert-Smarandache theory (DSmT) is proposed to deal with the conflict evidence resulting from the non-exhaustivity of the discernment frame. A two-dimensional measure factor in Dempster-Shafer theory (DST) is extended to DSmT to judge the conflict degree between evidence. The original DSmT combination rule or new DSmT combination rule can be selected for fusion according to this degree. Finally, some examples in simultaneous fault diagnosis of motor rotor are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed combination rule.

We investigate Noether symmetries and conservation laws of the discrete mechanico-electrical systems with nonregular *** operators of discrete transformation and discrete differentiation to the right and left are introduced for the *** on the invariance of discrete Hamilton action on nonregular lattices of the systems with the dissipation forces under the infinitesimal transformations with respect to the time,generalized coordinates and generalized charge quantities,we work out the discrete analog of the generalized variational *** this formula we derive the discrete analog of generalized Noether-type identity,and then we present the generalized quasi-extremal equations and properties of these equations for the *** also obtain the discrete analog of Noether-type conserved laws and the discrete analog of generalized Noether theorems for the *** we use an example to illustrate these results.

＜正＞A direct torque control （DTC） strategy based on observing stator flux linkage for permanent magnet synchronous motor （PMSM） was investigated. Traditional DTC can adjust the torque and flux linkage just with only 8 basic voltage space vectors. It has rapid dynamic response, but, it also has the shortcomings: ripple of torque and current, variable switching frequency, and poor performance while low speed. Therefore, a PI controller was used instead of the hysteresis controller and switching table in traditional DTC. The voltage space vector prognosticated by the error of torque for compensating the error of flux linkage is deduced. With space vector modulation （SVM）, the error between the estimated and the referenced of stator flux linkage and torque will be accurately compensated by the synthesized voltage space vector. The simulations and experiments verified that compared to DTC of PMSM, DTC-SVM is capable of keeping the excellent dynamic response, also evidently reducing the torque ripple and effectively improving the steady state performance.

＜正＞In this paper,we concern with robust stability of networked control systems（NCSs） by taking the effects of both the time-varying network-induced delay and data packet dropout into consideration.A new delay decomposition approach to time-varying delay is proposed and an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed to derive some less conservative stability *** slack matrix variable is introduced and overly bounding for some term is ***,two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed results.

Based on the property of the discrete model entirely inheriting the symmetry of the continuous system,we present a method to construct exact solutions with continuous groups of transformations in discrete nonconservative *** Noether's identity of the discrete nonconservative system is *** symmetric discrete Lagrangian and symmetric discrete nonconservative forces are defined for the *** quasi-extremal equations of discrete nonconservative systems are *** conserved quantities are derived with symmetries associated with the continuous *** have also found that the existence of the one-parameter symmetry group provides a reduction to a conserved quantity;but the existence of a two-parameter symmetry group makes it possible to obtain an exact solution for a discrete nonconservative *** examples are discussed to illustrate these results.

Aiming at the linear time invariant or the parameters preliminary given for the multisensor target tracking system,this paper develops a random delayed Kalman filter fusion estimator based on equivalent conversion for multisensor *** algorithm effectively uses the characteristics of Kalman filter statistical parameters which can be calculated out of line,and the calculated form of measurements weighted summation under Linear Minimum Mean Square Error （LMMSE） ***,it transformed the multisensor system into the single sensor order form based on the idea of ***,it utilizes the method of one step prediction estimate and measurements prediction residual compensation to get the optimal weighting coefficient though calculating out of line and adjusting ***,it can realize the optimal update of the random delay *** last,Algorithm analysis and computer simulation indicates that this algorithm is validity and advantage.
