As a clean and renewable source of energy and can be used easily and widely in the future, photovoltaic is one of the most important distributed generations in micro-grid. The deployment of high penetration rooftop photovoltaic （PV） system is becoming a reality in micro-grid. Developing high penetration rooftop PV system in an effective manner is a great challenge. The paper analyzes the characteristics of high penetration rooftop PV system and proposes protection schemes according to the requirements. As the operation of micro-grid is flexible, micro-grid could operate not only in radial or open loop configurations, but also in closed loop configurations according to the security and the reliability requirements. This paper investigates the protection requirements of high penetration rooftop PV system and analyzes the characteristics of conventional protection schemes applied to high penetration rooftop PV system. Obviously, the pilot protection can fulfill the requirements of high penetration rooftop PV system. Taking the fault clearance speeds and the requirement of directional element into account, the paper proposes protection scheme based on overcurrent coordination for high penetration rooftop PV system. The proposed protection schemes show that it can clear the fault instantaneously and significantly improve the reliability and security of high penetration PV system.

＜正＞ We put forward a chaotic estimating model. by using the parameter of the chaotic system, sensitivity of the parameter to inching and control the disturbance of the system, and estimated the parameter of the model by using the best update option. In the end, we forecast the intending series value in its mutually space. The example shows that it can increase the precision in the estimated process by selecting the best model steps. It not only conquer the abuse of using detention inlay technology alone, but also decrease blindness of using forecast error to decide the input model directly, and the result of it is better than the method of statistics and other series means.

The pressure system of the HTHP rheometer is a complex and non-linear system, and it is hard to adjust the parameters with the PID control. An intelligent fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is developed to realize automatic on-line tuning of PID parameters to enhance the control accuracy for pressure control system. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control system has not only a quick speed of response, but also a good robustness.

Evidence is mounting that microorganisms originating from livestock impact the air quality of the animal houses themselves and contribute to their neighborhood of the public. The aim of this study was to develop efficient bacterial source tracking capabilities to identify sources of Escherichia coli aerosol pollution caused by pigs. Airborne E. coli were isolated from indoor air, upwind air （10 and 50 m away） and downwind air samples （10, 50, 100, 200 and 400 m away） for five swine houses using six-stage Andersen microbial samplers and RCS （Reuter-Centrifugal samplers）. E. coli strains from pig fecal samples were also collected simultaneously. The enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus polymerise chain reaction （ERIC-PCR） and the repetitive extragenic palindromic （REP-PCR） approaches were used to study the genetic variability and to determine the strain relationships among E. coli isolated from different sites in each swine house. Results showed that 3..1% （20/57） of the bacterial DNA fingerprints from the fecal isolates matched with the corresponding strains isolated from indoor and downwind air samples （similarity ≥ 90%）. E. coli strains from the indoor and downwind air samples were closely related to the E. coli strains isolated from feces, while those isolated from upwind air samples （house C） had low similarity （61% - 69%）. Our results suggest that some strains isolated from downwind and indoor air originated in the swine feces. Effective hygienic measures should be taken in animal farms to prevent or minimize the downwind spread of microorganism aerosol.

Hence. there is a strong need to employ speech enhancement to suppress the background noise in speech. In this paper, a computation-efficient parameter-adaptation algorithm is proposed for the generalized spectral subtraction method, which can reduce noise level more significantly.

This paper presents a practical swimming data prediction method for a free-swimming,three-link robotic *** a full hydrodynamic model for fish swimming is very complex and intractable,the primitive swimming data generated by a Central Pattern Generator controller is fed into a Back-Propagation Neural Network（BPNN） for *** the process of training,the BPNN is able to predict the actual swimming data for various swimming patterns without dynamic *** simulation and experimental results on swimming control show the effectiveness of the proposed prediction method as well as its potential for other flexible link-based robots.

In this paper,we investigate a class of the scalar discrete-time adaptive control system based on an extremely simple one-step-guess （OSG） estimator,whose closed loop is rather complex and nontrivial despite that it has ever been ignored for a long time partially due to its quite simple form and *** OSG adaptive controller is based on the most intuitive idea to estimate the unknown parameter with only the information available from one step,and its form is much simpler than and different from that of other widely used adaptive controllers based on least-squars algorithm or gradient-type *** show that the closed-loop system of the OSG adaptive controller is indeed governed by a timevarying nonlinear difference equation,which was not thoroughly investigated in previous studies of difference *** primordial OSG adaptive controller without dead zone and the extended OSG adaptive controller with time-varying dead zone are analyzed in this contribution,and their closedloop properties are rigorously established,which show that the simple OSG adaptive controller is stable under mild *** numerical simultions also illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

There is a rather limited understanding concerning the antibiotic-resistance of the airborne S. aureus and the transmission of the antibiotic-resistant genes it carries Therefore, we isolated 149 S. aureus strains from the samples collected from the feces, the indoor air and the outdoor air of 6 chicken farms, and performed the research on them with 15 types of antibiotics and the REP-PCR trace identification. The 100% homologous strains were selected to conduct the research on the carrying and transmission status of the antibiotic-resistant genes. The results revealed that 5.3.% strains（8/149） were resistant to methicillins （MRSA）, and 94% strains （140/149） were resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole, etc. In addition, these strains displayed a resistance to multiple antibiotics （4, 5 or 6 types） and there were also 3.strains resistant to 9 antibiotics. the strains with the same REP-PCR trace identification result carried the same type of antibiotic-resistant genes. The results showed that airborne transmission not only causes the spread of epidemic diseases but also exerts threats to the public health of a community.
