Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

In the context of the People's Republic of china,coronary artery disease(CAD)presents a sig-nificant clinical challenge,with over 11.3 mil-lion patients ***,the diagnos-is of CAD has predominantly relied on invasive coronary angiography.[1]However,recent advances in clinical research have revealed a notable trend:a substantial 82% of patients subjected to such invas-ive diagnostics do not necessitate interventional therapy.

Percutaneous coronary interventions have progressed through the era of plain balloon dilation, bare-metal stent insertion to drug-eluting stent treatment, which has significantly reduced the acute occlusion and restenosis rates of target vessels and improved patient prognosis, making drug-eluting stents the mainstream interventional treatment for coronary artery disease. In recent years, drug-coated balloons(DCBs) have become a new treatment strategy for coronary artery disease, and the drugs used in the coating and the coating technology have progressed in the past years. Without permanent implant, a DCB delivers antiproliferative drugs rapidly and uniformly into the vessel wall via the excipient during a single balloon dilation. Many evidence suggests that DCB angioplasty is an effective measure for dealing with in-stent restenosis and de novo lesions in small coronary *** more clinical studies are published, new evidence is emerging for the use of DCB angioplasty in a wide range of coronary diseases, and the indications are expanding internationally. Based on the latest research from china and elsewhere, the Expert Writing Committee of the chinese Expert Consensus on Clinical Applications of Drug-Coated Balloon has updated the previous DCB consensus after evidence-based discussions and meetings in terms of adequate preparation of in-stent restenosis lesions, expansion of the indications for coronary de novo lesions, and precise guidance of DCB treatment by intravascular imaging and functional evaluation.

Effect of angiotensin II receptor 1 antisense oligodoexynucleotides on physiological and pathophysiological growth of cardiomyocytes

AIM: To evaluate the role of angiotensin II receptor 1 antisense oligodexynucleotides (AT1R-AS-ODNs) on physi-ological and pathophysiological growth of cardiomyocytes from normotensive rats. METHODS: Cardiomyocyteswere transfected with AT1R-AS-ODNs (200 nmol/L) followed by treatment with or without angiotensin II (1 mol/L).In situ hybridization and Western blot were used for AT1R mRNA and protein detection, respectively. c-Jun N-terminal protein kinase (JNK) activity was characterized by immune complex kinase assay. c-Jun protein expres-sion was examined by immunocytochemistry. DNA content was detected by flow cytometric assay. Atrial natri-uretic factor (ANF) expression was identified by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Treatment with AT1R-AS-ODNsfor 24 h resulted in 51.2 % decrease in AT1R mRNA and 60.7 % in protein (P2 h, c-Jun protein expression was increased. By 24 h, angiotensin II caused a markedincrease both in G0/G1 and G2/M DNA content, and increased ANF expression by 1.8-fold. All these were inhibitedby AT1R-AS-ODNs pretreatment. In contrast, sense sequence was ineffective. CONCLUSION: Decrease ofAT1R expression by AS-ODNs did not interfere with normal growth, but protected cardiomyocytes from angio-tensin II-dependent pathophysiological growth.

DNA barcoding is a rapidly developing frontier technology that is gaining worldwide ***,seven regions (psbA-trnH,matK,ycf5,rpoC1,rbcL,ITS2,and ITS) with potential for use as DNA barcodes were tested for their ability to identify 300 samples of 192 species from 72 genera of the family *** evaluate each barcode’s utility for species authentication,PCR amplification efficiency,genetic divergence,and barcoding gaps were *** found that the ITS2 region exhibited the highest inter-specific divergence,and that this was significantly higher than the intra-specific variation in the "DNA barcoding gap" assessment and Wilcoxon two-sample *** ITS2 locus had the highest identification efficiency among all tested *** a previous study,we found that ITS2 was able to discriminate a wide range of plant taxa,and here we confirmed that ITS2 was also able to discriminate a number of closely related ***,we propose that ITS2 is a promising candidate barcode for plant species identification.

BACKGROUND: It has been found in recent years that STAT3 widely distributes in nervous system, including hippocampal CA1-3 region, dentate gyrus and cerebral neocortex, etc. Ischemic brain injury can cause the release of some cytokines and growth factors, while electro-acupuncture may have multi-level, multi-channel and multi-target protective and interventional effects on ischemic brain injury. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on STAT3 expression and nuclear translocation in hippocampal CA1 region of rat models of brain ischemia/reperfusion. DESIGN: Randomized and controlled observation. SETTING: Staff Room of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Department of Acupuncture and Bone Injury, hubei college of Traditional chinese medicine; Tongji Medical college, Huazhong university of Science and Technology. MATERIALS: Seventy-two healthy SD rats, of clean degree and either gender, weighing (200±20) g, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of hubei college of Traditional chinese medicine. STAT3 monoclonal antibody was purchased from Santa Cruz Company, USA, and G-6805 electro-acupuncture instrument was purchased from Shanghai Medical Electronic Instruments Factory. METHODS: This experiment was carried out in the comprehensive laboratory of Department of Acupuncture and Bone Injury, hubei college of Traditional chinese medicine between September 2005 and February 2006. Seventy-two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: ① control group(n =6): Untouched. ② Sham-operation group (n =18): Artery was isolated, but without inserting thread bolt.③ Model group (n =24): Rat models of local brain ischemia/reperfusion were established with modified suture occlusion. ④Electro-acupuncture group (n =24): Dazhui and bilateral Neiguan points were selected for electro-acupuncture treatment. No. 28 acupuncture needle of 3.33 cm was used in the treatment. A G-6085 electro-acupuncture instrument with continuous wave, frequency of 120 times/min, intensity of 1 mA
