The nucleotide sequence deduced from the amino acid sequence of the scorpion insectotoxin AaIT was chemically synthesized and was expressed in Escherichia coli. The authenticity of this in vitro expressed peptide was confirmed by N-terminal peptide sequencing. Two groups of bioassays, artificial diet incorporation assay and contact insecticidal effect assay, were carried out separately to verify the toxicity of this recombinant toxin. At the end of a 24 h experimental period, more than 60% of the testing diamondback moth （Plutella xylostella） larvae were killed in both groups with LC50 value of 18.4 μM and 0.70 μM respectively. Cytotoxicity assay using cultured Sf9 insect cells and MCF-7 human cells demonstrated that the toxin AaIT had specific toxicity against insect cells but not human cells. Only 0.13 μM recombinant toxin was needed to kill 50% of cultured insect cells while as much as 1.3 μM toxin had absolutely no effect on human cells. The 4-channel smooth wavelets with linear phase and orthogonality are designed from the 2-channel orthogonal wavelets with high transfer vanishing moments. Reversely, for simple lifting scheme of such 4-channel orthogonal wavelet transforms, a new 2-channel orthogonal wavelet associated with this 4-channel wavelet is constructed. The new 2-channel wavelet has at least the same number of vanishing moments as the associated 4-channel one. Finally, by combining the two such 2-channel wavelet systems, the lifting scheme of 4-channel orthogonal wavelet transform, which has simple structure and is easy to apply, is presented.

Aim:Intracellular Ca2+plays pivotal roles in diverse cellular functions,includinggene transcription that underlies cardiac remodeling during stress ***,the role of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors（IP3Rs）in the media-tion of cardiac intracellular Ca2+and hypertrophic growth remains *** with neonatal rat ventricular myocytes suggests that activation of IP3Rsmay be linked to α1adrenergic receptor（α1AR）increased stereotyped Ca2+sparkoccurrence and global Ca2+***,we hypothesized that Ca2+releasethrough IP3Rs was necessary for α1AR-stimulated cardiac ***:We used myoinositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate hexakis（butyryloxymethyl）ester（IP3BM）,a membrane-permeant ester of IP3,to activate IP3Rs directly,and Fluo 4/AM tomeasure intracellular Ca2+***:IP3BM(10μmol·L-1)mimicked theeffects of phenylephrine,a selective agonist of α1AR,in increments in local Ca2+spark release（especially in the perinuclear area）and global Ca2+*** importantly,IP3R inhibitors,2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borateand Xestospongin C,abolished the IP3BM-induced Ca2+responses,and signifi-cantly suppressed α1AR-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy assayed by cellsize,[3H]leucine incorporation and atrial natriuretic factor gene expression,dur-ing sustained（48 h）phenylephrine ***:These results,therefore,provide cellular mechanisms that link IP3R signaling to α1AR-stimulatedgene expression and cardiomyocyte hypertrophy.

A new Lax matrix is introduced for the integrable symplectic map (ISM), and the non-dynamical(i. e. constant) r-matrix of ISM is obtained. Moreover, an effective approach is systematically presented to construct the explicit solution(here, the explicit solution means algebraic-geometric solution expressed by the Riemann-Theta function) of a soliton system or nonlinear evolution equation from Lax matrix, r-matrix, and the theory of nonlinearization through taking the Toda lattice as an example. The given algebraic-geometric solution of the Toda lattice is almost-periodic and includes the periodic and finite-band solution.

The present article deals with oblique derivative problems for some nonlinear mixed equations with parabolic degeneracy, which include the Tricomi problem as a special case. First, the formulation of the problems for the equations is given; next, the representation and estimates of solutions for the above problems are obtained; finally, the existence of solutions for the problems is proved by the successive iteration and the compactness principle of solutions of the problems. In this article, the author uses the complex method, namely, the complex functions in the elliptic domain and the hyperbolic complex functions in hyperbolic domain are used.

The surface exchange of NH_3 and HNO_3 gases over heathland was measured with the aerodynamic gradient method in Leende,the Netherlands during April 25 and May 9,*** to reactions in the system NH_3,HNO_3 and NH_4NO_3,the NH_3 deposition flux is overestimated,while HNO_3 shows apparent emission fluxes mostly during the field *** reveal that NH_3 gradients are influenced slightly by HNO_3 and the HNO_3 gradients are strongly controlled by the NH_3.A clear relationship between NH_3 and HNO_3 gradient is suggested by the Leende experiment. Before the late afternoon,NH_3 deposition gradients will cause HNO_3 upward gradients,meanwhile the NH_3 gradients themselves will become *** the HNO_3 upward gradient reaches maxi- mum,the NH_3 deposition gradients will be enlarged or the emission gradients depressed,while the HNO_3 upward gradients become smaller.

Methyl hydroperoxide （CH3OOH, MHP） is known to be a significant sink and reservoir of HOx and ROx radicals in the atmosphere. In order to investigate the impact of MHP on the concentration of atmospheric OH radicals, two key gas-phase reactions of MHP, i.e. the reactions with OH radicals and with UV photolysis, have been simulated at temperature of 293±2 K and total pressure of 1.01×105 Pa, using the long path Fourier transform infrared （LP-FTIR） spectrometry. OH radicals are generated by the photolysis of O3 in the presence of water vapor. Combined with the relative rate method, the reaction rate constant of MHP with OH radicals is determined to be （3.99±0.15）×10 -12 cm3·molecule -1 ·s -1 , and thus the atmospheric lifetime of MHP is estimated at 2.9 days. Furthermore, from detailed analysis of the UV photolysis of MHP, the yield of OH radicals is obtained to be 0.91±0.04. Based on the MHP atmospheric lifetime and the yield of OH radicals, it is concluded that MHP plays an essential role in the redistribution of OH radicals in the troposphere.
