Hierarchical Classification of Chinese Documents Based on N grams

We explore the techniques of utilizing N gram information to categorize Chinese text documents hierarchically so that the classifier can shake off the burden of large dictionaries and complex segmentation processing, and subsequently be domain and time independent. A hierarchical Chinese text classifier is implemented. Experimental results show that hierarchically classifying Chinese text documents based N grams can achieve satisfactory performance and outperforms the other traditional Chinese text classifiers.

Multicore and multi-threaded processors have become the norm for modern ***,concurrent programs have become more and more prevalent despite being difficult to write and *** errors are highly likely to appear in concurrent code,conventional error detection methods such as model checking,theorem proving,and code analysis do not scale smoothly to concurrent *** is an indispensable technique for detecting concurrency errors,but it involves a great deal of manual work and is *** paper presents an automatic method for detecting concurrency errors in classes in object-oriented *** method uses a heuristic algorithm to automatically generate test cases that can effectively trigger ***,each test case is executed automatically and a fast method is adopted to identify the actual concurrency error from anomalous run *** have implemented a prototype of the method and applied it to some typical Java *** shows that our method is more effective and faster than previous work.

Extended multivariate public key cryptosystems with secure encryption function

Advances in quantum computers pose great threats on the currently used public key cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC. As a promising candidate secure against attackers equipped with quantum computational power, multivariate public key cryptosystems (MPKCs) have attracted increasing attention in recently years. Unfortunately, the existing MPKCs can only be used as a multivariate signature scheme, and it remains unknown how to construct an efficient MPKC enabling secure encryption. Furthermore, some multivariate signature schemes have been shown insecure in recent years, and it is also not trivial to build MPKC which can serve as a secure signature scheme. By employing the basic MQ-trapdoors, this paper proposes a novel MPKC and shows how it can be used as a multivariate signature scheme and a multivariate encryption scheme, respectively. The goal is achieved by incorporating our new hash authentication techniques and some modification methods such as the Shamir's minus method. Thorough analysis shows that our schemes are secure and efficient. Our MPKC gives a positive response to the challenges in multivariate public key cryptography.

This paper addresses a problem of flood forecasting with the self-memory function. Considering flood forecasting’s uncertainty and updating demand, a hybrid hydrological model, namely Differential Hy- drological Grey Model with self-memory function (DHGM-SM), is developed. The model has two fold features. One is to establish a self-memorization equation linked with DHGM, that could extract useful information from past data series and realize updating of hydrological dynamic process. The other is that this model has higher efficiency relative to original hydrological model without self-memory func- tion. This approach was applied to river flow forecasting of two representative basins in Tunxi of South china and Daqinggou of North china. It is shown that this hybrid method has satisfactory forecasting accuracy by examination of both calibration and validation.

Coupling the hydrological and ecological process to implement the sustainable water resources management in Hanjiang River Basin

Research on the combination of hydrological variation and ecological demands plays an important role in water availability assessment and sustainable management on basin scale. An integrative frame, consisting of hydrological regime modelling, ecological water demands estimation and renewable resources management, is given in this paper in order to support the implementation of the sustainable water resources management. The suggested integrative frame has been used to study the integrated water resources management in southern Hanjiang River Basin which is the water source of South-toNorth Water Transportation Project in china. SWAT (soil and water assessment tool) model was used to simulate the monthly averaging streamflow and the amounts of ecological water demands in stream were also estimated in order to evaluate the available water resources for the local users and the transportation project. Then we formed the developing scenarioes by coupling the available water resources, the recovering rate of water resources in natural water cycle, the local water use rate and the amounts of the water transported to North, and used the Scheafer model to analyze their evolving trajectories. Eventually, the sustainable water resources management measures were assembled by the comprehensive evaluation of the scenarioes. The research indicates that the integrative frame provided a new way for the integrated water resources management in river basin.

Structure and Properties of Mg-doped SrBi_4Ti_4O_(15) Bi-layered Compounds

The structure and properties of Mg-doped SrBi4Ti4O15（SBT） were dicussed. Mg substitution into SBT had two possibilities states with the dopant amount variety. Mg cation substituted mostly into Sr^2. and the amount proportion was 68.11%.Mg ion will substitute into Ti ion site in perovskite layer when the doping amount increases. Polarization increases sharply when x=0.1 and then decreases becauses of the domain pinning. The Curie temperature of Mg-doped SBT is about 300 ℃ and there is a broad diffuse phase transition near Tc with a flat peak near the Ta of SBT.

The research purpose of this paper is to show the limitations of the existing radiometric normalization approaches and their disadvantages in change detection of artificial objects by comparing the existing approaches,on the basis of which a preprocessing approach to radiometric consistency,based on wavelet transform and a spatial low-pass filter,has been *** approach first separates the high frequency information and low frequency information by wavelet ***,the processing of relative radiometric consistency based on a low-pass filter is conducted on the low frequency *** processing,an inverse wavelet transform is conducted to obtain the results *** experimental results show that this approach can substantially reduce the influence on change detection of linear or nonlinear radiometric differences in multi-temporal images.

A SIMPLIFIED NUMERICAL MODEL OF 3-D GROUNDWATER AND SOLUTE TRANSPORT AT LARGE SCALE AREA

A simplified numerical model of groundwater and solute transport is developed. At large scale area there exists a big spatial scale difference between horizontal and vertical length scales. In the resultant model, the seepage region is particularly divided into several virtual layers along the z direction and vertical 1-D columns covering x-y 2.D area according to stratum properties. The numerical algorithm is replacing the full 3-D water and mass balance analysis as the 2.D Galerkin finite element method in x- and y-directions and 1-D finite differential approach in the z direction. The reasonable method of giving minimum thickness is successfully used to handle transient change of water table, drying cells and problem of rewetting. The solution of the simplified model is preconditioned conjugate gradient and ORTHOMIN method. The validity of the developed 3-D groundwater model is tested with the typical pumping and backwater scenarios. Results of water balance of the computed example reveal the model computation reliability. Based on a representative 3-D pollution case, the solute transport module is tested against computing results using the MT3DMS. The capability and high efficiency to predict non-stationary situations of free groundwater surface and solute plume in regional scale problem is quantitatively investigated. It is shown that the proposed model is computationally effective.
