Owing to the largely improved facilities and working conditions, solar physics research in china has recently shown marked development. This paper reports on the recent progress of solar physics research in china's Mainland, mainly focusing on several hot issues, including instrumentations, magnetic field observations and research, solar flares, filaments and their eruptions, coronal mass ejections and related processes, as well as active regions and the corona, small-scale phenomena, solar activity and its predictions. A vision of the future is also described.

In this paper, the generally induced ordered weighted averaging (GIOWA) operator is used to construct the fuzzy evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment including air, water and noise. Based on the part data of air, water and noise of the 13 cities under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu provincial government in 2.02. a case study is given. The evaluating results show that the evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment based on the GIOWA operator can reflect the condition of pollution controlled and environmental quality of a city in a period of time.

The interactions between the new organometallic complexes, ferrocenesubstituted dithioocarborane conjugates （denoted as FcSB1, FcSB2.and FcSBCO） and hemoglobin （Hb） are investigated by electrochemistry, fluorescence and UVvis absorption spectroscopy. The results demonstrate that FcSB1, FcSB2.and FcSBCO can bind to the heme iron center through the replacement of the weakly bound H2./02.in the distal heme pocket of Hb by their sulfur donor atoms, inducing the allosteric change from the R state （oxygenated conformation, relax） to T state （deoxygenated conformation, tense）. The binding affinity is in the order of FcSBCO〉FeSB2.FeSB1. Moreover, the fluorescence study illustrates that the three ferrocenecarborane conjugates differently affect the quarterly and tertiary structures as well as the polarity in the surrounding of the Trp and Tyr residues in Hb. Typically, FcSB2.mainly induces alterations of the microenvironment around the 1337Trp residue which is located on the cql32.interface of Hb. Such distinct influences are attributed to the structural features of FcSB1, FcSB2.and FcSBCO containing hydrophobic ferrocenyl and carboranyl units as well as C=O group. Screening the proteinbinding behavior can signify the potential bioactivity of such molecules and may be helpful in the future development of promising multifunctional metallodrugs.

Binarization processing is a key step in most vein pattern recognition, but may create flaws such as leakage of some feature information. In order to overcome this problem, a new approach is explored in this paper which can extract topographic features directly from gray-scale vein images without binarization processing. First, an extreme graph of directional fields (EGDF) is calculated according to neighborhood information of every pixel, and then the intravenous main ridge of the image can be separated step by step from EGDF with the defined constraint template sets. After that, the sub-ridge is extracted from end points of the main ridge in range constraint image with the tracing method of maximal neighboring point. According to contrast experiment the proposed method is better than the traditional processing (performing binarization first and then skeletonization), in that it can overcome the problem that some separate vein lines are extracted incorrectly, and it can avoid extracting two neighboring vein lines as one ridge. As such, the proposed method is an effective way to extract topographic features for vein recognition

In uplink orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access(OFDMA) systems,efficient resource allocation can greatly improve system ***,in this paper,we present a game-theoretical approach to achieve a joint subcarrier and power allocation in a distributed ***,the subcarrier allocation problem is modeled as a multi-player discrete,stochastic and finite strategy game,where each of the subcarriers is viewed as a player to choose the most satisfying *** subcarriers of each user are allocated with equal *** the proposed game model,on the one hand,we exploit the support and programming methods to obtain the Nash equilibriums,and analyze their theoretical *** the other hand,we propose a lowcomplexity algorithm based on the linear reward-inaction(L R-I) algorithm to search for the Nash *** the relationship between the convergence results of this algorithm and the Nash equilibriums is *** simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the resource allocation game model and algorithm.

This paper describes an ethylene glycol（EG）-assisted approach to the ultralong Sb2.3 nanowires,formed by a simple hydrothermal reaction between SbCl3 and Na2. in the presence of distilled *** electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy studies indicate that these Sb2.3 nanowires possess a diameter around 2.0 nm and length up to 100 μ ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction studies reveal that each Sb2.3 nanowire is a single-crystal along the [001] *** possible formation mechanism of the nanowires was *** effects of volume ratio of ethylene glycol/water on the morphology of Sb2.3 nanowires were also *** reflectance spectrum result shows that the final products have an apparent blue shift by quantum size effect.

Target decomposition (TD) theorems have been widely applied in radar polarimetry, serving as the bridge between radar measurements and the physical parameters of a scatterer. The H/A target decomposition is one of the most suitable tools for performing data interpretation in the study and characterization of natural scatters. In this paper, the statistics of the parameters of eigenvalue, eigenvector and H/A have been analyzed via a novel method, and the probability density functions (PDF) have been obtained. It is pointed out that all these parameters can be seen as asymptotically nonbiased with respect to the number of looks. In order to reduce the biases for a small number of looks, a novel estimator for the parameters has been proposed. We give the basic theorems for accurate estimation of parameters.
