Human CCL17/TARC (hCCL17) and CCL2./MDC (hCCL2.) interact with their receptor CCR4, playing pivotal roles in various Th2.cell-dominant diseases. Rat Ccl17, Ccl2. and Ccr4 share 63.4%, 65.2. and 87.5% homology at the amino acid level, respectively, compared with their human homologues. Rat Ccl2. has been demonstrated to interact with rat Ccr4. However, it is not known whether rat Ccl17 is a functional ligand for rat Ccr4 and whether rat Ccr4 can interact with hCCL17 and hCCL2.. In this study, we cloned rat Ccl17 and Ccr4 cDNA from rat thymus and expressed the recombinant rat Ccl17. The binding assay indicated rat Ccl17 could saturably bind rat Ccr4, and this binding could be competitively inhibited by unlabeled rat Cc17, hCCL17 or hCCL2.. Both rat and human CCL17 or CCL2. could induce the chemotactic migration and calcium mobilization in rat Ccr4-transfected cells. They could also desensitize each other’s effect on chemotaxis and calcium mobilization. Furthermore, both rat Ccl17 and hCCL17 could induce significant receptor internalization in rat Ccr4-EGFP transfected cells. These results demonstrated the conserved CCL17/CCR4 interaction in rats and the further cross-species interaction of rat Ccr4 with hCCL17 and hCCL2.. Likewise, they provided the molecular basis for the investigation of physiological and pharmacological roles of CCR4, its ligands, and their antagonists in rat disease models.

口服降糖药(OAD)联合胰岛素治疗是2.糖尿病(T2.M)患者血糖控制达标的重要方法之一。新型OAD钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2.制剂(SGLT2.)在有效降糖的同时还可发挥心肾保护作用。近年来,SGLT2.在T2.M患者中广泛使用,如何将这一类新型OAD与胰岛素安全、有效地联合应用,成为T2.M临床管理中需要关注的问题。本共识针对SGLT2.联合胰岛素的使用原则、患者人群选择、联合用药启动流程、治疗优势、联合治疗的安全性和注意事项等问题方面进行证据梳理,并结合我国的临床实际用药经验,提出13条推荐意见。旨在指导广大临床医师规范、合理用药,从而改善我国T2.M患者的临床结局。

Some evidence of drying trend over northern china from 1951 to 2.04

The surface wetness index, Palmer drought sererity index and the retrieval of soil moisture over china were calculated using monthly precipitation and monthly mean surface air temperature. Based on the contrast analysis of the variation of the above three indices and precipitation, the dry/wet spatio-temporal pattern of northern china in the last 54 years was revealed, and the evidence of drying trend over northern china was analyzed, especially. The results show the following four facts: (1) The drying trend is the main characteristic of the eastern part of Northwest china and the central part of North china since the 1980s and it was enhanced in the last 15 years mainly due to the precipitation decrease and the temperature increase; (2. During the last 54 years, there was only one dry/wet shift at the interdecadal scale occurring in the eastern part of Northwest china and the central part of North china in the late 1970s, which was related to 1977/1978 global abrupt change, whereas there were three shifts in Northeast china, one was in the mid 1990s and the other two were in 1965 and 1983, respectively; (3) Unlike the variation trend of other subregions of northern china, the western part of Northwest china is currently located in a relatively wetting period, which is weak-ened due to the temperature increase; (4) The extreme drought frequency is obviously increasing in the eastern part of Northwest china, the central part of North china and Northeast china since the 1980s, which is closely related to the precipitation decrease and temperature increase in these subregions.

Rashba electron transport in one-dimensional quantum waveguides

The properties of Rashba wave function in the planar one-dimensional waveguide are studied, and the following results are obtained. Due to the Rashba effect, the plane waves of electron with the energy E divide into two kinds of waves with the wave vectors k 1 =k 0 +k δ and k 2.=k 0 -k δ , where k δ is proportional to the Rashba coefficient, and their spin orientations are +π/2.(spin up) and -π/2.(spin down) with respect to the circuit, respectively. If there is gate or ferromagnetic contact in the circuit, the Rashba wave function becomes standing wave form exp(±ik δ l)sin[k 0 (l-L)], where L is the position coordinate of the gate or contact. Unlike the electron without considering the spin, the phase of the Rashba plane or standing wave function depends on the direction angle θ of the circuit. The travel velocity of the Rashba waves with the wave vector k 1 or k 2.are the same hk0/m * . The boundary conditions of the Rashba wave functions at the intersection of circuits are given from the continuity of wave functions and the conservation of current density. Using the boundary conditions of Rashba wave functions we study the transmission and reflection probabilities of Rashba electron moving in several structures, and find the interference effects of the two Rashba waves with different wave vectors caused by ferromagnetic contact or the gate. Lastly we derive the general theory of multiple branches structure. The theory can be used to design various spin polarized devices.

Lunar geodetic parameters, which play an important role in lunar exploration, can be calculated from the gravity and topography data. With the CE-1 altimetry data and LP gravity model, we calculate such geodetic parameters as the principle moment of inertia, the principle inertia axes, equatorial radius, polar radius, mean radius, flattening and offset between center of mass and center of figure (DCOM-COF). According to the CE-1 altimetry data and the above geodetic parameters, a tri-axial ellipsoid (CE-1-LAM-GEO) and a tri-axial level ellipsoid (CE-1-LAM-LEVEL) are calculated individually, providing mass center and figure center offset (DCOM-COF) and parameters more reliable in direction and magnitude.

Influence of CO2.corrosion on reservoir mineralogical composition,pore structure and their mechanical characteristics was studied using XRD,SEM,rock tri-axial machine and core flow experimental *** was found that the corrosion effect was mainly attributed to rock texture and structure,fluid composition and external dynamical conditions in the experimental *** cores with bedding structures,their bedding surfaces were the preferential corrosion regions,because micro-cracks would evolve at these surfaces in the pressure-releasing ***,for cores with massive structures controlled by stable water environment,the CO2.corrosion would result in pore enlargement and secondary pore *** gas velocity from outlet showed sharp increase in the injection process of CO2.H2. *** could be explained by two changes caused by *** was the opening and closure of *** other was particle *** the corrosion time increased,both tensile strength and compressive strength decreased,which confirmed decrease of cementation *** should also be noted that permeability increase and micro-cracks generation would pose damage to the capacity of CO2.geological storage.

A tentative study for the prediction of the CME related geomagnetic storm intensity and its transit time

Using 80 CME-ICME events during 1997.1―2.02.9, based on the eruptive source locations of CMEs and solar magnetic field observation at the photosphere, a current sheet magnetic coordinate (CMC) system is established in order to study the propagation of CME and its geoeffectiveness. In context of this coordinate system, the effect of the eruptive source location and the form of heliospheric current sheet (HCS) at the eruptive time of CME on the geomagnetic storm intensity caused by CME and the CME’s transit time at the Earth is investigated in detail. Our preliminary conclusions are: 1) The geomagnetic disturbances caused by CMEs tend to have the so-called “same side-opposite side effect”, i.e. CMEs erupt from the same side of the HCS as the earth would be more likely to arrive at the earth and the geomagnetic disturbances associated with them tend to be of larger magnitude, while CMEs erupting from the opposite side would arrive at the earth with less probability and the corresponding geomagnetic disturbance magnitudes would be relatively weaker. 2. The angular separation between the earth and the HCS affect the corresponding disturbance intensity. That is, when our earth is located near the HCS, adverse space weather events occur most probably. 3) The erupting location of the CME and its nearby form of HCS will also affect its arrival time at the earth. According to these conclusions, in this context of CMC coordinate we arrive at new prediction method for estimating the geomagnetic storm intensity (Dstmin) caused by CMEs and their transit times. The application of the empirical model for 80 CME-ICME events shows that the relative error of Dst is within 30% for 59% events with Dstmin≤?50 nT, while the averaged absolute error of transit time is lower than 10 h for all events.

Low-frequency variability of the North Equatorial Current bifurcation in the past 40 years from SODA

The low-frequency variability of the North Equatorial Current （NEC） bifurcation during 1958 to 2.01 was investigated with the Simple Ocean Data Assimilation （SODA） 2.0.2.dataset. In agreement with recent observations, the NEC bifurcation latitude （NBL） shifted northward as depth increases, from about 12.7°N near the surface to about 17.1°N at depths around 500 m for the annual average. This study reveals that the interannual variations of NBL, with five years period, mainly focused on the upper 500 m with amplitude increasing as depth increased. The NBL shifted southward in the past 40 years, which was more significant in the subsurface at more than -0.02./a. The NBL manifests itself in the transports of NMK （NEC-Mindanao Current （MC）-Kuroshio） system in strong relationship with MC （0.7） and Kuroshio （-0.7）. The EOF analysis of meridional velocity off the Philippine coast shows that the first mode, explaining 62. of variance and 5 years period, was highly correlated with the southward shift of NBL with coefficient at about 0.75. The southward shift of NBL consists with the weakening of MC and strengthening of Kuroshio, which exhibited linear trends at -0.2.Sv/a and 0.11Sv/a. Both interannual variation and trend of NBL were closely related to the variation of NMK system.

The least-square method in complex number domain

The classical least-square method was extended from the real number into the complex number domain, which is called the complex least-square method. The mathematical derivation and its applications show that the complex least-square method is different from one that the real number and the imaginary number are separately calculated with the classical least-square, by which the actual least-square estimation cannot be obtained in practice. Applications of this new method to an arbitrarily given series and to the precipitation in rainy season at 160 meteorological stations in china mainland show advantages of this method over other conventional statistical models.

Mount Everest,the highest point on the Earth is often referred to as the earth's third pole as such the place is relatively inaccessible and little is known about its *** April 2.05,an automatic weather station was installed at the mountain's North Col(652. m a.s.l.).According to the observational 10-minute mean and daily records,the meteorological characteristics were analyzed. All the meteorological elements displayed obvious diurnal variations during May 1 to July 2.,*** monthly variation of daily meteo- rological elements on Mount Everest coincided with that on Dingri,the closest routine meteorological station,with the high correlation co- efficients of 0.92.,0.877,0.682.0.755,0.82. and 0.676(n=83,pmeteorological *** conclusions are much important for research on meteorology and climate changes in the region.
