Batch routing is an important approach for solving routing conflicts in SE (shuffle-exchange) ***,the complexity of batching and the uncertainty of batch size makes this approach *** on sequence division and routing coding concepts,we propose a method for detecting routing conflicts in an SE network,known as dividing detection that is more efficient than the method for window *** addition,a new conjecture relating to routing policies in SE networks is *** is proved using a constructive approach when n < *** on the conjecture,a new routing scheme for SE networks is *** this scheme,all the input signals can be transfered without conflicts and within two batches,while the efficiency of the batch routing is noticeably improved.

Based on remote sensing data on land use provided by the Chinese Academy of sciences and socio-economic data collected by the authors,this paper analyzes the trends and regional differences in built-up area(BUA) expansion in china from the late 1980s to 2000,and empirically estimates the major determinants of BUA expansion in different regions in 1996―*** 1989―2000,although china's overall BUA expansion accelerated,the trends differed significantly among *** expansion in the central and western regions accelerated significantly,but it slowed down considerably in the east-ern *** estimation results from our econometric analysis reveal that BUA expansion in the eastern region reached a period when economic growth had no further significant impact on per capita BUA,the land utilization in this region has become more intensive with further expansion of the *** the central and western regions,the BUA has expanded remarkably due to the relatively more flexible land development policies and the relatively cheap land ***,as the econ-omy continues to grow rapidly,policies relating to BUA expansion and cultivated land reductions may face more serious challenges in the central and western regions.

It is significant to automatically detect and resolve the incompliance in security *** existing works in this field focus on compliance verification,and few of them provide approaches to automatically correct the incompliant security *** paper proposes a novel approach to automatically transform a given security policy into a compliant *** security policy Π and delegation policy M declared by logic programs,the approach automatically rewrites Π into a new one ΠM which is compliant with M and is readable by the *** prove that the algorithm is sound and complete under noninterference ***,we show that the security policy query evaluation algorithm with conflict and unsettlement resolution still works very well on Π*** approach is automatic,so it doesn't require a administrator with excess *** this sense,our proposal can help us to save much manpower resource in security management and improves the security assurance abilities.

In this paper, we develop a new probability criterion which is to minimize thesum of all probabilities that the inventory at the end of each stage exceeds a fixed level. Itis shown that the optimal order policy is simoly characterized by a certain critical numberwhen the demand density is a Polya frequency function. Finally, a similar result is givenin the case of λ periods lag in supply.

As a renewable energy,biofuel has attracted great attention in china and the rest of *** with the national food security,china recently has shifted its biofuel development priority from grain-based to non-grain-based biofuels,including forest-based biodiesel,since *** curcas is one of major biodiesel ***,there is rising debate on availability of land for expanding Jatropha curcas *** overall goal of this paper is to evaluate potential land for Jatropha curcas used as feedstock for biodiesel in *** on remote sensing data on land use,data on meteorological,soil and land slope,and suitable environment for Jatropha curcas plantation,this study uses Agro Ecological Zone method and considers social-economic constraints to evaluate potential suitable land for Jatropha curcas plantation in china's major Jatropha curcas production region,Southwest *** results show that while there are some potential lands to expand Jatropha curcas areas,amount of these lands will hardly meet the government's target for Jatropha curcas-based biodiesels development in the *** may need to reconsider its long-term targets on the development of Jatropha curcas-based biodiesels.

De-farming slope farmland has been an effective measure in recent years to improve environment and prevent soil and water loss on the Loess *** are different views about the defarming method,and also various de-farming patterns have been put into *** paper takes the Yangou Watershed in Shaanxi Province of china as a case for studying the comprehensive benefits of transforming slope farmland to *** on the day-by-day meteorological data of the Yan'an station in 2005 and the data of terrain features,soil and land use data of the Yangou Watershed,the impact of transforming slope farmland on terraces were simulated and analyzed in aspects of yield increase and water-soil conservation under different topographic conditions with the aid of software ***,an empirical analysis was applied to study the effects of transforming slope farmland to terraces in the Yangou *** results show that:(1) The bigger the topographic gradient is,the more remarkable benefits it has in yield increase and water-soil conservation.(2) Farmland with slope below 5° could be retained,but farmland with slope above 15° should be converted to forest or grassland as soon as possible.(3) Transforming slope farmland to terraces has the same remarkable effects as the current policy of "Relieving and de-farming" in improving agricultural production conditions,safeguarding food security,raising permanent vegetation coverage rate,and preventing soil and water ***,it is more cost-effective than the policy of "Relieving and de-farming".It's strongly suggested that the policy of transforming slope farmland to terraces be carried out on the Loess Plateau without delay.

Based on the modern monetary theory, this paper analyze the relation between interest rate policy and Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange by using event study and co\|integration model method. We point out that the interest rate policy have some abnormal effects on the stock market in short time and have negative effects on the stock market in long run. The influence of the interest rate is different on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

This paper presents a theorem, on which an approximation method of modifying comparison matrices is offered. By this method any positive reciprocal matrix with a large CR can be so corrected that the modified matrix can both tally with the consistency requirement and reserve the most information that the original matrix contains. Two criteria of evaluating modificatory effectiveness are also presented.
