Objective High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS)methods were developed for the determination of ganciclovir and its related *** A Hypersil ODS2.column(4.6 mm×2.0 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of 0.02.M potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(pH 6.0)-methanol(92.8)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and UV detector set at 2.4 nm was used for monitoring the *** The method was simple,rapid,selective and capable of separating all related substances at trace level with a detection limit of 0.04 μg/*** has been validated with respect to accuracy,precision,linearity,and limits of detection and *** linearity range was 10.2.153.0 μg/mL with r=*** percentage recoveries ranged from 96.7% to 101.6%,and RSD was 1.2.%-1.96%(n=5).Conclusion The method was found to be suitable not only for monitoring the reactions during the process development but also for quality control of *** identification of related substances,LC/MS was *** mainly related substances of ganciclovir active pharmaceutical ingredients(API)were determined as guanine,(1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl acetate,and diacetyl guanine.

The description and differentiation of the so-called "Cold" and "Hot" natures, the primary "Drug Naure" of Chinese medicine, is the focus of theoretical research. In this study, the divergency between the "Cold" and the "Hot" natures was investigated through examining the temperature tropism of mice affected by Coptis chinensis Franch and its processed materials by using a cold/hot plate differentiating technology. After exposure to C. chinensis Franch, the macroscopic behavioral index of the remaining rate (RR) on a warm pad (40℃ ) significantly increased (P<0.05), suggesting the enhancement of Hot tropism. The internal indexes of adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity and oxygen consuming volume decreased significantly (P<0.05), suggesting the decapability of energy metabolism. This external behavior of Hot tropism might reflect the internal Cold nature of C. chinensis Franch. However, the processed materials of C. chinensis Franch exhibited a different Cold nature in temperature tropism compared with crude C. chinensis Franch (CC): the Cold nature of bile-processed C. chinensis Franch (BC) enhanced while the ginger-processed C. chinensis Franch (GC) changed inversely. The changing sequence was consistent with the theoretical prognostication. It is indicated that the external Cold & Hot natures of Chinese medicine may possibly reflect in an ethological way for the changes of animal’s temperature tropism which might be internally regulated by the body’s energy metabolism.

Two novel triflate precursors for radiolabelling of L-tyrosine in positron emission tomography (PET) for tumor imaging,O-(2.trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine methyl ester 9a and O-(2.trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine tert-butyl ester 9b,are synthesized. The triflate agent,9a or 9b,is prepared by esterification of methanol or transesterification of tert-butyl acetate with L-tyrosine,protection of the amine group with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate,alkylation with chlorohydrin,and triflation with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride in four steps with overall yields of 30% and 15%,respectively.

This paper presents a new chiral separation technology:two-phase(O/W)recognition chiral *** behavior of alpha-cyclohexyl-mandelic acid enantiomers was studied in the extraction system with D(L)-isobutyl tartrate in 1,2.dichloroethane organic phase and beta-CD derivatives in aqueous phase,and the influence of the kind and concentration of extractant and pH on extraction performance was *** experimental results indicate that two-phase(O/W)recognition chiral extraction is of strong chiral separation ***-^-CD,HE-beta-CD and Me-beta-CD have higher recognition ability for S-CHMA than that for R-CHMA,among which HP-beta-CD has the strongest ability;whereas,D-isobutyl tartrate has reversed recognition ability for *** the extraction system containing HP-beta-CD and D-isobutyl tartrate,e.e.% of S-CHMA in aqueous phase reached 2..6% by one stage extraction,and the distribution ratio for R-CHMA(k_R)and for S-CHMA(k_S)and separation factor(alpha)are 2.44,0.89 and 2.49,***,pH and concentration of extractant have great effects on chiral separation ***-phase(O/W)recognition chiral extraction has great significance for preparative separation of racemic compounds.

A novel method of electroless silver coating on copper powders was reported, in which hydrazine was used as the reducing agent, and had some advantages such was used as inhibiting the substitution reaction and reducing consumption of copper powders. In the processes of sensitization and activation, AgNO3 replaces the conventional PdCl2. which solves the impurity of bath. Oxide film on the surface of copper powders was tested by chemical analysis. Ag element tested by XRD and XRF is in the form of Ago and exists on the surface of copper powders, which acts as catalyzer in reduction reaction. Morphology and composition of the coating were characterized by SEM and XRD respectively.

The stereoselective hydrolysis of esmolol in whole blood and in its separated components from rat,rabbit and human was *** esterase activities were variable in different species in the order of rat>rabbit>*** plasma showed the high esterase activity and had no stereoselectivity to *** red blood cell（RBC） membrane,RBC cytosol and plasma all hydrolyzed esmolol but with different esterase activity,whereas the hydrolysis in RBC membrane and cytosol showed significant stereoselectivity towards R-（+）-*** in RBC cytosol from human blood mainly contributed to the esmolol hydrolysis,which was demonstrated with no *** in human plasma showed a low activity,but a remarkable stereoselectivity with R-（+）-*** addition,the protein concentration affected the hydrolysis behavior of esmolol in RBC *** binding of esmolol enantiomers in human plasma,human serum albumin（HSA） and α;-acid glycoprotein（AGP） revealed that there was a significant difference in bound fractions between two enantiomers,especially for *** results indicated that the stereoselective protein binding might play a role in the different hydrolysis rates of esmolol enantiomers in human plasma.
