Aim:To determine whether glioma cells can be specifically and efficiently tar-geted by superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle (SPIO)-fluoresceinisothiocyanate (FITC)-chlorotoxin (SPIOFC) that is detectable by magnetic reso-nance imaging (MRI) and optical ***:SPIOFC was synthesized byconjugating SPIO with FITC and *** cells (human U251-MG andrat C6) were cultured with SPIOFC and SPIOF (SPIO-FITC),*** were treated with SPIOFC as the control for SPIOFC-targeted glioma *** internalization of SPIOFC by glioma cells was assessed by MRI and wasquantified using inductively-coupled plasma emission *** opticalimaging ability of SPIOFC was evaluated by confocal laser scanning ***:Iron per cell of U251 (72.5±1.8 pg) and C6 (74.9±2.2 pg) cells cultured withSPIOFC were significantly more than those of U251 (6.6±1.0 pg) and C6 (7.1±0.8pg) cells incubated with *** T2signal intensity of U251 and C6 cellscultured with SPIOFC (233.6±25.9 and 211.4±17.2,respectively) were substantiallylower than those of U251 and C6 cells incubated with SPIOF (2275.3±268.6 and2342.7±222.4,respectively).Moreover,there were significant differences in ironper cell and T2signal intensity between SPIOFC-treated neural cells (1.3±0.3;2533.6±199.2) and SPIOFC-treated glioma *** internalized by gliomacells exhibited green fluorescence by confocal laser scanning ***:SPIOFC is suitable for the specific and efficient targeting of *** and optical imaging in conjunction with SPIOFC can differentiateglioma cells from normal brain tissue cells.

随着数字图书馆中信息量的急剧膨胀,一个WebServer已经很难满足众多用户并发查询的要求。文章用机群作WebServer,它由多个处理节点构成,多个节点协同工作,既增加了系统吞吐量,又减轻了每个节点的负担。因此,如何在多个处理节点上分布数据就成为数字图书馆研究的关键问题。该文提出了一种新的数据分布方法,既考虑了图书馆中数据的相似性,又考虑了多个处理节点的工作负载。该方法使一个查询在尽量少的处理节点上完成,减少了网络传输时间。在多个并发用户查询时,查询的效率远远高于传统的数据分布方法。该方法已经用于笔者自行研制的支持数字图书馆的并行文本数据管理系统PDoc中。

Electrode Wear Prediction in Milling Electrical Discharge Machining Based on Radial Basis Function Neural Network

Milling electrical discharge machining(EDM) enables the machining of complex cavities using cylindrical or tubular *** ensure acceptable machining accuracy the process requires some methods of compensating for electrode *** to the complexity and random nature of the process,existing methods of compensating for such wear usually involve off-line *** paper discusses an innovative model of electrode wear prediction for milling EDM based upon a radial basis function(RBF) *** gained from an orthogonal experiment were used to provide training samples for the RBF *** model established was used to forecast the electrode wear,making it possible to calculate the real-time tool wear in the milling EDM process and,to lay the foundations for dynamic compensation of the electrode wear *** paper demonstrates that by using this model prediction errors can be controlled within 8%.

This paper is concerned with stability analysis and stabilization of Itö stochastic systems with Markovian switching.A couple of eigenvalue sets for some positive operator associated with the stochastic system under study are defined to characterize its stability in the mean square *** for these eigenvalue sets are established based on which we show that the spectral abscissa of these eigenvalues sets are the same and thus these eigenvalue sets are equivalent in the sense of characterizing the stability of the ***,it is shown that the guaranteed convergence rate of the Markovian jump Itö stochastic systems can be determined by some eigenvalue ***,a linear matrix inequality based approach is proposed to design controllers such that the closed-loop system has guaranteed convergence *** numerical examples are carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed *** research in this paper opens several perspectives for future work stated as some open problems.

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional Fourier Transform, a wavelet de-noising algorithm of chaotic signal is used. The basic principle of wavelet de-noising is introduced in detail. Using Chebyshev chaotic sequence as source signal, the performance of different parameters wavelet for noise reduction was analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is practicable and effective.

＜正＞In this paper, the author has aimed at the variable-voltage controlled induction motor, analyzed the steady-state performance of variable-voltage thyristor controlled induction motor system, and presented the mathematic model and circuit model of such system. Power factor, as a significant variable to measure the efficiency of motor operation, is particularly studied in the paper, and the control strategy based on the studies of power factor and slip is given. The simulation curves and real waves are shown in the result. Finally, the transient performance of induction motor is mentioned. The analysis and results reveal that such system based on the special arithmetic is available.
