Terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflake was prepared and functionalized with trie-thylamine(T-AlZn).Without adding terephthalic acid,there was no product of metal organic nanoflake.T-AlZn has a remarkable performance in removing trace lead(Ⅱ)ions(Pb^(2.)).The adsorption equipoise with the removal rate≥97%was reached within 35 *** removal rates of T-AlZn for Pb^(2.)declined by only 16.73%after four *** adsorption of T-AlZn for Pb^(2.)follows the Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order dynamics *** utmost adsorption competence was calculated as 2.5.2. mg g^(-1).The T-AlZn adsorbent exhibits a bright prospect in the adsorption for Pb^(2.)and is a considerable candidate in the disposal of industrial sewage.

BACKGROUND Breast cancer is among the most common malignancies *** progress in treatment methods and levels,the overall survival period has been prolonged,and the demand for quality care has *** To investigate the effect of individualized and continuous care intervention in patients with breast *** Two hundred patients with breast cancer who received systemic therapy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North university(January 2.2. to July 2.2.)were retrospectively selected as research *** them,134 received routine care intervention(routing group)and 66 received personalized and continuous care(intervention group).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)scores,including limb shoulder joint activity,complication rate,and care satisfaction,were compared between both groups after *** SAS and SDS scores were lower in the intervention group than in the routing group at one and three months after *** total FACT-B scores and five dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the routing group at three months of *** range of motion of shoulder anteflexion,posterior extension,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation in the intervention group was higher than that in the routing group one month after *** incidence of postoperative complications was 18.18%lower in the intervention group than in the routing group(34.33%;P<0.05).Satisfaction with care was 90.91% higher in the intervention group than in the routing group(78.36%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION Personalized and continuous care can alleviate negative emotions in patients with breast cancer,quicken rehabilitation of limb function,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve living quality and care satisfaction.

Polyimides are a family of high-tech plastics that have irreplaceable applications in the fields of aerospace,defense,and opto-electronics,but polyimides are difficult to be reprocessed and recycled at the end of their service life,resulting in a significant waste of ***,it is of great significance to develop recyclable polyimides with comparable properties to the commercial ***,we report a novel polymer-to-monomers chemically recyclable poly(imide-imine)(PtM-CR-PII)plastic,synthesized by cross-linking the amine-terminated aromatic bisimide monomer and the hexa-vanillin terminated cyclophosphazene monomer via dynamic imine *** PtM-CR-PII plastic exhibits comparable mechanical and thermal properties as well as chemical stability to the commercial *** PtM-CR-PII plastic possesses a high Young’s modulus of≈3.2.GPa and a tensile strength as high as≈108 MPa,which also exhibits high thermal stability with a glass transition temperature of≈2.0℃.Moreover,the PtM-CR-PII plastic exhibits outstanding waterproofness,acid/alkali-resistance,and solvent-resistance,its appearance and mechanical properties can be well maintained after long-term soaking in water,highly concentrated acid and base,and various organic ***,the cyclophosphazene moieties endow the PtM-CR-PII plastic with excellent flame *** PtM-CR-PII plastic exhibits the highest UL-94 flame-retarding rating of V-0 and a limiting oxygen index(LOI)value of 45.5%.Importantly,the PtM-CR-PII plastic can be depolymerized in an organic solvents-acid mixture medium at room temperature,allowing easy separation and recovery of both monomers in high *** recovered pure monomers can be used to regenerate new PtM-CR-PII plastics,enabling sustainable polymer-monomers-polymer circulation.

AIM:To evaluate dry eye disease(DED)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 12. eligible adults(46.34%of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(DEQ-5),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82.1.2.,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.43,2..04)in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having DED symptoms(χ2.7.049,P=0.02.).DEQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 2..50%,33.33%,and 55.2.%,respectively assessed as having DED symptoms(χ2.8.532.P=0.014).The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(47.37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2.2..541,P2.30.871,P2.562.95%confidence interval(CI),1.631-7.979;P=0.033]and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834;P=0.043),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.02.-0.360;P=0.001)and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.12.;95%CI,0.039-0.405;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of DED,anxiety,and depression.

Yolk-shell SiO2.particles(YP)with center-radial meso-channels were fabricated through a simple and effective ***-containing YP-supported NiMo catalysts with different Al amounts(NiMo/AYP-x,x=Si/Al molar proportion)were prepared and dibenzothiophene(DBT)and 4,6-dimethyl-dibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT)were employed as the probes to evaluate the hydrodesulfurization(HDS)catalytic *** as-prepared AYP-x carriers and corresponding catalysts were characterized by some advanced characterizations to obtain deeper correlations between physicochemical properties and the HDS *** average pore sizes of series AYP-x supports are above 6.0 nm,which favors the mass transfer of organic *** cavity between the yolk and the shell is beneficial for the enrichment of S-containing compounds and the accessibility between reactants and active *** embedded into the silica framework could facilitate the formation of Lewis(L)and Brønsted(B)acid sites and adjust the metal-support interaction(MSI).Among all the as-synthesized catalysts,NiMo/AYP-2. catalyst shows the highest HDS *** improved HDS activity of NiMo/AYP-2. catalyst is attributed to the perfect combination of excellent structural properties of the yolk-shell mesoporous silica,enhanced acidity,moderate MSI,and good accessibility/dispersion of active components.

Spinal cord injury-induced motor dysfunction is associated with *** have shown that the triterpenoid lupenone,a natural product found in various plants,has a remarkable anti-inflammatory effect in the context of chronic ***,the effects of lupenone on acute inflammation induced by spinal cord injury remain *** this study,we established an impact-induced mouse model of spinal cord injury,and then treated the injured mice with lupenone(8 mg/kg,twice a day)by intrape ritoneal *** also treated BV2.cells with lipopolysaccharide and adenosine5’-triphosphate to simulate the inflammatory response after spinal cord *** res ults showed that lupenone reduced IKBa activation and p65 nuclear translocation,inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome function by modulating nuclear factor kappa B,and enhanced the conve rsion of proinflammatory M1 mic roglial cells into anti-inflammatory M2.microglial ***,lupenone decreased NLRP3 inflammasome activation,NLRP3-induced mic roglial cell polarization,and microglia pyroptosis by inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa B *** findings suggest that lupenone protects against spinal cord injury by inhibiting inflammasomes.

Oxidative therapies receive a limited antitumor efficiency due to the insufficient reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels at focal sites and the evolvement of antioxidant defense ***,we develop an albumin-based nanomedicine to co-deliver chlorin e6(Ce6)and COH-SR4(CS),which can simultaneously enhance the yield and lethality of intracellular ROS for amplified photodynamic therapy(PDT).In which,CS acts as both an activator of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and an inhibitor of glutathione S-transferases(GSTs).Benefiting from it,the prepared HSA-Ce6@COH-SR4(HCCS)enables positive feed-back uptake by promoting AMPK phosphorylation,leading to rapid and extensive tumor accumulation of *** a result,HCCS obviously increases the ROS production to elevate intracellular oxidative ***,HCCS can inhibit GSTs to disturb the antioxidant defense system of tumor cells,intensifying the oxidative damage of ***,the PDT of HCCS is significantly strengthened by improving the ROS yield and lethality,which greatly declines the proliferation of breast cancer in *** study may open a window in the development of drug co-delivery system for enhanced oxidative therapy of tumors.
