G-banding and karyotype analyses of cells in seventeen passages of SO-Rb_(50) during a long period of culture for about four years were performed. three chromosome markers 13q14^-, 1p36^+ and 12.13^+ were found. Cells possessed 13q14^- reduced to zero after the 2.0th passage while 1p^+ and 12.^+ cells increased to 100% after 30 and 2.0 passages respectively. Although many studies have investigated intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRt) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC),sample sizes in the reported studies are usually small and different in outcomes in different t and N subgroups are seldom ***,we evaluated the outcomes of NPC patients treated with IMRt and further explored treatment strategy to improve such *** collected clinical data of 865 NPC patients treated with IMRt alone or in combination with chemotherapy,and classified all cases into the following prognostic categories according to different tNM stages:early stage group (t1-2.0-1M0),advanced local disease group (t3-4N0-1M0),advanced nodal disease group (t1-2.2.3M0),and advanced locoregional disease group (t3-4N2.3M0).the 5-year overall survival (OS),local relapse-free survival (LRFS),and distant metastases-free survival (DMFS) were 83.0%,90.4%,and 84.0%,*** early disease group had the lowest treatment failure rate,with a 5-year OS of 95.6%.the advanced local disease group and advanced nodal disease group had similar failure pattern and treatment outcomes as well as similar hazard ratios for death (4.2.0 and 4.62.,respectively).the advanced locoregional disease group had the highest incidence of relapse and death,with a 5-year DMFS and OS of 62.3% and 62.2.,respectively,and a hazard ratio for death of *** with IMRt alone,IMRt in combination with chemotherapy provided no significant benefit to locoregionally advanced *** results suggest that the decision of treatment strategy for NPC patients should consider combinations of t and N stages,and that IMRt alone for early stage NPC patients can produce satisfactory ***,for advanced local,nodal,and locoregional disease groups,a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is recommended.

＜正＞Background:the chemokine CCL2.and its receptor CCR2.have been suggested to contribute to peripheral and central sensitization in neuropathic ***,whether CCL2.CCR2.signaling pathway mediates the development of morphine antinociceptive tolerance is poorly ***:Our findings showed that intrathecal chronic morphine for 7 days resulted in continuous and significant decrease in morphine analgesia, indicating the development of morphine *** with the behavioral data,western blotting result showed that chronic morphine exposure unregulated the CCL2.expression in neurons of spinal *** addition, double immunofluorescence result revealed that CCL2.expression was localized in neurons,but not in astrocyte or *** uncover the role of CCL2.in morphine tolerance,CCL2.neutralizing antibody or antagonist of CCL2.receptor（CCR2.,RS 102.95 was injected intrathecally before each morphine *** found that CCL2.neutralizing antibody or RS102.95 significantly blocked the development of morphine antinociceptive tolerance. Furthermore,RS 102.95 also attenuated the expression of the phosphorylated p38（p-p38） MAPK in the microglia of spinal ***,blocking the activity of CCL2.or CCR2.with neutralizing antibody or RS 102.95 respectively has no effect on morphine analgesia following the development of ***:the present study provided new evidence that the spinal neuronal CCL2.CCR2.played an important role in mediating the development but not maintenance of morphine ***2.CCR2.might be a new target for preventing the development of morphine antinociceptive tolerance.

Cryo-electron microscopy and image reconstruction were used to determine the three-dimensional structure of Infectious flacherie virus (IFV). 5047 particles were selected for the final reconstruction. the FSC curve showed that the resolution of this capsid structure was 18 ·. the structure is a psuedo t=3 (P=3) icosahedral capsid with a diameter of 302.4 · and a single shell thickness of 15 ·. the density map showed that IFV has a smooth surface without any prominent protrude or depression. Comparison of the IFV structure with those of the insect picorna-like virus-Cricket paralysis virus (CrPV)and human picornavirus-Human rhinovirus 14 (HRV 14) revealed that the IFV structure resembles the CrPV structure. the "Rossmann canyon" is absent in both IFV and CrPV particles. the polypeptide topology of IFV VP2. IFV VP3 was predicted and the subunit location at the capsid surface was further analyzed.

Either cetuximab or bevacizumab can improve the survival of patients with metastastic colorectal cancer (mCRC) if administered combided with cytotoxic agents. However, the effect of two or more target agents in combination is uncertain in these patients. Here, we reported a patient with mCRC successfully treated by a combination of target agents after the failure of chemotherapy. the patient received palliative resection of primary tumor followed by 9 cycles of postoperative XELOX regimen, cytokine-induced killer cell (CIK)-based biotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, particle implantation in the lung metastatic lesions. the tumor progressed 2. months after the standard treatments. then, the regimen cetuximab, bevacizumab and cefitinib was applied. During the treatment with targeted agents, grade IV acne-like rash and relatively severe parionychia of the toes occurred. Both of them recovered smoothly. the PEt-Ct reexamination at 40 days after the target treatment showed that the metabolism of mediastinal lymph nodes basically recovered to a normal level. the combination of multiple targeted agents obtained a progression-free survival(PFS) of 11 months and the patient with a good quality of life during this period.

In this paper,we address the problem of unsuperised social network embedding,which aims to embed network nodes,including node attributes,into a latent low dimensional *** recent methods,the fusion mechanism of node attributes and network structure has been proposed for the problem and achieved impressive prediction ***,the non-linear property of node attributes and network structure is not efficiently fused in existing methods,which is potentially helpful in learning a better network *** this end,in this paper,we propose a novel model called ASM(Adaptive Specific Mapping)based on encoder-decoder *** encoder,we use the kernel mapping to capture the non-linear property of both node attributes and network *** particular,we adopt two feature mapping functions,namely an untrainable function for node attributes and a trainable function for network *** the mapping functions,we obtain the low dimensional feature vectors for node attributes and network structure,***,we design an attention layer to combine the learning of both feature vectors and adaptively learn the node *** encoder,we adopt the component of reconstruction for the training process of learning node attributes and network *** conducted a set of experiments on seven real-world social network *** experimental results verify the effectiveness and efficiency of our method in comparison with state-of-the-art baselines.
