Oxygen vacancy plays a crucial role in resistive switching. To date, a quantitative study about the distribution of the oxygen vacancies and its effect on the resistive switching has not yet been reported. In this study, we report our first-principles calculations in Zn O-based resistive switching memory grown on a Pt substrate. We show that the oxygen vacancies prefer to be located in the Zn O（0001） plane, i.e. in the direction parallel to the film surface in the preparation process. These oxygen vacancies drift easily in the film when a voltage is applied in the SET process and prefer to form a line defect perpendicular to the film surface. An isolated oxygen vacancy makes little contribution to the conductivity of Zn O,whereas the ordering of oxygen vacancies in the direction perpendicular to the film surface leads to a dramatic enhancement of the conductivity and thus forms conductive filaments. The semiconducting characteristics of the conductive filaments are confirmed experimentally.

By using the perturbation theories on sums of ranges of nonlinear accretive mappings of Calvert and Gupta, we study the abstract results on the existence of a solution u ∈ L^s （Ω） of nonlinear boundary value problems involving the p-Laplacian operator, where 2. s〈＋∞, and 2./N＋1 〈 p ≤ 2.for N（≥ 1） which denotes the dimension of R^N. To obtain the result, some new techniques are used in this paper. The equation discussed in this paper and our methods here are extension and complement to the corresponding results of L. Wei and Z. He.

We directly introduce a Bell-type inequality for four-qubit systems. Using the inequality we investigate quantum nonlocality of a generic family of states ｜Gabcd〉[Phys. Rev. A 65 052.12.2.02.] and several canonical four-qubit entangled states. It has been demonstrated that the inequality is maximally violated by the so called ＂four-qubit the maximally entangled state ｜Gm〉＂ and it is also violated by four-qubit W state and a special family of states ｜Gab00〉. Moreover, a useful entanglement-nonlocality relationship for the family of states ｜Gab00〉is derived. Finally, we present a scheme of preparation of the state ｜Gm〉with linear optics and cross-Kerr nonlinearities.

ZrB2.ZrAlN multilayered coatings with various modulation ratios(t ZrB2.t ZrAlN)and constant modulation periods were prepared by magnetron sputtering system at room ***,XRD,surface profiler and nano-indenter were employed to investigate the influences of tZ rB 2.tZrAlNon the microstructure and mechanical properties of the *** interfaces and nanoscale multilayered modulation were confirmed by *** multilayer with modulation period of 40 nm and ratio of 3:1 displayed the highest hardness(36.4 GPa)and critical fracture load(76.477 mN)with lower *** polycrystalline structure and multilayered modulate structure were directly responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.

We examine various direct and indirect constraints on the lepton-specific two-Higgs doublet model and discuss its phenomenology at colliders in the allowed parameter *** constraints we consider come from the precision electroweak data,the direct search for Higgs boson,the muon anomalous magnetic moment,as well as some theoretical consistency *** find that in the allowed parameter space the CP-odd Higgs boson A is rather light (m A < 30 GeV with 95% possibility),which is composed dominantly by the leptonic Higgs and decays dominantly into τ + τ;while the SM-like Higgs boson h (responsible largely for electroweak symmetry breaking) decays dominantly in the mode h → AA → 4τ with a large decay width,which will make the Higgs discovery more difficult at the ***,this scenario predicts rare Z decays Z → AAA and Z →τ + τA with their branching ratios ranging from 10-8 to 10-and 10-5 to 10-4 respectively,which may be accessible at the GigaZ option of the ILC.

The process of the multilayer growth of Pt on Pt(111)is studied by using a Monte Carlo model with realisticphysical *** effects of the substrate temperature,the ES barrier,and the deposition rate on the growthmode have been *** transitions of the surface roughness from oscillatory to non-oscillatory behaviorand then back to oscillatory behavior are observed while increasing the substrate temperature from 2.0 K to 62. *** found that the growth mode depends strongly on ES barrier over the whole temperatures and the deposition rate ofatoms effectively affects the growth *** simulation results are consistent with many experimental observationsfor homoexpitaxy on a Pt(111)substrate.

The high-dense nanocrystalline BaTiO3(BT)ceramics with grain size smaller than 100nm have been successfully prepared by the two step sintering and the spark plasma sintering(SPS)*** successive transitions in nanograin BT ceramics from rhombohedral to orthorhombic,tetragonal and cubic transitions,similar to those in coarse BT ceramics,were revealed by in-situ temperature dependent Raman *** multiphase coexistence and the diffused phase transition character were demonstrated in the 8nm nanocrystalline BT ceramics.

4 mechanical model of liquid crystals （ LCs ） was used to explain the phase formation and thermal properties . The LC plusses in the model are micro- machine systems consisting of an ensemble of molecular rotors, and some dynamie parameters in a semi-experiment molecular orbit method. A novel explanation on the multi-phase formation of LC system is obtained. It is found that the value of the critical rotational velueity is a key parameter for the characterization of each homologous series. The dipole moment of the molecules was also discussed.

Theoretical calculations of the energy bands in nucleus 102.Zr are carried out by taking the projected shell model approach, which has reproduced the experimental data. In addition, by analyzing band-head energies, corresponding configurations of yrast band, quasi-particle rotational bands and side bands, we have worked out the microscopic formation mechanism of axially symmetric deformation bands: The low-excitation deformation bands are attributed to the high-j intruder states 1g 7/2.and 1h 11/2.in the N=4, 5 shells; the quasi-particles in the orbit v5/2.[532., v3/2.[411] and v3/2.[413] in particular play an important role in the deformation of 102.Zr.
