A computational is a wide-area computing environment for cross-domain resource sharing and service *** clouds generally emphasize sharing resources and services on demand,the scheduling strategy based on selecting resource that are near and owns more bandwidth available has better *** notion of game theory is proposed in this paper,which can be used as the criteria for cloud selection taking physical distance,bandwidth available and cost into consideration,combine the performance optimization and the price optimization to implement scheduling optimization in a whole sense so as to improve the stability and effectiveness of clouds resource scheduling.A synthesis-based Resource Allocation for Clouds framework is described.A modeling is developed to enable performance of the algorithm to be investigated quantitatively.

How we can ensure the security of data transmitted over the Internet and the identity of each trading party is the key to the development of e-commerce. The key problem of e-commerce is security problems. This paper focuses on digital signature technology in the application of e-commerce security issues, based on the core of a digital signature algorithm, which is a DSA algorithm idea. Combining specific business e-commerce applications, the paper simulates the actual situation, analyzes and solves problems, and put particular emphasis on the research of the algorithm and the improvement of DSA.

The Emergency plan,as the starting point of emergency management,is a kind of pre-crisis event planning to deal with a variety of emergencies. It depicts the crisis we have to solve,the situations may occur,and appropriate measures we can adopt. So it is an important basis for the emergency decision-making and the core of emergency response. This article refers to the experiences of the digital system for emergency plans and combines with the digital practice of emergency y plans. With the analysis of 3,000 documents of emergency plans we collected,the directory structure of the emergency plans has been exacted,the structural model of emergency plans has been built. By using the ontology construction and based on this model,the text plans can be regulated and so that it can be converted to the digital plans. More over,the emergency plans without construction can be converted to the xml documents of semi-structured emergency plans.

In recent years, because the number of the computers in the Internet has been increasing, it is important for network accounting, network safe management and network flow measurement to see the behavior of the activated IP flow. In the paper, we research almost 30TB traffic trace that all traffic entered into and removed from the CERNET Eastern china (north) regional network in Feb. 2001. And we analyze the active degree of IP in the regional network. The research result indicate that the statistics of in-IP flow, out-IP flow and IP flow are heavytailed and the ratio of in-IP flow and out-IP flow have the character of log-normal distribution. According to these characters, we make the model of pareto distribution and log-normal distribution and propose the way that evaluate these distribution models.

Path-partitioned encoding supports wildcard-awareness twig queries

Finding all occurrences of a twig query in an XML database is a core operation for efficient evaluation of XML queries. It is important to effiectively handle twig queries with wildcards. In this paper, a novel path-partitioned encoding scheme is proposed for XML documents to capture paths of all elements, and a twig query is modeled as an XPattern extended from tree pattern. After definition, simplification, normalization, verification and initialization of the XPattern, both work sets and a join plan are generated. According to these measures, an effiective algorithm to answer for a twig query, called DMTwig, is designed without unnecessary elements and invalid structural joins. The algorithm can adaptively deal with twig queries with branch ([ ]), child edge (/), descendant edge (//), and wildcard (*) synthetically. We show that path-partitioned encoding scheme and XPattern guarantee the I/O and CPU optimality for twig queries. Experiments on representative data set indicate that the proposed solution performs significantly.

One of the key points resulting in the success of differential evolution（DE）is its mechanism of different mutation strategies for generating mutant *** this paper,we also present a novel mutation strategy inspired by the velocity updating scheme of particle swarm optimization（PSO）.The proposed approach is called HDE,which conducts the mutation strategy on the global best vector for each *** studies on 8 well-known benchmark functions show that HDE outperforms other three compared DE algorithms in most test cases.
