以时间尺度 2 0万年以来的洛川黄土剖面为研究对象。采用间隔 30～ 5 0cm的密集采样 ,通过土样的物理、化学、矿物组成和孢粉分析及土壤微形态镜鉴的综合研究 ,对第四纪生物气候环境演变提出了新的见解。对原以代表干冷环境沉积为主的黄土地层 (L) ,揭示了内伏半干旱环境的演化及相应的土壤发育过程 ;对原以代表暖湿环境的红褐色古土壤层 ,揭示了内伏干旱、半干旱环境的演化及干旱与湿润型孢粉共存的矛盾实质。研究证示 :深厚的黄土剖面是在第四纪生物—气候环境演变过程中 ,通过黄土沉积、成壤强弱交替演化 ,形成发育的由不同土壤类型组成的特殊的多元古土壤剖面体系。

Many species of Tetrastigma(Miq.) Planch.(Vitaceae) have long been used as medicinal plants in china,and some are endangered due to *** adulterants are often added to traditional chinese medicines,there is no reliable or practical method for identifying *** this study,we used four markers(rbcL,matK,trnH-psbA,and internal transcribed spacer [ITS]) as DNA barcodes to test their ability to distinguish species of *** results indicated that the best barcode was ITS,which showed significant inter-specific genetic variability,and thus its potential as a DNA barcode for identifying *** loci provided a greater ability to distinguish species than single *** recommend using the combined rbcL+matK+ITS barcode for the *** trees from each barcode were *** using the unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean discriminated an equal or greater percentage of resolvable species than did neighbor joining,maximum likelihood,or maximum parsimony ***,five medicinal species of Tetrastigma,especially ***,could be identified precisely using DNA barcoding.

Rice is sensitive to chilling stress,especially at the seedling *** elucidate the molecular genetic mechanisms of chilling tolerance in rice,comprehensive gene expressions of two rice genotypes(chilling-tolerant LTH and chilling-sensitive IR29) with contrasting responses to chilling stress were comparatively *** revealed a differential constitutive gene expression prior to stress and distinct global transcription reprogramming between the two rice genotypes under time-series chilling stress and subsequent recovery conditions.A set of genes with higher basal expression were identified in chilling-tolerant LTH compared with chilling-sensitive IR29,indicating their possible role in intrinsic tolerance to chilling *** chilling stress,the major effect on gene expression was up-regulation in the chilling- tolerant genotype and strong repression in chilling-sensitive *** responses to chilling stress in both genotypes featured commonly up-regulated genes related to transcription regulation and signal transduction, while functional categories for late phase chilling regulated genes were diverse with a wide range of functional adaptations to continuous *** the cessation of chilling treatments,there was quick and efficient reversion of gene expression in the chilling-tolerant genotype,while the chilling-sensitive genotype displayed considerably slower recovering capacity at the transcriptional *** addition,the detection of differentially-regulated TF genes and enriched cis-elements demonstrated that multiple regulatory pathways,including CBF and MYBS3 regulons,were involved in chilling stress tolerance.A number of the chilling-regulated genes identified in this study were co-localized onto previously fine-mapped cold-tolerance-related QTLs,providing candidates for gene cloning and elucidation of molecular mechanisms responsible for chilling tolerance in rice.

Volcanic rocks associated with Early Carboniferous gold mineralization are well exposed in the eastern part of Sawur Mountains, Xinjiang,*** results for these volcanic rocks recognize the Eastern Sawur caldera complex and broadly subdivide the volcanic -magmatic activity into the three cycles and nine *** Eastern Sawur caldera complex consists of at least one elliptical andesite caldera,associated with later and smaller circular andesite caldera,mafic volcanic necks and mafic to felsic dikes. The effusive rocks have a transitional character from calc-alkaline to tholeiite,range from porphyritic basalts,basaltic andesites,andesites to dacites,are enriched in large ion lithophile elements(LILE) and depleted in high-field strength elements(HFSE) relative to NMORB, with a pronounced negative Nb ***-normalized rare earth element(REE) patterns show enrichment in the light REE relative to heavy *** volcanic rocks have near-uniform initial Sr/Sr(0.70335-0.70362) and sup>143Nd/Nd(0.51254- 0.51259;ε = 3.5-4.7) *** rocks originated from the partial melting of a subduction-modified mantle wedge in a subduction *** wedge represents an enriched MORB mantle source with some transfer of subduction components to the wedge during the magmas *** assimilation could have played a role in petrogenesis during the ascent of the *** characteristics of these volcanic rocks are consistent with their formation in a subduction-related tectonic setting during the Early Carboniferous. Previous studies on erosional relations between inter-gullied and gullied lands have mainly concentrated on exploration of water and sediment relations, with few quantitative studies of evolution relations between inter-gullied land and gullied landform erosion in small catchments. This paper, using information from a 1:5000 digital orthophotomap (DOM), digital elevation model (DEM), and topographic map of the same period and of the same scale, quantitatively analyzes the impact and interactions of inter-gullied and gullied land geomorphologic characteristics on the dissected extent of a catchment using orthogonal polynomial regression analysis. Results indicate that gullies play a leading role in the catchment morphologic evolution and extent of cracked ground surface. When inter-gullied land areas are the same, a 0.1 km2 gullied land area has the maximum effect on the erosive evolution intensity of the catchment cracked degree. The smaller the catchment area is, the greater the extent of cracked ground surface and gully intensity would be. The geomorphologic evolution mechanism of gullied catchments can be explained as a function of geomorphologic indicators of inter-gullied and gullied land characteristics.

Petrographic features,isotopes,and trace elements were determined,and fluid inclusions were analyzed on frac-ture -filling,karst-filling and interparticle calcite cement from the Ordovician carbonates in Tahe oilfield,Tarim basin,NW *** aim was to assess the origin and evolution of palaeo-waters in the *** initial water was seawater diluted by meteoric water,as indicated by bright cathodoluminescence(CL) in low-tempera-ture *** palaeoseawater was further buried to temperatures from 57 to 110℃,nonluminescent calcite precipitated during the Silurian to middle *** of meteoric water of late Devonian age into the carbonate rocks was recorded in the first generation of fracture- and karst-filling dull red CL calcite with temperatures from22.4 wt%,and temperatures from 120°C to 180°*** hydrothermal water may have collected isotopically light CO(possibly of TSR-origin) during upward migration,resulting in hydrothermal calcite and the present-day oilfield water havingδC values from -4.3 to -13.8‰and showing negative relationships of Sr/Sr ratios toδC andδO ***,higher temperatures(up to 187℃) and much lower salinities (down to 0.5 wt%) measured from some karst-filling,giant,nonluminescent calcite crystals may suggest that hydrothermal water was deeply recycled,reduced(Fe-bearing) meteoric water heated in deeper strata,or water generated from TSR during hydrothermal water *** of hydrothermal and local basinal water(or diagenetically altered connate water) with meteoric waters of late Permian age and/or later may have resulted in large variations in salinity of the present oilfield waters with

用IS-PCR和rep-PCR法分析了17个采自云南滇西高原粳稻区的水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonasoryzaepv.O-ryzae)和7个其他地区的水稻白叶枯病菌的群体遗传多样性。用2个适合中国水稻白叶枯病菌的引物J3和ERIC对这24个菌系基因组DNA进行PCR扩增反应,J3引物有14条条带,ERIC引物有13条条带,2个引物呈现18种谱型。用PHYLIPVersion3.6软件UPGMA聚类分析法分析白叶枯病菌系之间的遗传距离,可将24个病原菌分为4簇,3个来自菲律宾的白叶枯病菌与中国的菌系距离较远,云南高原粳稻区分离的菌系十分复杂,4个簇中都有,但主要集中在2个簇中,共有14个菌系。

This study provides a reconstruction of the environmental evolution since 128 ka recorded by the lipid biomarkers of the C-C n-alkanes,the C-C n-alkan- 2-ones and the C-C n-alkanols isolated from the Tawan loess section,Northwest *** in paleoenvironment are reconstmcted from the values of the carbon preference index(CPI),the average chain length(ACL), the L/H(ratio of lower-molecular-weight to higher-molecular -weight homologues),the n-alkane C/C ratios,and the n-alkan-2-one C/C *** parameters indicate the dominance of grasses over the west chinese Loess Plateau(CLP) during the late Pleistocene. Lower values of the CPI and the ACL values,respectively, indicate stronger microbial reworking of organic matter and changes in plant species,which are both indicative of a warmer-wetter ***,the fluctuations of environment recorded in the Tawan section exhibit ten phases that show obvious cycles between warm periods and cold *** study reveals that changes in the biomarker proxies agree well with changes in the magnetic susceptibility and grain size,and it indicates a huge potential for paleoenvironmental reconstructions by using the n-alkan-2-one and n-alkanol proxies.
