采用数据包络分析方法,以渔船数、总吨位、总功率和专业劳动力为投入指标。以年捕捞产量为产出指标,对我国1994至2.05年的近海捕捞与远洋渔业的捕捞能力与能力利用度进行了系统的计量,并以此为依据对我国渔业管理的政策绩效进行了量化分析,发现近年来近海捕捞的渔船数和捕捞劳力的过剩率得到了较好的控制,但渔船总吨位与总功率的过剩率却还处于相对较高的水平。说明目前我国近海增加捕捞能力的主要手段依然是提高渔船的总功率与总吨位,需要在今后的渔业管理中引起重视。通过近海与远洋渔业的比较研究发现,我国近海捕捞能力的实际过剩率已超过了50%,捕捞能力的利用水平不高且提高程度有限;而远洋渔业的能力利用度则尚有较大的提高空间。研究同时显示:我国近海捕捞能力利用度与远洋捕捞能力利用度两条曲线在每次远离后都有互相靠拢的趋势。表明我国远洋捕捞的能力利用度提高后,会吸引近海渔业的部分捕捞能力转入远洋渔业,在降低远洋渔业能力利用度的同时,减轻了近海渔业资源的捕捞压力,也使近海捕捞的能力利用度得以提高;反之,当远洋渔业的能力利用度相对近海渔业较低时,就会有一部分远洋渔业的捕捞能力转入近海捕捞,加大了近海的捕捞强度,使近海捕捞的能力利用度下降。所以,积极提高并保持远洋渔业的能力利用度,对缩减近海捕捞规模有较直接的影响。

Objective To evaluate the molecular genetic profiles of Kunming mice and the extent of genetic differentiation among *** 15 microsatellite markers were screened by a fluorescence-based semi-automated genotyping method for the 2.main populations of Kunming mice from Beijing(BJ) and shanghai(sH) in *** observed number of alleles,effective number of alleles,observed heterozygosity,unbiased expected heterozygosity and shannon information index were used to estimate the genetic variation within *** A total of 89 alleles were detected in the 2.populations,with 2.12.at each locus,and the mean unbiased expected heterozygosity was 0.572.,which implies that there is abundant genetic variation in the populations of Kunming *** differentiation was shown by shared alleles,F-statistics,Nei genetic distance and Nei genetic *** population BJ and population sH,respectively,only 35 of 61 and 35 of 63 alleles were shared by *** Fst per locus varied from 0.0131(D2.it30) to 0.5697(D7Mit2.1) and the average Fst of all loci was 0.1433,which indicates moderate genetic differentiation between the 2.Kunming mice *** differences were also observed by Nei's(1972. genetic distance(0.3987)and Nei's(1978) unbiased measures of genetic distance(0.3881) estimates of *** There is abundant genetic variation in the populations of Kunming mice,and moderate genetic differentiation between the 2.Kunming mice populations.

＜正＞The circuits and neural activity patterns underlie the ocular dominance plasticity are not fully *** use the awake mouse visual cortex as the model system to explore this *** the multi-channel electrophysiological recording method we can observe the neural population activity of the visual cortex along the development and under different visual *** recent experiment results show that the awake mouse visual cortex has different states,one is "active" state,and the other is "quiet sleep-like" state with slow/theta *** different local brain states the visual responses are different from the view of the local field potential’s *** grating visual stimuli can evoke gamma band oscillation but the frequency band is changing follow the stimulation onset and also different under the two local brain *** gamma oscillation has been thought to be related to some higher brain function and also visual *** phenomenon may play an important role in the neural information *** evidences show that neuronal membrane potential oscillation will affect the plasticity efficiency and ***,we propose that the gamma oscillation will play a role in the visual functional development and *** will provide us a chance to better understand functional development and plasticity from the view of local neural population activity.

＜正＞In the study of dynamic performance of the micrornachined gyroscope,in order to solve the problems concerning to the high precision and the computing time of performance analysis of micromachined gyroscope,a tuning fork vibratory micromachined gyroscope fabricated by the bulk silicon micromachining technology has been studied. Interpretation of direction of motion-in-depth is an indispensable task of our visual system,as we are in a dynamic visual *** addition to such ingredient of stimulus as optic-flow field,and disparity change,etc.,a psychophysical study points out the importance of scale change information(spectral motion) as separate channel in contributing to this task,however the physiological mechanism is still *** we directly measure direction selectivity to this spectral motion and compare with spectrotemporal receptive field(sTRF) properties of the neuron obtained with reverse correlation *** find there are cells sensitive to particular direction of spectral *** of the behavior of the cells which prefer high spatial frequency to lower spatial frequency(H-L) can be predicted by linear predictions from the *** we also show that adaptation to H-L motion can reduce cells direction selectivity to this *** experiments will aim to investigate ensemble synaptic activity to spectral *** results,if established with additional experiments,will give a strong evidence that inseparability between frequency and time,normally consider as efficient information algorithm(coarse-to-fine) can enable our visual system to fulfill a behaviorally relevant task.

Tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the major epidemic human diseases, inwhich the multidrug-TB (MDR-TB) is the most serious. To date, most of MDR-TB had been found to be resistantto rifampin(RFP) and isoniazid(INH) simultaneously. so, the TB drug-resistance becomes a main concern in TBtherapy. Accouling to the molecular mechanism of drug-resistance, a platform for detecting TB drug-resistance by gene-chip technology was to be established and used to detect clinical TB strains resistance to RFP and INH. ＜正＞The abiding challenge in vision is to unravel the role of the extensive feedback systems that parallel the ascending feed-forward ***-forward projections in the cerebral cortex,which transmit bottom-up information away from sensory receptors,are matched by feedback projections that can transmit top-down *** Role of Layer 6 Feedback Cells in Visual Processing is of particular appealing for Layer 6 cells in the visual cortex sit in a crucial place in the circuitry involved in the early processing of the visual input in higher mammals such as cats and *** focal enhancement of the gain of visual responses in the layer 6 of primary visual cortex,we found that the transmission mode of cells in the visual thalamus can be switched in either direction between tonic and burst *** from the classical work of Hubel and Wiesel,it has been recognized that the orientation and the on- and off-zones of receptive fields of layer 4 simple cells in the visual cortex are linked to the spatial alignment and properties of the cells in the visual thalamus that relay the retinal input（Hubel ＆ Wiesel 1965）.Whether or not the feedback from layer 6 to the LGN is organised in a reciprocal way? Recently, our interests focus on the synthesis and the bio-screening of the natural-originated compounds in enantio-pure form on the basis of the new developed synthetic methods and the therapeutic information for the chinese folk medicinal plants in this *** this presentation, the synthesis and evaluation of the biologically active compounds are illustrated by the on-going subjects. For example, in light of our recent discovery of Ni(0) catalyzed homo-coupling and cross-coupling reactions, together with consulting the therapeutic information of chinese traditional medicine from plants, the screenings of the compounds obtained by the above mentioned reactions have been undertaken. The preliminary results showed that phthalide-type compounds showed good neuroprotection activities, and the coumarinyl derivatives exhibited excellent anti-fungal effects. The second topic is on the GABA neurotransmitter. The GABA reuptake is effected by selective transporter called GAT-1. The reduction of GABAergic neuronal activity plays an important role in a number of neurological disorders, including epilepsy, auxiety and pain. several designed compounds bearing with (R)-nipecotic acid moiety were synthesized and found very active in inhibiting GABA reuptake showing the possible usage for the analgesic chemotherapeutic treatment.
