The effect of Dzialoshiski-Moriya (DM) interaction on the violation of Bell inequality for thermal states of interacting qubits via a two-qubit XXZ spin chain is *** results imply that the DM interaction and anisotropy taking a large positive value can enhance the Bell violation and improve the threshold temperatures of *** the comparison between the Bell violation and thermal entanglement,we find that the threshold temperatures of thermal entanglement are higher than those of the Bell *** implies that some states are entangled but the Bell inequality is not violated.

The preparation of granulated adsorption material of water-quenched slag/rectorite composite and the treatment of Cu （ Ⅱ ）-containing copper smelter wastewater with the adsorption material were studied. The experimental results showed that under the conditions with the mass ratio of water-quenched slag to rectorite of 1：1, 10% additive of industrial starch （IS）, and 50% water, and a calcination temperature of 400 ℃, the granulated adsorption material prepared had a density of 1.06 kg/m^3, a porosity of 62.29%, water absorption rate of 58.82%, and compressive strength of 2.22 MPa. The efficiency of wastewater treatment was the best, whereas the rate of spallation loss was low. Under the conditions of natural pH, with the addition of the granulated adsorption material of 0.05 g/mL, a reaction time of 40 minutes, and temperature of 25 ℃, the efficiency of the granulated adsorption material for the removal of Cu （ Ⅱ ） ions from the copper smelter wastewater attained 98.2%, and the quality indexes of the wastewater after treatment conformed with the first level of integrated wastewater discharge standard （GB8978-1996）. The reclamation of the used granulated adsorption material was carried out by de-sorption of the Cu （ Ⅱ） ions from the surface with 1 mol/L sodium chloride solution. The de-sorption rate was 96.4%, and the adsorption material can be reused many times to treat copper smelter wastewater.

The decentralized H-infinity control problem for discrete-time singular large-scale systems is considered. Based on the bounded real lemma of discrete-time singular systems, a sufficient condition for the existence of decentralized H-infinity controller for discrete-time singular large-scale systems is presented in terms of the solvability to a certain system of linear matrix inequalities by linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, and the feasible solutions to the system of LMIs provide a parameterized representation of a set of decentralized H-infinity controller. The given example shows the application of the method.

This paper aims to present an adaptive control scheme for the synchronization of two classes of uncertain neural networks with different attractors. A new sufficient condition for the global synchronization of two kinds of neural networks with different attractors is derived. The proposed control method is efficient and easy to be implemented. Numerical simulation is used to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.

We address the problem of estimating the linearly time-varying (LTV) channel of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)/multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems using superimposed training (ST).The LTV channel is modeled by truncated discrete Fourier *** on this model,a two-step approach is adopted to estimate the LTV channel over multiple OFDM *** also present performance analysis of the channel estimation and derive a closed-form expression for the channel estimation *** is shown that the estimation variances,unlike that of the conventional ST-based schemes,approach to a fixed lower-bound as the training length increases,which is directly proportional to information-pilot power *** wireless communication systems with a limited transmission power,we optimize the ST power allocation by maximizing the lower bound of the average channel *** results show that the proposed approach outperforms the frequency-division multiplexed training schemes.

This study employs the regional Climate-Weather Research and Forecasting model(CWRF)to first investigate the primary physical mechanisms causing biases in simulating summer precipitation over the Yangtze River Basin(YRB),and then enhance its predictive ability through an optimal multi-physics ensemble *** CWRF 30-km simulations in china are compared among 28 combinations of varying physics parameterizations during 1980−***-term average summer biases in YRB precipitation are remotely correlated with those of large-scale *** teleconnections of biases are highly consistent with the observed correlation patterns between interannual variations of precipitation and circulations,despite minor shifts in their primary action *** YRB precipitation aligns with a southward shifted East Asian westerly jet,an intensified low-level southerly flow south of YRB,and a south-eastward shifted South Asian high,alongside higher moisture availability over ***,decreased YRB precipitation corresponds to an opposite circulation *** CWRF control configuration using the ensemble cumulus parameterization(ECP),compared to other cumulus schemes,best captures the observed YRB precipitation characteristics and associated circulation *** ECP with the Morrison or Morrison-aerosol microphysics and the CCCMA or CAML radiation schemes enhances the overall CWRF *** to the control CWRF,the ensemble average of these skill-enhanced physics configurations more accurately reproduces YRB summer precipitation’s spatial distributions,interannual anomalies,and associated circulation *** Bayesian Joint Probability calibration to these configurations improves the ensemble’s spatial distributions but compromises its interannual anomalies and teleconnection *** findings highlight substantial potential for refining the representation of climate system physics to improve YRB precipitation *** is notabl

The objectives of this work are the development and design of disturbance observers (DO’s) for a team of agents that accomplish consensus on agents’ states in the presence of exogenous disturbances. A pinning control strategy is designed for a part of agents of the multiagent systems without disturbances, and this pinning control can bring multiple agents’ states to reaching an expected consensus value. Under the effect of the disturbances, nonlinear disturbance observers are developed for disturbances generated by an exogenous system to estimate the disturbances. Asymptotical consensus of the multiagent systems with disturbances under the composite controller can be achieved. Finally, by applying an example of multiagent systems with switching topologies and exogenous disturbances, the design of the parameters of DO’s are illuminated.
