The electrochemical mechanism of the reaction between Fe-C melts and CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeOx slag systems has been carried out. The experimental results suggest that the final content of carbon in melt increases as the partial oxygen pressure of gas decreases no matter whether there is electronic conductor or not. However, the final content of carbon in the system with electronic conductor is much lower than that without electronic conductor. It can be deduced that the transfer ability of oxygen in slag is dominated by electrons. When an electronic conductor exists, an easy pathway for the electrons is provided and the oxygen transfer rate is accelerated.

The theorems for testing the local in one-port cellular neural/inear network (CNN) cells with four local state variables are presented. Using the theorems computes the bifurcation diagrams of the cardiac Purkinje fiber (CPE) equations Which describethe long-lasting action and pace-maker potentials of the Purkinje fiber of the heart. The computer simulation shows that periodic trajectories or convergent trajectories of the CPF Equations can be foun if the cormsponing cell Parameters are located in a positive domainbut nearby edge of chaos. In particular a heart with approximate normal frequency of heartbeat but non-normal electrocardiogram maysuddenly stop by slightly perturbing the parameters of the corresponding CPF Equations when the Paramders are located nearby the edge of chaos in the bifurcation diagrams. This research seems to interpret reasonbly the phenomena that patients with cardiac diseases might suddenly die without warning.

In this note, we give a short proof for the DiPerna-Lions flows associated to ODEs following the method of Crippa and De Lellis [3]. Aim:To explore the binding mode of 2-substituted 1-indanone derivatives withacetylcholinesterase (AChE) and provide hints for the future design of new de-rivatives with higher potency and ***:The GOLD-docking con-formations of the compounds in the active site of the enzyme were used in subse-quent *** highly reliable and predictive three-dimensional quantitativestructure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) models were achieved by comparativemolecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity analysis(CoMSIA) *** predictive capabilities of the models were validated byan external test ***,the stabilities of the 3D-QSAR models were veri-fied by the leave-4-out cross-validation ***:The CoMFA andCoMSIA models were constructed successfully with a good cross-validated coef-ficient (q~2) and a non-cross-validated coefficient (r~2).The q~2 and r~2 obtained fromthe leave-1-out cross validation method were 0.784 and 0.974 in the CoMFA modeland 0.736 and 0.947 in the CoMSIA model,*** coefficient isocontourmaps obtained from these models were compatible with the geometrical and physi-cochemical properties of ***:The contour map demonstrated thatthe binding affinity could be enhanced when the small protonated nitrogen moi-ety was replaced by a more hydrophobic and bulky group with a highly partialpositive *** present study provides a better understanding of the inter-action between the inhibitors and AChE,which is helpful for the discovery of newcompounds with more potency and selective activity.

In order to check the traditional core loss formula, the core loss spectrum P(f) of Co-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy with constant permeability has been studied. It is found that within a high frequency range from 10 kHz to 200 kHz and at Bm = 0. 1 T,the P(f) has the fractal structure P (f) = Po, and with the increasing of induced anisotropy energy Ku, the fractal dimension Dfrises, thus the total power loss at high frequency increases and the frequency characteristic of P(f) becomes worse.

This study evaluated the median lethal concentration （LC50） and safe concentration of water-borne ammonia, phosphate and pH value on Physocypria kraepelini, a freshwater Ostracoda with a static renewal test system. The results indicated that the LC50 values of ammonia for P. kraepelini were 1026.71, 859.98, 771.79 and 583.82 mg/L at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h exposure, respectively, and the safe concentration range of ammonia for the long-term survival of P. kraepelini was less than 58.38 mg/L. The safe range of pH value for the survival of P. kraepelini was from 6.59 to 7.61. P. kraepelini has a high tolerance to ammonia, phosphate and pH value which are the main environmental factors in the serious eutrophication water.

Motion graphs have been widely used as an effective technique in the synthesis of human *** synthesize well-formed motions,motion graphs require smooth transitions and good ***,the time and costs grow quadratically as the graph size *** this paper,we present a method to set up a hierarchical structure,called a structure *** coarse level of this graph models different motion categories and their transitions,and the fine level mainly captures different motion *** interpolation space method is used to improve the graph connectivity at the fine *** structure guides the establishment of a faster and more realistic graphical *** the building process,this structure also helps with searching the motion graph,by performing a traverse search and placing the findings into a direct look-up table or local search ***,when there is no direct link between the different motions,a navigation map is introduced to conduct an appropriate search path via a series of transition motion *** experimental results indicate that our approach could lower the computation time in construction and searching,while simultaneously providing a richer variety of motion styles.

According to the mass action law and the coexistence theory of slagstructure, the calculating models of mass action concentration for CaO-MgO-FeO-Fe_2O_3-SiO_2,CaO-MgO-MnO-FeO-Fe_2O_3-P_2O_5-SiO_2 and CaO-MgO-MnO-FeO-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-SiO_2 slag melts areformulated and sulphur distribution between the slag melts and liquid iron is treated. It is foundthat CaO, MnO and FeO promote desulphurization, while MgO is detrimental to desulphurization. Inaddition, the sulphur distribution coefficients between the slag melts and liquid iron andpresented.

An empirical equation of carbon solubility in Fe-Cr-C melts is regressed based on the experimental data from references. Acalculating model of mass action concentrations for these melts is formulated on the basis of the coexistence theory of metaIlic melts in-volving compound formation, the phase diagram of Cr-C system as well as thermodynamic data of Fe-Cr-C melts. According to the mod-el, the standard Gibbs free energies of formation of CrC and Cr3C2 are obtained. Satisfactory agreement between the calculated and me-asured values shows that the model can reflect the structural characteristics of Fe-Cr-C melts.
