In this paper, the generally induced ordered weighted averaging (GIOWA) operator is used to construct the fuzzy evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment including air, water and noise. Based on the part data of air, water and noise of the 13 cities under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu provincial government in 2.02. a case study is given. The evaluating results show that the evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment based on the GIOWA operator can reflect the condition of pollution controlled and environmental quality of a city in a period of time.

The symmetry-adapted perturbation theory (SApT) that has the ability in decompo- sition of the total interaction energy into physically meaningful components is used to provide a more fundamental understanding of intermolecular forces. This work was motivated by the diffi- culty of standard SApT in computing the intermolecular interactions for large energetic dimer systems. SApT based on Kohn-Sham orbitals (SApT(DFT)) proves computationally efficient for these large systems, but has been shown to perform poorly for interaction energy components. The deficiencies of SApT(DFT) result from wrong asymptotical behaviors of commonly used exchange-correlation potentials. To remove the deficiencies, two asymptotic corrections by means of van Leeuwen and Baerends (LB) model potential and Fermi-Amaldi (FA) type potential were applied into three small test systems comprising He2. HF2.and (N2.2.and a set of larger ni- tramide dimers at several separations. The results showed that when utilizing newly developed frequency-dependent density susceptibilities (FDDS) technique for computing dispersion energy, the FA asymptotic correction is very effective to circumvent these deficiencies in SApT(DFT) and yields a good accuracy over the LB correction. The FA corrected SApT(DFT) approach is capa- ble of correctly predicting all the quantitative trends in binding energies for all test cases and substantially reduces computational cost as compared with the standard SApT calculations. The successful application of the approach to nitramide dimer demonstrates that it potentially pro- vides a good means to calculate accurately intermolecular forces in larger system such as en- ergetic systems.

The iterative method in functional analysis is applied to looking for asolution of the poisson-Boltzmann equation in order to describe the problems of the distribution ofthe potentials in the electric double layer (EDL) inside the water pool for a cylindrical inversemicelle. potentials as a function of the position of a particular point in EDL are computed, whichdisplay a quantitative agreement with those from earlier calculation of Debye and Huckel in the caseof low potentials. But it is also shown that in the higher-potential range the iterativecalculations can give more accurate results. These results indicate the utility of this functionalanalysis technique in the description of the properties of EDL for a cylindrical inverse micelle.

Using an F2.opulation derived from the hybrid of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ‘XF 98-7’× Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium LA2.84, a SSr genetic linkage map of tomato is constructed. The map contains 112.markers and spans 808.4 cM with an average distance of 7.2. cM between loci. Two quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for first flower node on chromosomes 5 and 11, two QTLs for number of flowers per truss on chromosomes 2.and 5, and five QTLs for fruit weight on chromosomes 1, 2. 3, 9 and 12.are identified.

The oil spill impact analysis (OSIA) software system has been developed to supply a tool for comprehensive, quantitative environmental impact assessments resulting from oil spills. In the system, a biological component evaluates potential effects on exposed organisms based on results from a physico chemical fates component, including the extent and characteristics of the surface slick, and dissolved and total concentrations of hydrocarbons in the water column. The component includes a particle based exposure model for migratory adult fish populations, a particle based exposure model for spawning planktonic organisms (eggs and larvae), and an exposure model for wildlife species (sea birds or marine mammals). The exposure model for migratory adult fish populations simulates the migration behaviors of fish populations migrating to or staying in their feeding areas, over wintering areas or spawning areas, and determines the acute effects (mortality) and chronic accumulation (body burdens) from the dissolved contaminant. The exposure model for spawning planktonic organisms simulates the release of eggs and larvae, also as particles, from specific spawning areas during the spawning period, and determines their potential exposure to contaminants in the water or sediment. The exposure model for wild species calculates the exposure to surface oil of wildlife (bird and marine mammal) categories inhabiting the contaminated area. Compared with the earlier models in which all kinds of organisms are assumed evenly and randomly distributed, the updated biological exposure models can more realistically estimate potential effects on marine ecological system from oil spill pollution events.

The essence of reengineering of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain is to set u p the model of the trailed operation,to strengthen the strategic partnership man agement between the supply chain, to optimize the design of the supply chain and build up and improve the working mechanism for management of the tea industrial supply chain. The structure of Yunnan’s model of tea industrial supply chain: the model of com mercial flow; the model of logistics flow; the model of information flow and the model of cash flow. The solutions and policies for the reorganization of Yunnan’s tea industrial sup ply chain: planning, logistics and distribution and sales. Set up the supporting system of information technology. Build up the control system of production and *** the working mechanism of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain. Implement the engineering of exporting Yunnan’s tea into the markets of other p rovinces and foreign markets. Have many the channels that raise the funds of dev elopment for Yunnan’s tea industry.

An Evaluation Method for Combustion Characteristics of Coal in Cement Industry

As the coal combustion behaviors are rather complex in the cement industry, the traditional assessment method cannot be directly applied to evaluate the quality of coal. Based on the thermal analysis tests of more than 80 kinds of anthracite and bituminous coal, three evaluation parameters, namely, burning intensity （I）, average capacity of heat release （Q）, and general burning index （S） are presented, combining with the consideration of application and calciner types in the cement industry. Taking these three parameters into consideration together is necessary. Experimental results show that the coal with higher S, lower I and higher Q can be rated as the best for the calciner in the cement industry. The quantitative indexes are given to evaluate the bituminous coal and anthracite in this paper. This new assessment method has implications for the design of calciner in the cement industry.
