By means of randomization, the concept of D-randomized truth degree of formulas in two-valued propositional logic is introduced, and it is proved that the set of values of D-randomized truth degree of formulas has no isolated point in [0,1]. The concepts of D-logic pseudo-metric and D-logic metric space are also introduced and it is proved that there is no isolated point in the space. The new built D-randomized concepts are extensions of the corresponding concepts in quantified logic. Moreover, it is proved that the basic logic connectives are continuous operators in D-logic metric space. Lastly, three different types of approximate reasoning patterns are proposed.

Hydropower development changes the river hydrological regime,thereby altering river ecosystem *** important measure for reducing degradation of ecosystem is to determine ecological flow and implement it by reservoir *** paper described a method to calculate river ecological flow based on fish habitat conservation and applied it to Jinping River Bend of Yalong *** chongi was selected as target species,and the fish habitat model coupling with water environmental model was developed according to the relationship between fish and water environment ***,improved hydraulic habitat suitability index(IHHS) and habitat fragment index(HFI) varying with discharge were discussed in this *** area representing average annual flow was taken as a reference,and then ecological hydrographs under different habitat conservation levels were calculated considering season variation and life stages of *** to the natural condition,the model results indicated that the reservoir operation clearly influenced the habitat of the target *** was proposed to ensure flow releases to maintain 70%-90% habitat in section after joint while about 60% before joint.

Interleaving is an efficient measure to resolve the bursty errors in a block fading multiple-inputs multiple-outputs (MIMO) system. For the metrics of network layer, interleaving exerts two conflicting effects on the ultimate delay performance. Specifically, interleaving can advantageously reduce data transmit time. On the other hand, it comes at a cost, entailing an undesired delay penalty resulting from interleaving depth. Here, we exploit a unified model to accommodate these two conflicting effects, and derive the average waiting time in block fading MIMO systems with dynamic-depth interleaving. Such a unified model is developed with a combined method of both information theory and queueing theory. Therefore, the model is capable of characterizing the randomness of data arrival process, hence the nature of dynamic-depth interleaving. The methodology and the results are applicable to designing, evaluating, and tuning the practical interleaving systems.

Based on the Indian and Chinese precipitation data and the NCEP-NCAR reanalysis circulation data, the relationship between the Indian summer monsoon (ISM) onset and the Meiyu over the Yangtze River Valley has been discussed by the methods of correlation analysis and composite analysis. The results show that the date of ISM onset over Kerala in the southwestern coast of the Indian Peninsula is about two weeks earlier than the beginning of the Meiyu over the Yangtze River Valley. After the outbreak of ISM, the teleconnection mode sets up from the western coast of India via the Bay of Bengal (BOB) to the Yangtze River Valley and southern Japan. It is different both in time and space from the telecon- nection mode which is from the northwest of India via the Tibetan Plateau to northern china. The for- mer mode is defined as the "south" teleconnection of the Asian summer monsoon, forming in the pe- riod of ISM onset; while the latter mode is called the "north" teleconnection, mainly occurring in the Asian monsoon culminant period. During the process of the "south" teleconnection’s formation, the Asian monsoon circulation has experienced a series of important changes: ISM onset, the northward movement of the south Asia high (SAH), the onset vortex occurrence, the eastward extension of the stronger tropical westerly belt, and the northeastward jump of the western Pacific subtropical high (WPSH), etc. Consequently, since ISM sets up over Kerala, the whole Asian continent is covered by the upper SAH after about two weeks, while in the mid- and lower troposphere, a strong wind belt forms from the Arabian Sea via the southern India, BOB and the South china Sea (SCS), then along the western flank of WPSH, to the Yangtze River Valley and southern Japan. With the northward moving of the subtropical jet streams, the upper westerly jet stream and the low level jet have been coupled ver- tically over east Asia, while the Yangtze River Valley happens to locate in the ascending motion

AIM: To study the effects of actinomycin D on subcellular distribution of nucleolar protein fibrillarin in HEp-2.(human esophageal epithelial type 2. cells, and molecular mechanisms for maintenance of fibrillarin in nucleolus. METHODS: Indirect immunofluorescence assay was employed to investigate subcellular distribution of nucleolar protein fibrillarin and immunoblotting analysis was used to detect the total cellular amount of fibrillarin. RESULTS: Control cells with no drug treatment showed bright clumpy nucleolar staining, which indicated that fibrillarin decorated the nucleolus only. Treatment with actinomycin D caused dislocation of fibrillarin from nucleoli to nucleoplasm with numerous stained small nucleoplasmic entities. Immunoblotting showed that neither total cellular amount of fibrillarin nor the integrity of fibrillarin was changed upon the treatment. The dislocation of fibrillarin in cells treated at a lower concentration (0.05 mg/L) of actinomycin D, was totally reversible after removal of the drug from the medium. However, this reversion was not observed at a high drug concentration (1 mg/L). CONCLUSION: Actinomycin D induced dislocation of fibrillarin from nucleoli to nucleoplasm in HEp-2.cells. The retention of fibrillarin within the nucleolus was related to active RNA synthesis.

Constrained Delaunay Triangular Irregular networks (CD-TIN),a kind of special data structure,have many practical applications in Geoinformatics,especially in the representation of linear constrained triangulation for DTM and DSM,such as in digital city and digital mine. Past researches on D-TIN mainly focused on point in-sertion and deletion without consideration of constraint,and that on CD-TIN usu-ally paid more attention to the insertion algorithms for points and edges,but little to the deletion algorithms. The presented algorithms are far insufficient for the dy-namic updating of CD-TIN. In this paper,the constraint edge in CD-TIN is consid-ered to be any set of broken lines,i.e.,polygon edges,broken lines and simple segments. The constraint edge may be composed of one or more constraint seg-ments,and it is allowed to be in any form: Open or close,intersection or self-in-tersection. By improving to present insertion and deletion algorithms for D-TIN,two new algorithms for CD-TIN updating are presented. According to the polymorphism of the constraints in CD-TIN,virtual point is adopted to represent the crossing node between constraint edges when a constraint edge is inserted in CD-TIN. Two new algorithms named as Integral Ear Elimination (IEE) and Influence Domain Retrian-gulation for Virtual Point (IDRVP) are presented,the former is for constraint point deletion,while the later is for the insertion and deletion of constraint edge. The principle of IDRVP is that to divide the influence domain of a virtual point into some parts by the constraint-keeping edges,and to retriangulate each part of the influ-ence domain individually referring to the constraint visible property and constraint empty circle (CEC) criterion. Finally,a prototype system is developed with VC++,one case on the integration of 3. terrain and buildings is demonstrated to test the correctness of new algorithms. It shows that the new algorithms are effective for the updating of CD-TIN.

As is well known that many decollement layers were developed in the Longmenshan thrust belt,Si-chuan Basin,china. Through field investigation,explanation of seismic profiles and analysis of the balanced sections,we can divide the decollement zones into 3.categories: (1) the deep level decolle-ment zones,including the crust-mantle decollement layer,intracrustal decollement layer,and presinian basal decollement layer. The main structural styles of their deformation are the crust-mantle decoup-ling detachment deformation,the basal ductile shear deformation,etc.; (2. the middle level decollement zones,including the Cambrian-Ordovician decollement layer,the Silurian decollement layer,etc.,the main structural styles of their deformation are the isopachous fold,the angular fold,the saddle struc-ture,and the combination styles of them; and (3. the shallow level decollement zones,including the Xujiahe Formation decollement layer of Upper Triassic and the Jurassic decollement layers,the main structural styles of their deformation are the thrust-nappe tectonic,the pop-up,the triangle zone ,the duplex,etc. Multi-level decollement zones not only made the Longmenshan thrust belt develop many different deformation styles from deep place to shallow place,but also made some local areas have the superimposition of the tectonic deformation apparently. This study indicates that the multi-level de-collement zones have a very important effect on the shaping and evolution of the Longmenshan thrust belt.

The electronic structures of kinks in the [100](010) and 1/2.111](-110) edge dislocations in bcc iron containing hydrogen are investigated by means of the first-principles DMol method and the discrete variational *** effects of hydrogen on the kinks are *** results show that hydro-gen forms weak bonding states with its neighboring host atoms,and since hydrogen draws charge from its neighboring host atoms,the interactions between most of the host atoms are weakened com-pared with those of the corresponding atomic pairs in the clean *** indicates that the migration of kink,*** motion of dislocation,is easier in the doping hydrogen kink than in the clean kink,which may be the solid solution softening effect resulting from the impurity hydrogen.
