＜正＞Objective To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction（BYHWD） on neuron *** SD rats were given BYHWD or distilled water via gastrogavage after right rubrospinal tract（RST） transection at the level between C3 and C4,8 week after treatment,rubrospinal neurons（RNs） were counted and mean cell size was examined by Nissl staining;concentration of cAMP in red nucleus was determined by radioimmunoassay;changes of BDNF and TrkB expression in RN was examed using *** The number and mean cell size of RN was decreased by 2.%and 35%respectively in the BYHWD group,42.and 64%respectively in the distilled water group;the expressions of cAMP,BDNF and TrkB were significantly increased in BYHWD group compared with distilled water group. Conclusion The present results suggest that administration of BYHWD following RST transection leads to promotion axotomized neuron survival and prevention their atrophy,the protective effects on axotomized neuron may be related to its modulation of cAMP and the increase of BDNF and TrkB on RN induced by cAMP.

提出了一种适用于短波红外铟镓砷线性焦平面的数字化输出研究.针对实验室自主研制出的短波红外2.6×1铟镓砷焦平面,结合SAR ADC的基本原理,以高分辨率、低功耗、小面积为设计原则,设计一款逐次逼近(SAR)模数转换器.ADC采用0.18μm CMOS工艺流片,采用3.3 V电压供电,采样率2.5 KS/s,功耗460μW,信噪比66.6 dB.将ADC芯片与2.6×1铟镓砷焦平面在变积分时间条件下进行耦合测试.结果表明ADC芯片可以满足短波红外线列2.6×1铟镓砷焦平面的应用需求.

We introduced a new method---duration Hidden Markov Model (dHMM) to predicate the secondary structure of Protein. In our study, we divide the basic second structure of protein into three parts: H (a-Helix), E (B-sheet) and O (others, include coil and turn). HMM is a kind of probabilistic model which more thinking of the interaction between adjacent amino acids (these interaction were represented by transmit probability), and we use genetic algorithm to determine the model parameters. After improving on the model and fixed on the parameters of the model, we write a program HMMPS. Our example shows that HMM is a nice method for protein secondary structure prediction.

Silk fibroin(SF) and chitosan(CS) blend nanofibrous membranes were fabricated successfully via electrospinning with different composition ratios in the mixed solution of 1,1,1,3,3,3,-hexafluoro-2.propanol (HFIP) and 2.,2.2.trifluoroethanol(TFE) to mimic the native extracellular matrix(ECM).The aim of this article was to investigate the influence of glutaraldehyde(GA) crosslinking agent on mechanical properties of electrospun silk fibroin-chitosan(SF/CS) composite *** morphologies were observed with a scanning electronic microscopy(SEM ).Mechanical properties were investigated with a universal materials tester,and the breaking tenacity increased while the the extention ability reduced after ***,the silk fibroin(SF) conformation changed from random coils intoβ-sheet form with GA vapor cross-linking,as shown in Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectra.

The objective of this study is to investigate numerically the characteristics of train-induced unsteady airflow in a subway tunnel with natural ventilation ducts.A three-dimensional numerical model using the dynamic layering method for the moving boundary of a train is first developed,and then it is validated against the model tunnel experimental *** the tunnel and subway train geometries in the numerical model exactly the same as those in the model tunnel experimental test,but with the ventilation ducts being connected to the tunnel ceiling and a barrier placed at the tunnel outlet,the three-dimensional train-induced unsteady tunnel flows are numerically *** computed distributions of the pressure and the air velocity in the tunnel as well as the time series of the mass flow rate at the ventilation ducts reveal the impact of the train motion on the exhaust and suction of the air through ventilation ducts and the effects of a barrier placed at the tunnel outlet on the duct ventilation *** the train approaches a ventilation duct,the air is pushed out of the tunnel through the *** the train passes the ventilation duct,the exhaust flow in the duct is changed rapidly to the suction *** the train passes the duct,the suction mass flow rate at the duct decreases with time since the air pressure at the opening of the duct is gradually recovered with time.A drastic change in the mass flow rate at a ventilation duct while a train passes the corresponding ventilation duct,causes a change in the exhaust mass flow rate at other ventilation ***,when a barrier is placed at the tunnel outlet,the air volume discharge rate at each ventilation duct is greatly increased,i.e.,the barrier placed at the tunnel outlet can improve remarkably the ventilation performance through each duct.

A Collaborative Platform for Complex Product Development Based on Multi-Domain Unified Modeling and Simulation

In order to intensify market competition, manufacturing enterprises must improve their product innovation capability. It is difficult to integrate the system modeling, simulation and collaborative process management in complex product development. A collaborative platform for complex product development based on multi-domain unified modeling and simulation is proposed in this paper. The architecture of the platform is firstly stated. The idea and realization of three key technologies, i.e. multi-domain modeling and simulation for complex product, knowledge management for product design and simulation, multi-domain collaborative mechanism, are emphasized. Finally, an industry case is given. The demonstration of the system shows that integration architecture is the effective infrastructure for multi-domain collaborative product development.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the application of ordinal set pair analysis in the annual precipitation prediction of Liao River basin.[Method] The ordinal theory was introduced into the set pair analysis modeling,and the prediction model of set pair analysis was improved.A kind of rainfall prediction model based on the ordinal set pair analysis (OSPA) was put *** time sequence of annual rainfall in the hydrological rainfall station of Liao River basin during 1956-2.06 was the research *** annual rainfall during 1998-2.06 was predicted by the model,and the error analysis was given.[Result] In the relative errors of predicted results by ordinal set pair analysis,there were six relative errors within 5%,which occupied 66.7% of the total prediction *** relative error was during 5%-10%,which occupied 11.1% of the total prediction *** relative errors were during 10%-15%,which occupied 2..2. of the total prediction *** the relative errors were less than 2.%,which met the precision requirement of annual rainfall prediction in Forecast Specification of Hydrological Information.[Conclusion] The rainfall prediction based on the ordinal set pair analysis model had high precision,and the prediction result was *** was suitable for the annual rainfall prediction.

This article explores the mechanisms of acupuncture meridians by determining characteristics of the tissue fluid flow in the connective tissue along meridians. Based on deep dissection of acupoints on the upper and lower limbs of the human body and micro and macro observation and measurement, a mathematical model of the flow of tissue fluid in interosseous membranes is constructed. It is shown that the signal transmission along acupuncture meridians may be determined by unique anatomical and physiological factors that govern the flow of tissue fluid in the connective tissue and involve mast cell degranulation. Our results provide a preliminary explanation of the phenomenon of the ＂de qi＂ sensation and the mechanism of acupuncture signal transmission along acupuncture meridians.
