By combining particle swarm optimization algorithm （PSO） with fuzzy neural networks （FNN）,a PSO fuzzy neural networks （PSO-FNN） was proposed,which takes full advantage of the global search ability of particle swarm optimization （PSO） algorithm and the local search ability of conjugate gradient algorithm with constraints. The new method assumed that FNN was used to construct the model of cement raw material blending process,while PSO was employed to optimize parameters of FNN. Experiment results show that the model based on PSO-FNN has higher precision and better performance than the model based on BPNN.

Objective To evaluate the quality of Psoralea corylifolia collected from 12.provinces of china. Methods An HPLC-DAD-MS/MS method was used to identify, determine, and estimate 14 representative bioactive compounds in P. corylifolia. Then on the basis of the content data, the chemometrics method was used to differentiate 2. samples from different regions. Results The quality of P. corylifolia from 12.different provinces of china was evaluated by this method. Though the samples showed similar profiles, content of the detected markers varied significantly in different regions and batches. According to the results of the hierarchical cluster analysis and principle component analysis, it can be concluded that the samples from different origins could be clustered reasonably into two groups, as well as successfully distinguished. Conclusion A simple and reliable new method which used HPLC-DAD-MS/MS and chemometrics has been developed to characterize, classify, and control the quality of P. corylifolia.

Taking the gold ore deposit concentrating area of Jiaodong area in Shandong, china for an example, based on geological analysis, and applying Gresens’ equation, Grant’s isocon diagram and O’hara microelement calculation method, a thorough study on shear alteration, mass transfer and gold mineralization was carried out. The authors also made mathematic simulation and geochemical analysis. The work reveals temporal spatial changing regularities of temperature field and velocity field of fluids, and also reveals fluid transport chemical reaction coupling metallogenic dynamics of the Jiaojia gold ore concentrating area. During shear alteration process of the Jiaodong gold ore concentrating area, all kinds of components transferred with different amounts, fluid rock ratio was rather high and volume strain was of dilation type. Fast flow of ore forming fluid favors the occurrence of mixed fluid. Shear fractured zones are places where there was strong transportation reaction coupling mineralization. Ore bodies were located in dilation space of shear structure where there was the greatest fluid flux. After the emplacement of the rock body, a convex heat field was formed around the rock body. It is one of the main metallogenic forces. The major reason for mineralization is the mobilization, migration and enrichment of ore forming elements induced by shear compressive extensional tectonism. Inclusion gold dominant low grade ores were formed in the early ore forming stage, while high grade ores, which contained fissure gold and polymetallic veinlets, were formed in late ore forming stage.

A 107cm piston-core (SHC-2. was drilled at the site with water depth of 5m in South Hongshan Lake, northwest Tibet in 1998. Based upon the 0.72.m/a of modern sedimentary rate that was tested by 2.0Pb method and also calibrated by 13.Cs method as well as the 1cm interval sample cutting level, a lake sedimentary record of 150-yr old and with a resolution of 1.4 yrs was obtained. Ratio of geochemistry contents (TOC, TN, CaCO3) and concentrations of trace elements such as B, Sr, Ba, Ca, Mg, K, Na, Al, Ti, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ni, Cr, V, Pb, etc were analyzed. The values of TOC, TN, C/N, CaCO3, Sr/Ba and Fe/Mn had clear environmental significance and well reflected the environmental changes. Geochemical multi-proxies of lacustrine sediments from SHC-2.core showed that the environmental changes in this area during the past 150 years could be reconstructed as follows: Stage 1 (1850s-1880s) was a cold period; Stage 2.(1880s-192.s) was a warm period. But the variation of lake water volume was stable in the two periods. Stage 3 (192.s-1950s) was a fluctuant and transitional period in temperature, but there were a short cold period in the 192.s and a warm period in the 1930s. Stage 4 (1950s-) showed a warming tendency, though there existed a cold period from the mid 1970s to the end of the 1980s. In the view of general trend in the past 150 years, South Hongshan Lake was shrinking gradually. It showed that, from the comparison with the Guliya ice core and meteorological records of adjacent weather stations, there is difference in the variations of temperature and precipitation among different regions and altitudes in Tibetan Plateau. It is necessary to search multi-scale and high-resolution records for environmental reconstruction and comparison.

This paper contributes to a better understanding of the source of dust storms in northern china and the relationship between these sources and other aeolian sediments in this *** samples in potential source areas were collected from the Hunshandake Sandy Land,Heaven Desert,the loess deposits of the Bashang area,the mountainous basins and valleys north of beijing and from the Badain Jaran Desert and Hulunbaier Sandy Land(Fig.1).Dust samples were collected in beijing during two dust storms in March 2.02.and April *** laboratory methods used in this study included measurements of abundance of trace elements,in particular the rare earth elements(REEs),mineral assemblages and grain *** REE contents,Eu and Ce anomalies show clear differences between various *** is considered to be the key factor influencing REE patterns in the study *** REE abundances and patterns indicate that the aeolian sand north of beijing,such as in the Heaven Desert, is mainly of local origin rather than from desert encroachment from the *** mineral grains carried in dust storms,however, are highly mixed,and may come partly from local sources but mainly from distant desert regions in western china.

Infrared spectra of bis(β-diketonato) copper(Ⅱ) complex liquid crystals with different flexible chain lengths(the carbon number =12.and 14) have been studied as a function of temperature. Conformational changes in mesogenic cores of the molecules have been characterized by using the out-of-plane bending vibration mode of aromatic C-H bonds. The result shows that for the phenylene rings and the chelate rings of the molecules there occurred an enhancement of extended conjugation of the two π-electron systems during phase transitions, which was also supported by UV measurements. It suggests that the big quasi-planar core structure in the discotic complex consisted of four phenylene rings and the central chelate rings is not maintained in every phase.

Aim:To investigate the movement of α1A-adrenergic receptors(α1A-AR) stimu-lated by agonist,phenylephrine （PE）,and the dynamics of receptor movement inreal time in single living cells with millisecond ***:We labeledα1A-AR using the monoclonal,anti-FLAG （a kind of tag） antibody and Cy3-conju-gated goat anti-mouse IgG and recorded the trajectory of their transport processin living HEK2.3A cells stimulated by agonist,PE,and then analyzed their dy-namic ***:The specific detection of α1A-AR on the surface ofliving HEK2.3A-α1Acells was achieved.α1A-AR internalize under the stimulationof *** the cells were stimulated with PE for 2. min,apparent colocalizationwas found between α1A-AR and *** 40 min stimulation of PE,trajecto-ries of approximate linear motion in HEK2.3A-α1Acells were recorded,and theirvelocity was ***:The specific labeling method on the livingcell surface provides a convenient means of real-time detection of the behavior ofsurface *** this method we were able to specifically detect α1A-AR andrecord the behavior of individual particles of receptors with 50 ms exposure time inreal time in single living cells.

AIM: To investigate the roles of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) in the cardiovascular and behavioral responses induced by intracerebral ventricular injection (icv) of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) or footshock. METHODS: We examined the effects of p38 MAPK on mean artery blood pressure (mABP), heart rate (HR), and motor activity (MA) during central administration of IL-1β, or footshock after icv SB2.3580 (a specific inhibitor of the p38 MAPK) with Cardiovascular and Behavior Telemetry System in conscious SD rats. RESULTS: (1) IL-1β (icv) or footshock remarkably rise the mABP, and the maximal changes are (7.8±1.8) and (12.3±3.5) mmHg, respectively, which was abrogated by the pretreatment with p38 inhibitor SB2.3580 intracerebroventricularly. (2. Compared with icv saline group, the motor activity was significantly decreased in SB2.3580 group with maximal changes (-7.6±1.1) counts/min after footshock. CONCLUSION: p38 MAPK plays an important role in the pres- sor response induced by central administration of IL-1β or footshock and change of motor activity after footshock in conscious rats.
