Objective To detect the expression of AT4r,eNOS of artery in mrNA and protein levels and the changes of vascular *** analyse the relationship among AT1r,eNOS and vascular remodeling,so as to explore the molecular mechanism of vascular remodeling in the salt-sensitive hypertension rats induced by sensory denervation,providing the theory basis for prevention and treatment in the salt sensitive *** In this hypertension model, newborn male Wistar rats were given 50 mg/kg capsaicin subcutaneously on the 1st and 2nd day. Control rats were treated with *** the weaning period(4 weeks),male rats were grouped as the following,giving a high salt diet(4%) or normal salt diet(1%) for 4 weeks:capsaicin and high sodium diet(CAp+HS);capsaicin and normal salt diet(CAp+NS);vehicle control and high salt diet(CON+HS);vehicle control and normal salt diet(CON+NS).Tail-cuff systolic blood pressure and body weight were *** the immunohistochemistry and rT-pCr to detect the mrNA and protein expression of ATI r and eNOS in the *** V.G staining detects the collagen content in each ***①Different salt diet after 4 weeks,tail-cuff systolic blood pressure increased with the most profound magnitude in CAp +HS rats compared with the other 3 groups(ppared with CON-NS group,media thickness(MT) of rats artery increased, but luminal internal diameter(LD) decreased,and MT/LD also increased in the CAp-HS group,the differences are significant(ppared with CON-NS group,the mrNA and protein expression of AT1r in the CAp-HS group were significantly increased(ppared with CON-NS group,the mrNA and protein expression of eNOS in the CAp-HS group were significantly decreased(ppared with the CON-NS group,the collagen content in the CAp-HS group increased dramatically(p r expression in the aorta of CAp-HS rats negatively correlated with eNOS in the protein(r=-0.899,p r=-0.96

本文从密度矩阵运动方程出发,推导出当各种不同偏振调制激光场与三能级粒子系统相互作用时,同核双原子分(具近共振中间能波)单重电子态之间的双光子跃迁所产生的荧光信号强度和线型.对比偏振调制的与光子强调制的信号强度和线型时,表明:偏振调制双光子光谱(pMTpS)不仅能消除由吸收同一光束的同向双光子所产生的多普勒加宽背景,极大地提高光谱分辨率;而且不同电子态之间跃迁的O、p、Q、r、S支谱线强度与激光偏振状态有关,可借以标识分子的高激发电子终态和转动能级,有选择地简化复杂的分子光谱.可以预期,pMTpS是研究分子光谱和高分辨率激光光谱极有用的一种技术.

Objective:This study was attempted to determine the effects of marine collagen peptides(MCps) on glucose and lipid metabolism and markers of three metabolic nuclear receptors,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(ppArs),liver X receptor(LXrs) and farnesoid X receptor(FXrs),in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:The study population consisted of one hundred hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes and fifty healthy subjects recruited from local communities in Shenzhen,*** patients with hypertension were randomized into intervention group(n=50,group A) and non-intervention group(n=50, group B) whereas fifty healthy subjects were assigned to control *** or placebo(water-soluble starch) were respetively given to group A and group B before breakfast and bedtime at a dose of 6.5g over a period of three *** serum samples were analyzed for levels of blood glucose,insulin,serum lipid,uric acid,glycosylated hemoglobin(GHbAlc),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-Crp),serum creatinine and markers of metabolic nuclear receptor,including free fatty acid,cytochrome p450,leptin, resistin,adiponectin,bradykinin,NO and prostacyclin before intervention,1.5 months,and 3 months after *** occurrence of acute or chronic complications developed during the study such as hypoglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis were recorded and compared among different groups. results:Before intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,insulin,triglyceride in group A and B were higher than those of healthy controls while levels of HDLc in group A and group B were much lower than that of healthy *** the study,the concentrations of free fatty acid,cytochrome p450, resistin and bradykinin in group A and B were much higher than those in controls,yet no statistical differences were noted between group A and *** of prostacyclin in group A and B were higher than those of normal controls either before or after ***

To evaluate the feasibility and clinical significance of the pCr SSp technique in detecting K ras gene mutation at codon 12 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues. 80 specimens of surgical resection or biopsy samples were tested at our hospital from January 1994 to September 1995. Three different special sequence primers (SSp) synthesized according to mutation styles of CGT, GTT, GAT were respectively prepared. Three amplification reactions were performed for each sample. The amplification products were analyzed by conventional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, stained with ethidium bromide and observed under UV transillumination. results: All of the 34 pancreatic adenocarcinoma samples had positive pCr results with the mutation rate 100%. 7 cases were CGT mutation, 18 GGT and 17 GAT mutation, in which 2 types of mutation existed in 8 cases. No mutation appeared in 13 normal pancreatic tissues, 6 insulinomas, 6 chronic pancreatitis, 5 benign pancreatic cysts, 7 bile duct carcinoma, 5 ampulla carcinoma and 4 carcinomas of duodenal papilla. Conclusion: pancreatic adenocarcinoma is one of the commonly encounted tumors and is still very difficult to diagnose at the early stage and to distinguish from other lesions preoperatively. Our study indicates that pCr SSp is an ideal assay in comparison with other methods to detect K ras gene mutation. It is simple, rapid, specific, sensitive and easily generalized for clinical application on preoperative diagnosis.

prokaryotes are ubiquitous in the biosphere, important for human health and drive diverse biological and environmental processes. Systematics of prokaryotes, whose origins can be traced to the discovery of microorganisms in the 17th century, has transitioned from a phenotype-based classification to a more comprehensive polyphasic taxonomy and eventually to the current genome-based taxonomic *** transition aligns with a foundational shift from studies focused on phenotypic traits that have limited comparative value to those using genome sequences. In this context, Bergey's Manual of Systematics of Archaea and Bacteria(BMSAB) and Bergey's International Society for Microbial Systematics(BISMiS) play a pivotal role in guiding prokaryotic systematics. This review focuses on the historical development of prokaryotic systematics with a focus on the roles of BMSAB and BISMiS. We also explore significant contributions and achievements by microbiologists, highlight the latest progress in the field and anticipate challenges and opportunities within prokaryotic systematics. Additionally, we outline five focal points of BISMiS that are aimed at addressing these challenges. In conclusion, our collaborative effort seeks to enhance ongoing advancements in prokaryotic systematics, ensuring its continued relevance and innovative characters in the contemporary landscape of genomics and bioinformatics.
