Using the observations from ICOADS datasets and contemporaneous NCEP/NCAR reanalysis datasets during 1960-2002,the study classifies the airflows in favor of sea fog over the Huanghai （Yellow） Sea in boreal spring （April-May） with the method of trajectory analysis,and analyzes the changes of proportions of warm and cold sea fogs along different paths of *** to the heat balance equation,we investigate the relationships between the marine meteorological conditions and the proportion of warm and cold sea fog along different airflow *** major results are summarized as follows.（1） Sea fogs over the Huanghai Sea in spring are not only warm fog but also cold *** proportion of warm fog only accounts for 44% in April,while increases as high as 57% in May.（2） Four primary airflow paths leading to spring sea fog are *** are originated from the northwest,east,southeast and southwest of the Huanghai Sea,*** occurrence ratios of the warm sea fog along the east and southeast airflow paths are high of 55% and 70%,while these along the southwest and northwest airflow paths are merely 17.9% and 50%.（3） The key physical processes governing the warm/cold sea fog are heat advection transport,longwave radiation cooling at fog top,solar shortwave warming and latent heat flux between airsea interfaces.（4） The characteristics of sea fog along the four airflow paths relate closely to the conditions of water vapor advection,and the vertical distribution of relative humidity.

Objective To examine relationships between weight status and different forms of bullying victimization among adolescents aged 11-18 years. Methods The relationships between weight status and bullying victimization （physical, verbal, and relational） were examined utilizing data from the guangdong Provincial Youth Health Behavior Survey. Data on height, weight, and victimization behaviors were collected by self-reporting from 12 439 subjects, Х^2 test and logistic regression were used to analyze relationships between weight and bullying victimization. Results The incidence of victimization for adolescents aged 11-18 years was 8.6%, with higher rates for boys （12.4%） than for girls （4.7%）. For children with normal, overweight and obese body mass index （BMI）, the incidence rates of victimization were 8,2%, 17.3%, and 11.5%, respectively. Compared to normal weight, overweight was a risk factor for bullying victimization（OR=1.60, 95% CI： 1.18-2.17）, and it also increased children＇s risk of being teased in a hurtful way （OR=2.13, 95% CI： 1.41-3.24） and being made fun of due to physical appearance （OR=3.58, 95% CI： 2.27-5.67）. Obesity only increased the risk for children of being made tim of due to physical appearance （OR=2.45, 95% CI： 1.44-4.15）. Conclusions The victimization for children at school is common in guangdong province, china. Overweight and obese children are more likely to be victims of bullying behaviors, especially verbal victimization.

According to the Parikh–Wilczek tunneling framework, the locations of the local horizons of dynamic rotating black holes can be worked out. The calculations show that the quantum ergosphere of the black hole is identical with the tunneling potential barrier set by particle’s tunneling across the relevant horizon. Then, some discussions on the origin of the Hawking radiation will be shown.

Study on Transplanting Germ Like Cells Differentiated from Embryonic Stem Cell into Mouse Seminiferous Tubules

Objective To investigate whether germ like cells isolated from embryoid body formed by mouse embryonic stem cells could survive and initiate spermatogenesis in seminiferous tubules of adult mice. Methods SSEA-1＋ cells were isolated from embryoid bodies prepared from mouse EGFP-ES cells, after retinoic acid treatment, the cells were detected for the expression of alkaline phosphatase, Rnh2, stella, fragilis, Tex14, Sry, Hsp90-a, Stra8 and integrin a6, and then, the cells were transplanted into seminiferous tubules of busulfan-treated adult mice. Results Six days after retinoic acid treatment, alkaline phosphatase expressing cells could still be found in embryoid body （EB） derived cells, indicating the existence of retinoic acid-resistant primordial germ cells. When the SSEA-1＋ cells isolated from embryoid bodies were stimulated with retinoic acid for 6 days, some of these cells expressed cell markers of Hsp90-a, Stra8 and integrin a6, resembling the expression profile of spermatogonial stem cells. Forty-five days after cell transplantation, a little amount of GFP-expressing cells attached to the basement membrane of seminiferous tubule and formed small colonies; Three months later, these cells started amplification in the form of cell chains with varied length, and moving towards the lumen of the seminiferous tubules. Five months after the transplantation, multilayered cell mass was found in seminiferous tubules of two, out of four recipient mice. There was no GFP-expressing cells existed in non-cell-transplanted seminiferous tubules. Conclusion In our study, although full-termed spermatogenesis was not observed in all of the recipients, the results did indicate that the embryoid body contains germ like cells, and these cells can survive and initiate amplification in seminiferous tubules of adult mouse.

An efficient transformation method mediated by PEG-protoplasts was developed for the newly commercial edible mushroom Pleu- rotus nebrodensis. Two plasmids were used to co-transform protoplasts of P. nebrodensis. One plasmid is pAN7-1 containing a positive selectable marker gene hph conferring hygromycin B resistance. Another plasmid is pBlue-GFP containing a reporter gene gfp conferring green fluorescent protein. PCR and Southern blot analysis showed that hph gene or/and gfp gene were integrated into the genome of P. nebrodensis transformants. The transformation efficiency of the positive selectable marker gene hph was 3 transformants per microgram of plasmid pAN7-1 DNA, which was about 30 times higher than that previously reported in thoroughly studied Pleurotus species such as Pleurotus ostreatus. The transformation efficiency of the reporter gene gfp was 9 transformants per microgram of plasmid pBlu-GFP DNA. The co-transformation efficiency was 23.68%. This is the first report that a "reporter" gene, green fluorescent protein gene can be successfully stably expressed in this Pleurotus species.
