＜正＞Objective:To explore the acting mechanism of Yuxingeng Fliud（YXGF,a chinese herb compound prescription）in intervening ventricular remodeling（VR）after acute myocardial infarction（AMI） in chinese minipigs from the aspects of hemodynamics and collagen ***:The left anterior descending（LAD）coronary artery was ligated to establish AMI model in chinese *** and low doses of YXGF were administered to AMI minipigs *** group,model group and captopril group were also *** weeks after operation,blood pressure,hemodynamic parameters,collagen metabolism,vascular neuroendocrine and myocardial pathological changes were ***:HE staining showed that myocardial hypertrophy alleviated in all treatment groups,especially in high dose of YXGF group as compared with model *** investigation indicated that blood pressure（BP）, left ventricular pressure（LVP）and dp/dtmax,significantly declined in model and treatment group with low dose of YXGF and captopril as compared with sham group（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）,while LVP,BP and dp/dtmax in high dose of YXGF group significantly elevated as compared with model group（P＜0.01）,LVP in low dose of YXGF group and captopril group were much higher than that in model group（P＜0.05）,dp/dtmax in captopril group was higher than that in model group（P＜0.05）.Vascular neuroendocrine investigation showed that Ang Ⅱ concentration in myocardium of model group significantly increased as compared with sham group（P＜0.05）,while that in high dose of YXGF group and model group significantly declined as compared with model group（P＜0.05）.Investigation of collagen metabolism indicated that the total collagen of high dose of YXGF group,captopril group and model group significantly increased as compared with sham group（P＜0.05）,while that of treatment groups significantly declined as compared with model group（P ＜0.05,P＜0.01）.Compared with sham group,type Ⅲ procollagen contents in model group and all treatment group

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The Annual Report on cardiovascular Health and diseases in China(2022)intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in *** is the third section of the report with a specific focus on community-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This section of the report underscores the importance of initiatives outlined in the"Healthy China 2030 Plan,"emphasizing the comprehensive prevention and control strategy for chronic diseases.A key aspect of this plan involves the establishment of national demonstration areas aimed at comprehensive prevention and control of chronic *** 2020,488 such areas had been set up across China,surpassing the initial target and covering a significant proportion of counties and *** report highlights the successful implementation of these strategies in Lishan district,Anshan city,where demonstration areas for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases were launched in *** the course of seven years,the number of healthy units increased substantially,leading to improvements in managing risk factors for CVD among *** reductions in prevalence rates of overweight,obesity,smoking,passive smoking,and drinking were observed,along with the development of healthier behaviors among ***,Qiaokou district in Wuhan City,designated as a national demonstration area in 2014,implemented comprehensive public health promotion ***,special clinics for hypertension intervention were established,contributing to an increase in self-reported rates of hypertension,a slight decrease in prevalence,and a remarkable improvement in the control rate among treated ***,these efforts underscore the effectiveness of community-based approaches in driving positive health outcomes and advancing the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,particularly cardiovascular diseases,in China.

The Annual Report on cardiovascular Health and diseases in China(2022) intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in China. This section dissects cardiovascular risk factors in China which including hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome and air pollution. Hypertension prevalence has steadily increased in China,with efforts to control it facing challenges in achieving optimal rates, especially in rural areas. Interventions like salt substitutes and intensive blood pressure control show promise but need improvement. Abnormal lipid levels, indicative of dyslipidemia,have risen significantly, posing a risk for cardiovascular diseases. Despite efforts, many patients struggle to achieve target lipid levels, necessitating improved treatment strategies. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus affect millions of adults in China,with long-term complications adding to the disease burden. Early intervention and effective management are crucial to mitigate its impact. Prevalent among older adults, chronic kidney disease is associated with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases, necessitating comprehensive management approaches. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, characterized by a cluster of risk factors, has increased in both adults and adolescents, calling for lifestyle modifications and public health interventions. Ambient and household air pollution remain significant environmental risk factors, despite some improvements in air quality. Continued efforts to reduce emissions are essential for mitigating associated health risks. Addressing these risk factors requires a multifaceted approach, including public health initiatives, policy interventions, and individual-level strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce environmental exposures. Surveillance and research efforts are crucial for monitoring trends and developing effective strategies to lessen the burden of cardiovascular diseases in

Heart remodeling is associated with the loss of cardiomyocytes and increase of fibrous tissue owing to abnormal mechanical load in a number of heart disease conditions. In present study, a well-described in vitro sustained stretch model was employed to study mechanical stretch-induced responses in both neonatal cardiomyocytes and cardiac fibroblasts. Cardiomyocytes, but not cardiac fibroblasts, underwent mitochondria-dependent apoptosis as evidenced by cytochrome c (cyto c) and Smac/DIABLO release from mitochondria into cytosol accompanied by mitochondrial membrane potential (△ψ_m) reduction, indicative of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (PTP) opening. Cyclosporin A, an inhibitor of PTP, inhibited stretch-induced cyto c release, △ψ_m reduction and apoptosis, suggesting an important role of mitochondrial PTP in stretch-induced apoptosis. Function of chymase in the heart angiotensin Ⅱ formation in transgenic mice

The myosin light chain 2 promoter-human heart chymase (MLC2-hChymase) transgenic mice founded by our laboratory were used as the model to study the function of chymase in the heart angiotension Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) formation and heart remodeling. Tissue-specific expression of human heart chymase gene and transcriptional expression of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagens genes were analyzed by RT-PCR. Activities of chymase, ACE and the levels of Ang Ⅱ in heart and plasma were determined with radioimmunoas-say (RIA) kit. Activity of heart matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) was detected using gelatin zymography. The cardiac hypertrophic phenotypes were also observed with the physiological and morphological methods. The results in the MLC2-hChymase transgenic mice indicated: ( i ) human heart chymase gene was expressed specially in the heart; (u) heart chymase activity increased markedly in the transgenic mice vs non-transgenic mice (control) (0.27±0.07 U/mg vs. 0.15±0.02 U/mg, P<0.05) with no significant difference in
