An accurately unified national GPS network with more than 2.00 stations,named"National 2.00' GPS Control Net- work",signed the epoch 2.00.0,has been established by integrating the existing six nationwide GPS networks of china set up by differ- ent departments with different *** paper presents the characteristics of the existing GPS networks,summarizes the strategies in the integrated adjustment of the GPS network,including functional model,stochastic model as well as the adjustment principle modifi- *** modifying the adjustment strategies according to the characteristics of the existing GPS networks and under the support of the IGS stations,the accuracy of the integrated national GPS network is greatly *** datum differences among the sub networks disappear,the systematic error influences are weakened,and the effects of the outliers on the estimated coordinates and their variances are *** is shown that the average standard deviation for the horizontal component is smaller than 1.0 cm,the vertical component is smaller than 2.0 cm,and the three-dimensional (3-D) position of geocenter coordinates is smaller than 3.0 *** exterior checking ac- curacy for the 3-D position is averagely better than 1.0 cm.

A MULTICAST KEY MANAGEMENT SCHEME BASED ON CHARACTERISTIC VALUES OF MEMBERS

A new collusion attack on Pour-like schemes is proposed in this paper. Then, we present a collusion-free centralized multicast key management scheme based on characteristic values of members. The re-keying method that other group members calculate new keys when a member is joining or leaving is also designed. It achieves forward secrecy and backward secrecy. Compared with typical existing centralized schemes, the storage of Group Key Controller (GKC) in our scheme halves the storage overhead of others, and communication overhead of GKC is 2.in case of joining re-keying. Especially, the leaving re-keying overhead is and the overall performance is excellent.

Combustion synthesis of radioactive waste immobilization

Using chromium oxide (CrO3) as an oxidant, the immobilization of simulating radioactive waste in perovskite (CaTiO3) structure by a combustion synthesis (CS) method was tested. The products were characterized by Archimedes liquid displacement technique, microhardness technique, X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. The leaching rate was measured by the method of MCC-1 or MCC-2. The primary results show that the CS method can be used to solidify the immobilizate waste effectively.

The solution of the current wind retrieval algorithm for scatterometers has several wind vector ambi-guities, due to the bi-harmonic relationship between normalized backscattering cross section and the relative wind direction and the existence of the measurement error. In order to remove the ambiguities for a unique wind field, a circular median filter approach (CMF) is usually adopted. But under the con-dition for clustering distribution of the false ambiguities in some local areas, the CMF fails and thus engenders block ambiguities, which degrade the precision of the retrieved wind field. For such a situation, a technique of identification and removal of the block ambiguities is presented to further optimize the retrieved wind field after CMF. It is demonstrated in experiment that this technique can identify and remove most of the block ambiguities.

There is doubt about Dempster's rule of combination because of counter-intuitive results when dealing with conflict information in intelligent ***,many modified combination rules have been presented in the literature on multi-source information fusion and reasoning with ***,the issue of identifying conflict among evidence has been ignored.A new parameter measuring conflict evidence called the conflict distance parameter is defined to determine whether there are conflicts in evidence based on the analysis of existing conflict *** the same time,a decisive rule,which a reasonable conflict measure function should satisfy,is put ***,an analysis of two typical counter-intuitive situations is given,showing that the new parameter can not only satisfy the decisive rule,but can also attain the same effect as a two-dimensional measure when deciding whether to use the Dempster's rule of combination,and can exceed its effect when deciding whether to use Dezert-Smarandache theory.

Cubic boron nitride (cBN) is a kind of artificial (synthetic) crystal. Transverse electro-optic modulation in a minute cBN sample was carried out. Basing on the practical form of the crystal, we established the theoretical and experimental method according to the sample. For the first time, the linear electro-optic effect was observed in cBN, and half-wave voltage of the cBN sample was measured successfully. Furthermore, its linear electro-optic coefficient was calculated at 1.17×10?14 m/V.

The high-dense nanocrystalline BaTiO3(BT)ceramics with grain size smaller than 100nm have been successfully prepared by the two step sintering and the spark plasma sintering(SPS)*** successive transitions in nanograin BT ceramics from rhombohedral to orthorhombic,tetragonal and cubic transitions,similar to those in coarse BT ceramics,were revealed by in-situ temperature dependent Raman *** multiphase coexistence and the diffused phase transition character were demonstrated in the 8nm nanocrystalline BT ceramics.

Gas Sensing Properties of ZnO Tetrapod-Like Whiskers Prepared by Hydrothermal Process

ZnO tetrapod-like whiskers were prepared through a hydrothermal process using zinc powder as raw *** microstructure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The XRD results showed that the crystal structure of as-obtained sample can be indexed to hexagonal wurtzite *** results revealed that the ZnO sample took on tetrapod-like whisker *** gas sensors were prepared with the traditional sintering process and their gas sensitivities were *** test results of gas sensitivity showed that the sensors based on ZnO tetrapod-like whiskers are very sensitive to dilute ethanol vapor and *** relatively high sensitivity and selectivity of these sensors made from ZnO tetrapod-like whiskers demonstrated the potential for developing a new class of selective ethanol sensors.
