There have been many skewed cancer gene expression datasets in the post-genomic era. Extraction of differential expression genes or construction of decision rules using these skewed datasets by traditional algorithms will seriously underestimate the performance of the minority class, leading to inaccurate diagnosis in clinical trails. This paper presents a skewed gene selection algorithm that introduces a weighted metric into the gene selection procedure. The extracted genes are paired as decision rules to distinguish both classes, with these decision rules then integrated into an ensemble learning framework by majority voting to recognize test examples; thus avoiding tedious data normalization and classifier construction. The mining and integrating of a few reliable decision rules gave higher or at least comparable classification performance than many traditional class imbalance learning algorithms on four benchmark imbalanced cancer gene expression datasets.

The prediction for Multivariate Time Series(MTS)explores the interrelationships among variables at historical moments,extracts their relevant characteristics,and is widely used in finance,weather,complex industries and other ***,it is important to construct a digital twin ***,existing methods do not take full advantage of the potential properties of variables,which results in poor predicted *** this paper,we propose the Adaptive Fused Spatial-Temporal Graph Convolutional Network(AFSTGCN).First,to address the problem of the unknown spatial-temporal structure,we construct the Adaptive Fused Spatial-Temporal Graph(AFSTG)***,we fuse the spatial-temporal graph based on the interrelationship of spatial ***,we construct the adaptive adjacency matrix of the spatial-temporal graph using node embedding ***,to overcome the insufficient extraction of disordered correlation features,we construct the Adaptive Fused Spatial-Temporal Graph Convolutional(AFSTGC)*** module forces the reordering of disordered temporal,spatial and spatial-temporal dependencies into rule-like *** dynamically and synchronously acquires potential temporal,spatial and spatial-temporal correlations,thereby fully extracting rich hierarchical feature information to enhance the predicted *** on different types of MTS datasets demonstrate that the model achieves state-of-the-art single-step and multi-step performance compared with eight other deep learning models.

Complicated product QFD system design information including design and manufacturing, operation and maintenance as well as relative supply information, all are tightly related to the product life cycle cooperative design and the process of establishing the QFD system. In the early stage of product design, we can only get the fuzzy and unreliable information. With design going, the fuzzy and unreliable information become less and less. The defect of the traditional QFD is not deal with the fuzzy contents very well. Adopt database class encapsulation and fuzzy inference technology, and then discuss the realization of QFD system based on VFP database. The structure of the fuzzy QFD system based on database class's encapsulation is built and the work flow of fuzzy algorithm based on VFP software is presented. In the analysis of fuzzy QFD process, fuzzy inference is adopted. A developed prototype system and an example have verified some presented techniques and the research results are the basis of the future development.

The contradiction of the relay protection with other task has been solved by double CPU’s structure in this comprehensive monitor. Thus the speed of the data processing has raised and the requirement of relay protection and the real bine monitoring has all been satisfied. The input precision of the fault current and the rated current has been assured respectively by applying the relay protection CT and measurement CT. The algorithm of FFT with or without the difference has remarkably raised the precision of the protective measurement and removed the influence of the attenuation DC component in the fault current. Thus the accuracy and reliability of the protective trigger has been raised greatly.
