Ridge-furrow tillage is a kind of conservation tillage widely used for soil and water conservation in agriculture,with crop planted in ridge or *** previous researches mostly focus on the effects of ridge-furrow tillage with crop planted in ridges on crop growth and soil water content,Influence of ridge-forrow tillage with crop planted in furrows are not well documented,despite it is helpful to crop growth in arid and semiarid *** purpose of this study was evaluating the effect of ridge-furrow tillage with different surface configurations and crop planted in furrow,on the efficiency for rainwater harvesting and crop production,to determine the optimal surface configuration of ridge-furrow *** parameters of ridge heights (H) and ridge-furrow ratios (R,ratio between H and furrow width,W) were defined to determine the configuration of ridge-furrow *** field experiments,seasonal dynamic variation of volumetric soil water content, aboveground biomass and yields of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) were *** treatments included four kinds of ridge-furrow tillage with oilseed rape planted in furrow and one kind of conventional field tillage (CT) for *** results indicate that relative to CT,ridge-furrow tillage increased volumetric soil water content of the plow layer (0-30 cm) by 4.2%-12.1%,decreased its fluctuation in the growing season of oilseed *** the soil profile under ridge-furrow tillage,soil layer with the highest soil water content appeared in the depth of 0-30 cm,which helped oilseed rape absorb water by *** aboveground biomass,pods per plant and 1000-seed weigh under ridge-furrow tillage were larger than that under *** field comparison of oilseed rape yields under four forrow planting practices with 15,25 cm H and 1/6,1/12,1/24 R,we found the practice with 25 cm H and 1/24 R increased the efficiency of water harvesting,the growth and yield of the oilseed rape more ***,we recommend furr

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RESORT LIFE CYCLE AND RESIDENTS' PERCEPTION AND ATTITUDE——A Case Study of Putuo Mountain

The change in residents′ perception and attitude and resort life cycle are the basic problems in the course of resort evolution. This thesis sets up the dynamic model of residents′perception and attitude, analyzes the linkage between residents′ perception and attitude and the influential factors of resort life cycle, and finally, with a case study of Putuo Mountain, preliminarily discusses the relationship between resort life cycle and residents′perception and attitude. The research findings show that, although within development stage of life cycle, Putuo Mountain has already presented some signs of mature stage. The on-the-spot survey also indicates that, the local residents′ positive perception is stronger than their negative perception. But compared with residents in some other coastal resorts such as Haikou and Sanya, negative perception of residents in Putuo Mountain is more evident, as the result of the smaller tourism carrying capacity in Putuo Mountain. There are some influential factors that have great impact on tourism carrying capacity in Putuo Mountain: tourist-resident number ratio, residents′ benefit-cost ratio and characteristics of tourism resources. And the less influential factors are residents′ demographic character, tourist behavioral character and cultural differences between local residents and tourists. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to adjust the structure of tourism product for the purpose of expanding tourism carrying capacity, lowering its pressure, lessening residents′ environmental cost and enhancing their positive perception, which is the most essential prerequisite for the maturation of life cycle in Putuo Mountain.

Application of Equilibrium Partitioning Approach to the Derivation of Sediment Quality Guidelines for Metals in Dianchi Lake

For the past 20 years, numerous studies have been carried out on the application of equilibrium partitioning approach （EqPA） for the derivation of sediment quality guidelines （SQGs）. However, for metals, few Equilibrium-partitioning- based numerical SQGs have been developed or are currently available because of the confounding factors mediating the bioavailability of metals. A study was conducted at Dianchi Lake, which is a heavily eutrophicated lake on the yunnan- Guizhou Plateau, china with the focus on the measurement of partitioning coefficient （Kp） and SQGs derivation and normalization to acid volatile sulfide （AVS）, fine material, and organic carbon. Using new normalization methods, SQGs were formulated for seven metals including copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and arsenic in Dianchi Lake. In Dianchi Lake sediments, the fine material contributed 25.4%-36.0% to the SQG values, with the largest contribution to the SQG value of mercury; AVS contributed 2.9%-75.0% to the SQG values, with the largest contribution to the SQG value of cadmium. This indicated that the fine material and the AVS were the most important controlling factors to the bioavailability of mercury and caximium, respectively. The contribution of total organic carbon （TOC） to the SQG values of copper and leaxi was 3.8% and 7.1%, respectively, indicating that at relatively lower concentrations, the contribution of TOC was not significant. In addition to normalization methods, appropriate procedures for the application of EqPA including sample collection, storage, and analysis are also essential to improve the reliability of SQGs. The normalized Dianchi Lake SQGs were higher than most of the empirically based SQGs developed in North America, but lower than Hong Kong interim SQGs except for cadmium and arsenic. As the major water resource of the Tarim River, glaciers in the Tomor region have suffered major losses of ice in the last several *** on comparing topographic maps,high-resolution remote sense image and the field survey data,spatially distributed changes of ice-surface elevation,terminus position and area of four selected glaciers in the Tomor region(Qingbingtan glacier No.72,Qingbingtan glacier No.74,Keqikekuzibayi glacier and Tomor glacier) over the period 1964-2009 have been computed in this *** ice surface-elevation changes of Qingbingtan glacier No.72 had been studied by comparing DEMs derived at different *** approach allowed the determination of ice surface-elevation changes between 1964 and 2008,yielding a mean thinning rate of-0.22±0.14 m a-1 for the tongue *** 1964 to 2009,Qingbingtan glacier No.72,Qingbingtan glacier No.74,Keqikekuzibayi glacier and Tomor glacier retreated by 1852 m,1350 m,985 m and 135 m with an annual retreat of 41.1 m,30.0 m,22.9 m and 3.0 m,respectively. The 21.5%,14.7%,4.1%and 0.3%area reduction as observed over the past 0 years corresponds to the area reduction rate of 0.034 km2 a-1,0.031 km2 a-1,0.041 km2 a-1 and 0.021 km2 a-1 for Qingbingtan glacier No.72, Qingbingtan glacier No.74,Keqikekuzibayi glacier and Tomor glacier,*** dramatic ice thinning and the related terminus retreat and area loss of the four glaciers suggests that glaciers in the Tomor region might currently be suffering negative mass balance in response to the ongoing climatic changes,especially the temperature rising, as well as debris cover would not prevent the glaciers from a fast reaction to climate forcing.

The photosynthetic characterization of Populus euphratica and its response to the elevated carbon dioxide concentration ([CO2]) were analyzed based on its net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr), and water use effciency (WUE) at different groundwater depths measured by a portable gas exchange system (LI-6400) in the lower reaches of the Tarim River. The results showed that the elevation of [CO2] decreased the gs, and increased the Pn, Ci and WUE of P. euphratica. However, the effects of the elevated [CO2] on gs, Pn, Ci and WUE varied considerably with groundwater depth. The response of photosynthesis to rising [CO2] was stronger at the greater groundwater depth (more than 6 m) than that at the shallower groundwater depth (less than 6 m). The critical groundwater depth required to maintain the normal survival of P. euphratica was less than 6 m. When the groundwater depth increased to more than 6 m, P. euphratica encountered moderate water stress, and the plant suffered severe water stress when the groundwater depth increased to more than 7 m.

乡村教师是乡村学校重建的主体力量,尽管在当前我国乡村教师发展过程中存在诸如质量、待遇、职责等多种问题,但上述仅为表象,其更为深层的缘由却是日益增长的乡村教师身份认同危机。在他者规训异化与自我统整迷失的双重交构下,乡村教师的文化符号象征意义几近丧失、内在根本质素遭致否定、社会身份角色日益游移不定。为确保乡村学校教育教学活动的有序开展,有必要从外塑和内砺两方面加强乡村教师的身份角色认同感,确保其在地域、身份、价值取向上得到有效归属。
