Mass concentration and isotopic values δ13C and 14C are presented for the water-insoluble refractory carbon （WIRC） component of total suspended particulates （TSP）, collected weekly during 2003, as well as from October 2005 to May 2006 at the WMO-GAW Mt. Waliguan （WLG） site. The overall average WlRC mass concentration was （1183 ± 120）ng/m3 （n = 79）, while seasonal averages were 2081 ± 1707 （spring）, 454±205 （summer）, 650 ±411 （autumn）, and 1019 ± 703 （winter） ng/m3. Seasonal variations in WIRC mass concentrations were consistent with black carbon measurements from an aethalometer, although WIRC concentrations were typically higher, especially in winter and spring. The δ13C PDB value （-25.3 ± 0.8）%0 determined for WIRC suggests that its sources are C3 biomass or fossil fuel combustion. No seasonal change in δ13C PDB was evident. The average percent Modern Carbon （pMC） for 14C in WIRC for winter and spring was （67.2 ± 7.7）% （n = 29）. Lower pMC values were associated with air masses trans- ported from the area east of WLG, while higher pMC values were associated with air masses from the Tibetan Plateau, southwest of WLG. Elevated pMC values with abnormally high mass concentrations of TSP and WIRC were measured during a dust storm event.

10Be/7Be is a stratospheric sensitive *** this paper,measurements of 10Be/7Be and surface O3 from October 2005 to May 2006 at *** (hereafter WLG,100.898°E,39.287°N,3810 m,a.s.l.),china global atmospheric watch (GAW) observatory,are introduced and used to investigate the stratosphere-troposphere transport (STT) and its impact on surface O3 on the Tibetan *** results show that the magnitude of STT is weak in winter,followed by strengthening from the end of winter to the middle of spring (from mid February to mid April) with large increases in 10Be,7Be,10Be/7Be and surface *** the end of spring (from the end of April to mid May in this paper),the STT weakened,and the continuous increase of surface O3 at WLG is produced by tropospheric photochemistry reactions.

Thirty samples of total suspended particles were collected at a site in western part of Lhasa,Tibet from August 2006 to July *** 10Be concentrations were determined by Accelerator Mass Spectrometer (AMS).Analysis of correlation between 10Be concentrations and meteorological factors revealed that the wet scavenging has little effect on 10Be.10Be can be used as a proxy of transport processes of the upper atmosphere over the Tibetan *** of correlation between 10Be concentrations and NCEP reanalysis data demonstrated that higher 10Be concentrations in spring were probably caused by the atmosphere exchange from stratosphere to troposphere during February to *** 10Be concentrations during August to September were consistent with the synchronous lower O3 values,suggestive of both 10Be and O3 were probably influenced by the atmosphere exchange from troposphere to stratosphere.

Mass concentration,13 C PDB(13 δC) of water-insoluble and refractory carbon(WIRC)as the proxy for black carbon(BC) chemically extracted from total suspended particles(TSP) samples collected from December 2002 to January 2004(50 samples) and from October 2005 to May 2006(29 samples) at Waliguan(36.287oN 100.898oE,3810 m) are *** concentration of WIRC was 1183 ± 120 ng/m 3,with the highest values in spring-winter,and its variation was in agreement with the optical BC concentration measured by aethalometer-but WIRC have higher values,especially in winter-spring with factor of *** seasonal mass concentration difference between WIRC and optical BC perhaps indicates that water soluble / insoluble carbon aerosols dominate the fraction of summer-autumn/winter-spring carbonaceous aerosols at the *** 13 δC of-25.3 ± 0.8‰ revealed that C3 plant burning was the major source of the WIRC.14 C PMC for the later 29 samples revealed that the overall mean fraction of contemporary-derived carbon(f C) of BC was 67.2 ± 7.7%(n = 29).The f C and BC concentration was strongly associated with air parcel *** f C accompanying moist air-parcels were transported from eastern Waliguan in autumn and early winter,but the continuous fossil combustion heating in the region decreased f C in late winter and ***-storm transport through the remote areas of western may have caused high f C even though mass concentrations of TSP and BC were abnormally ***-to-week variations of 210 Pb activity concentration in TSP and percentage of fossil-derived carbon(f f) were in agreement,providing some evidence that coal combustion was the dominant fossil source of BC at Waliguan.

该文利用石阡国家气象站2019年1—12月DPC1型光电式数字日照计(简称自动观测)和暗筒式日照计观测(简称人工观测)的日照资料,对比分析时、日、月、年日照时数的差异,结果表明:自动观测与人工观测的日、月日照时数相关系数均在0.98以上,有非常好的相关性;自动观测年日照时数低于人工观测值,自动观测有日照天数和早、晚日照时数明显多于人工观测值,自动观测比人工观测分辨率更高和灵敏度更好,更客观反映日照变化情况。

根据我国21个县市11个舞毒蛾发生区、10个未发生区近10年的气象因子数据,以气候数据的关键因子绘制21县(市)的气候特征图,结合舞毒蛾寄主植物在上海的分布,分析舞毒蛾在上海市的适生性;进一步利用判别分析法建立舞毒蛾在我国的分布预测模型,模型的预测正确率为100%。结果表明,根据气候特征图、舞毒蛾的寄主植物以及预测模型的判定,上海市具备舞毒蛾发生和危害的气候条件。

[Objective] The aim was to study the willingness to accept compensation and compensation sharing of returning land for farming to forestry in Zhangjiakou and chengde region.[Method] Based on the investigation of farmers’ willingness to accept ecological compensation in Zhangjiakou and chengde region,farmers’ willingness to accept compensation was quantized,and the calculation model of sharing rate of ecological compensation was established,finally the sharing rate of ecological compensation was calculated choosing water supply quantity as reference.[Result] Farmers’ willingness to accept compensation in Zhangjiakou and chengde region was 2 740.5 yuan/(hm2·a),and returned farmland area was 429 700 hm2 in 2008,so the willingness to accept ecological compensation was up to 1.178 billion yuan/*** addition,the ecological compensation sharing rate of government was 37.60% in Beijing,42.75% in Tianjing and 19.64% in Tangshan,and their ecological compensation funds were 443,504 and 231 million yuan,respectively.[Conclusion] The study could provide important foundation for the establishment of ecological compensation standard and implementation of ecological compensation in Zhangjiakou and chengde region.
