The idea of green quasifunction method is clarified in detail by considering a free vibration problem of simply-supported trapezoidal shallow spherical shell on Winkler foundation.A green quasifunction is established by using the fundamental solution and boundary equation of the *** function satisfies the homogeneous boundary condition of the *** mode shape differential equation of the free vibration problem of simply-supported trapezoidal shallow spherical shell on Winkler foundation is reduced to two simultaneous Fredholm integral equations of the second kind by green *** are multiple choices for the normalized boundary *** on a chosen normalized boundary equation, the irregularity of the kernel of integral equations is ***, natural frequency is obtained by the condition that there exists a nontrivial solution in the numerically discrete algebraic equations derived from the integral *** results show high accuracy of the green quasifunction method.

The MC-LR from the the blue-green algae of Taihu Lake was extracted, at the same time, a set of microcystins extraction method with methanol as extraction solvent and purification method with C18-SPE as purification workstations were established. The extraction solvent concentration, extraction time, extraction solvent amount, leacheate concentration and eluent concentration were used to research the extraction efficiency of MC-LR. Finally, 80% methanol was used to wash microcytins to make MC-LR high purity and the purity was over 85%. This research presented a method of low cost and high efficiency. It provided the foundation for the further research of microcytins.

A two-month study was conducted to test the effects of macroalgae on the growth and survivorship of juvenile lined seahorse （Hippocarapus erectus） in aquaria. Twenty-day old seahorses were cultured in the tanks with green alga Chaetomorpha linum, red alga Gracilaria tikvahiae, green plastic artificial plant （stargrass）, and black plastic net, respectively. Increases in wet mass and standard length for the seahorses were significantly higher in the tanks with macroalgae than those without macroalgae. The seahorse survivorships in the two macroalgal treatments were also significantly higher than those of the two treatments without macroalgae. In the treatments with macroalgae, the DO and pH were higher than those without marcoalgae. During the experiment, the color of seahorses was changed to certain extent. In the green background （the treatments with C. linum and stargrass）, 24.1% 28.4% of black seahorses decreased over time; whereas in the black （plastic net） or brown （G. tikvahiae） background treatments, 14.1% 16.3% of yellow seahorses decreased over time, for matching that of the background. Furthermore, the survival rate of seahorse was correlation with DO and pH, and strong correlation with standard length, wet mass and CF. Polyculture with macroalgae, survival rates of seahorse were higher than without macroaglae.

In this paper, the structural, electrical and optical properties of Al-doped zinc oxide (ZnO: Al) thin films onto quartz substrates prepared by electron beam evaporation technique were studied. All samples are polycrystal with a hexagonal structure andc-axis preferred orientation. The intense UV emissions and weak deep-level green emissions were observed. The films show high transparency, conductivity and high carrier concentration. Van der Pauw measurements show that the films are n-type degenerate semiconductor. The lowest resistivity is 6.7×10?4 Ω⊙cm at room temperature. These films exhibit a carrier density above 1020 cm?3. The conduction mechanism was discussed. The behavior of metallic conduction can be observed in the high temperature range.

To identify some desirable algal strains for our future research and/or the production of algae-based biofuel,43 green algal strains were successfully isolated from Chinese freshwaters,and then incubated in the laboratory bioreactors for the growth and oil accumulation *** a 15 d incubation experiment,the accumulations of their biomass and total lipids,together with the lipid productivities for these green algal strains were systematically investigated and *** indicated that the accumulations of biomass for the 43 algal strains ranged from 0.53 g/L to 6.07 g/L during the experiments,with the highest biomass of 6.07 g/L for green algae Scenedesmus *** lipid content for the tested algal strains varied from 20%to 51%of the dry biomass at the end of cultivation *** algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa was one of the best oil producers based on our investigations,with the total lipid content of 51%of dry *** the growth rates and the accumulations of intracellular lipids into the consideration,10 strains were considered to have significant potential for biofuel *** addition,the lipid productivities of the selected strains were further investigated.

During oil/gas exploration in an area, there is a question as to whether methane in the strata was generated \%in situ\% mainly by thermal degradation of local organic matter. The key to the question is whether the kerogen could produce methane of more than 80 mL/g TOC, when its \%R\%\-o increased from initial (0.36%) to current value of 0.70% during thermal evolution. The authors have made efforts to answer this question by the kinetics method. First, a series of pyrolysis experiments were carried out to obtain data of methane yield and \%R\%\-o evolution, from which kinetic parameters of methane and \%R\%\-o were derived; then these parameters were extrapolated to the geological condition and finally, a methane yield, 96 mL/g TOC, was predicted. The result suggests that from the view of hydrocarbon generation, methane in the seam should be from thermal degradation of local kerogen.
