The Analysis of Limitation of Engel's Coefficient——A Case Study of Rural Areas in hebei Province

On the basis of introducing relevant theories of Engel's coefficient,this paper analyzes the limitation of these theories in practical application currently in china,for example,continuing to use original theory,not in line with reality of china;comparison invalidity in length and breadth,is not conducive to relevant analysis;culling out the special factors easily causes distortion of conclusion.Taking rural areas in hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the limitation of Engel's coefficient in analyzing the gap of rural economy:in terms of region horizontally,Engel's coefficient neglects the difference of consumption structure among regions,and difference of economic stages among regions;in terms of time vertically,Engel's coefficient neglects the periodic change of consumption structure and the ratio change of different families in different periods.According to the reality of china's rural areas,the correction model of Engel's coefficient is established as follows.Firstly,Engel's coefficient=Percentage of expenditure variation(food+ education+ medical service) /Percentage of total expenditure variation;Engel's coefficient=Percentage of expenditure variation(food+ education+ medical service) /Percentage of income variation.Secondly,Engel's coefficient=Percentage of expenditure variation of food/Percentage of variation of(total expenditure educational expenditure-medical expenditure.Thirdly,Engel's coefficient=Percentage of expenditure variation of food/Percentage of total expenditure variation.

With the ever-changing nature,green ecology has become an international trend of thought.Nowadays,the green ecological design of residential space has become the main melody of people’s life.Designers always implement the concept of ecological and environmental protection in the design process,attach importance to the ecological effect of residential space,carry out reasonable budget and use of environmentally friendly decorative materials,reduce the waste of materials,save money and save resources at the same time,and protect the environment.At the same time,people began to put their hopes on the residential space design,which made the green residential space design began to prevail.With the bold exploration and practice of designers,the design of green residential space will be endowed with more distinctive characteristics and unique connotations.Starting from the concept of green design,this paper explores the method of green space design through typical analysis.

Ultrasound-assisted isolation: A new method to isolate stromal vascular fraction

Background: The stromal vascular fraction(SVF), a cluster of stem and progenitor cells isolated from adipose tissue, holds significant promise for application in regenerative medicine. However, the existing methods for SVF isolation are time-consuming and expensive. Thus, in this study, we explored a new method of SVF extraction—ultrasound-assisted SVF isolation(USASI)—and compared the viability and characteristics of SVF isolated using different methods.Methods: SVF extraction methods using different combinations of ultrasound power, ultrasound time, collagenase dosage, and collagenase digestion time were compared with those of the control group(collagenase digestion method). The cell yield and vitality of the SVF were evaluated via cell counting and trypan blue staining. The cell components and immunophenotypes of freshly isolated SVF were analyzed using flow cytometry. The proliferative capacity and differentiation potential of the SVF were also identified.Results: Ultrasonication at 95 W-20 k Hz for 30 s followed by digestion with 0.15% collagenase for 30 min was identified as the most suitable parameter for the USASI method in isolating SVF, as recommended based on the evaluation of various tested conditions. The USASI method significantly reduced the collagenase dosage and shortened the digestion time. Compared to the collagenase digestion method, the USASI method had a higher cell yield and cell viability, with no adverse effects on cell components, proliferative capacity, or multipotential differentiation capacity.Conclusion: With reduced processing time, lower collagenase dosage, and increased cell yield without impairing the viability and characteristics of SVF, USASI holds the potential to emerge as a time-saving and cost-effective method for future clinical applications.

成都文物考古研究院（原成都文物考古研究所）于2002～2003年对金沙遗址“罡正”地点进行了考古发掘。共发现墓葬44座，皆为竖穴土坑墓，仰身直肢葬，其中M258发现船棺痕迹，其余不见葬具。墓葬随葬品较少，以陶器为主，主要器形有尖底器、平底罐、簋形器等，部分墓葬随葬磨石和玉石条。墓葬分早、晚两段，早段墓葬年代约为商末周初；晚段墓葬年代推测为西周中晚期。本次发掘为探讨成都平原商末周初墓葬习俗与社会分化提供了重要的考古资料。

Growth inhibitory effect and apoptosis induced by extracellular ATP and adenosine on human gastric carcinoma cells: involvement of intracellular uptake of adenosine

Aim:To study the growth inhibitory and apoptotic effects of adenosine triphos-phate(ATP)and adenosine(ADO)on human gastric carcinoma(HGC)-27 cells invitro and the mechanisms related to the actions of ATP and ADO.Methods:MTTassay was used to determine the reduction of cell viability.The morphologicalchanges of HGC-27 cells induced by ATP or ADO were observed under fluores-cence light microscope by acridine orange/ethidium bromide double-stained cells.The internucleosomal fragmentation of genomic DNA was detected by agarosegel electrophoresis.The apoptotic rate and cell-cycle analysis after treatmentwith ATP or ADO was determined by flow cytometry.Results:ATP,ADO and theintermediate metabolites,ADP and AMP,and the agonist of purinergic receptors,reduced cell viability of HGC-27 cells at doses of 0.3 and 1.0 mmol·L-1.The distri-bution of cell cycle phase and proliferation index(PI)value of HGC-27 cells changedwhen exposed to ATP or ADO at the concentrations of 0.1,0.3 and 1 mmol/L for 48h.ATP and ADO both altered the distribution of cell cycle phase via G0/G1-phasearrest and significantly decreased PI value.Under light microscope,the tumorcells exposed to 0.3 mmol·L-1ATP or ADO displayed morphological changes ofapoptosis;a ladder-like pattern of DNA fragmentation obtained from HGC-27 cellstreated with 0.1-1 mmol·L-1ATP or ADO appeared in agarose gel electrophoresis;ATP and ADO induced the apoptosis of HGC-27 ceils in a dose-dependent man-ner at concentrations between 0.03-1 mmol.L-1.The maximum apoptotic rate ofHGC-27 cells exposed to ATP or ADO for 48 h was 13.53% or 15.9%,respectively.HGC-27 cell death induced by ATP or ADO was significantly inhibited by dipy-ridamole(10 mmol.L-1),an inhibitor of adenosine transporter,but was not affectedby aminophylline,a broad inhibitor of P1 receptors and pyridoxal-phosphate-6-azophenyl-2,4-disulphonic acid tetrasodium salt(30 μmol.L-1),a non-selectiveantagonist of P2 receptors.Conclusion:Extracellular ATP and ADO reduced thecell viability,arrested cell cycle and induced apopto

Electrophysiological responses to imidazoline/α2-receptor agonists in rabbit sinoatrial node pacemaker cells

AIM: To compare the effects of moxonidine (Mox), clonidine (Clo), agmatine (Agm), and xylazine (Xyl) on action potentials (AP) of the rabbit sinoatrial node (SAN) pacemaker cells and investigate the contribution of α-adrenoceptors to the cardiac electrophysiologic responses induced by the agonists. METHODS: Intracellular microelectrode technique was used to record AP in the rabbit SAN pacemaker cells. Vasoconstrictive responses to norepinephrine (NE), Mox, Clo, Agm and Xyl were observed in the thoracic aorta and ear vein isolated from rabbits. RESULTS: (1) In the rabbit thoracic aorta, a rank order of potency producing vasoconstrictive responses was NE>Clo>Mox; and a rank order of potency in ear vein was Clo>NE>Xyl=Mox. Agm did not produce any vascular responses in both preparations, and Xyl did not produce vascular responses in the thoracic aorta. A protocol of quantum secret sharing between multiparty and multiparty with four states was presented. It was shown that this protocol can nullify the Trojan horse attack with a multi-photon signal, the fake-signal attack with Einstein-Podolsky- Rosen pairs, the attack with single photons, and the attack with invisible photons. In addition, the upper bounds of the average success probabilities were given for dishonest agent eavesdropping encryption using the fake-signal attack with any two-particle entangled states.

A quantum secret sharing scheme between an m-party group and an n-party group is proposed using three conjugate bases.A sequence of single photons,each of which is prepared in one of the six states,is used directly to encode classical information in the quantum secret sharing process.In this scheme,each of all m members in group 1 chooses randomly his/her own secret key individually and independently,and directly encodes his/her respective secret information on the states of single photons via unitary operations,then the last one sends 1/n of the resulting qubits to each member of group 2.By measuring their respective qubits,all members in group 2 share the secret information shared by all members in group 1.It renders impossible a Trojan horse attack with a multi-photon signal,a fake-signal attack with EPR pairs,an attack with single photons,and an attack with invisible photons.We give the upper bounds on the average success probabilities for dishonest agent eavesdropping encryption using the fake-signal attack with any two-particle entangled states.

Primary evidence for involvement of IP3 in heat-shock signal transduction in Arabidopsis

The role of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate （IP3） in transducing heat-shock （HS） signals was examined in Arabidopsis.The whole-plant IP3level increased within 1 min of HS at 37℃.After 3 min of HS,the IP3level reached a maximum2.5 fold increase.Using the transgenic Arabidopsis plants that have AtHsp18.2plvmoter-β-glucuronidase （GUS） fusiongene,it was found that the level of GUS activity was up-regulated by the addition of caged IP3at both non-HS and HStemperatures and was down-regulated by the phospholipase C （PLC） inhibitors {1-[6-((17β-3-Methoxyestra-1,3,5（10）-trien-17-yl)amino)hexyl]-2,5-pyrrolidinedione} （U-73122）.The intracellular-free calcium ion concentration ([Ca2+]i) increased during HS at 37℃ in suspension-cultured Arabi-dopsis cells expressing apoaequorin.Treatment with U-73122 prevented the increase of [Ca2+]ito some extent.Aboveresults provided primary evidence for the possible involvement of IP3in HS signal transduction in higher plants.
