The thermomechanical treatment process is effective in enhancing the properties of the lead frame copper alloy. In this study, an optimal pattern of the thermomechanical processes for Cu-Cr-Zr was investegated using an intelligent control technique consisting of neural networks and genetic algorithms. The input parameters of the artificial neural network (ANN) are the reduction ratio of cold rolling, aging temperature and aging time. The outputs of the ANN model are the two most important properties of hardness and conductivity. Based on the successfully trained ANN model, genetic algorithms (GA) are used to optimize the input parameters of the model and select perfect combinations of thermomechanical processing parameters and properties. The good generalization performance and optimized results of the integrated model are achieved.

An edge Lyman-alpha-based beam emission spectroscopy(LyBES)diagnostic,using a heating NBI(neutral beam injection)system,is currently under development on the HL-2. *** 2.-channel edge LyBES,which is intended to measure the density fluctuation in plasma edge(from R=1960 mm to R=2.2. mm)with an improved spatial resolution of 3.3 mm,is a complement to the existing conventional beam emission spectroscopy(BES)*** this article,we introduce the progress of LyBES diagnostic,including the collection optics,the monochromator,and the detector *** reflectance of the collection mirrors is measured to be~82.at 12. nm,and the aberration geometrical radius of the collection optics is tested to be~150μm in the aimed *** linear dispersion of the LyBES monochromator is designed to be~0.09 nm mm^(-1).The bandwidth of the detector system with the 5×10^(7)V A^(-1)preamplifier gain is measured to be~2.0 kHz,and the peak-to-peak noise of the detector system is tested to be~16 *** finalized design,components development and testing of the LyBES diagnostic have been completed at present,and an overall performance of the LyBES diagnostic is to be confirmed in the next HL-2. campaign.

This paper addresses the analysis of a novel parallel robot with 2.translational degrees of freedom (DOFs). The robot can position a rigid body in a plane with constant orientation. The kinematic structure of the robot is first described in detail. Some kinematic problems, such as the inverse and forward kinematics, velocity, and singularity are then analyzed. The working and assembly modes are discussed. Since it is the most important index to design a robot, the workspace of the robot is studied systematically in this paper. Based on the analysis of reachable workspace and singularity, a kind of workspace concept characterizing the region that the end-effector of the robot can reach in practice is defined. The results of this paper will be very useful for the design and application of the robot.

Based on ranging intersection theory, a new method which is simple and easy to operate was proposed for data collection in the mine surface deformation monitoring with GPS-RTK centering rod measurements. It can fully eliminate the inevitable shaking error and the vertical deflection, and to some extent weaken the multipath effect on the estimates of coordinates in a relatively short period of time, using high-frequency observations. The results show that three-dimensional coordinates with a height accuracy better than 1 cm, horizontal accuracy better than 2.4 cm can be achieved through only 15-30 s continuous observation by 2. Hz high-frequency and effectively improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of RTK, fully satisfying the high-speed and high-precision data acquisition in mine surface subsidence deformation monitoring.

Fire smoke movement of multi-floor and multi-room (MFMR) fire was studied at the model test building in State Key Laboratory of Fire science (SKLFS). The ingredient, temperature, air pressure difference and air velocity of smoke were measured and analyzed. Meanwhile, the hazard of smoke ingredient to exposed occupants was analyzed based on the national standard, Occupational Exposure Limit for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace (GBZ2.2.02.. The experimental results showed that the maximum temperature difference in MFMR fire was located along the vertical height from the fire source. With the spreading and diffusion of smoke, the temperature of smoke layer would tend to be no difference. In the fire of woodpile and kerosene, the main smoke ingredients such as SO 2., CO and CO 2.would first exceed human’s average physiological limit, while smoke ingredients such as NO and NO 2.would come behind. Because of the higher fluctuation range and frequency of air pressure difference of smoke in multi-layer building fire, the fire smoke would spread around everywhere of the passageway and made the human evacuation more difficult.

Method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to carry out suitability evaluation on the information service system of "Agricultural science and technology 110" in Sichuan Province,{2.. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation method are used to determine the evaluation index system and index weight. Suitability effect of the information service system of "Agricultural science and technology 110" is taken as the target layer. The five indices at criterion layer are the organizational mode of agricultural information service, the support system of agricultural information resources, the agricultural information transfer system, the capital source of agricultural information service, and the support system of agricultural information service. And the index layer includes the talent team of agent service, the interaction between the subject and object, the accuracy of agricultural information, the convenience of agricultural information transfer, the adequacy of fund, the efficiency in the use of fund, the status of information infrastructure and so on. Evaluation result shows that the information service system of "Agricultural science and technology 110" in Sichuan Province is suitable for the rural economic development at present. The major factors restricting the information service system are the lack of continuity, the weak infrastructure of agricultural information infrastructure, and the relatively low education level of agricultural producers. Therefore, we should further explore and improve the operation mechanism of agricultural information service, expand the capital source of agricultural information service, strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, and ensure the continuous operation of information service system.

Samples of black rock series collected from the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation, northwestern Hunan Province, china, were analyzed for trace elements. The trace element geochemical characteristics of the ore layer (high enrichments of Ni, Mo, V, U, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Tl and Ba; high U/Th ratios and LREE enriched patterns with positive Eu and Y anomalies) support the assumption that the Ni Mo polymetallic layer is of submarine hydrothermal origin. High field strength elements (HFSE) and lithophile elements such as Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, Li, Be, Rb, Cs, Th and Sc are remarkably higher in the upper unit than those in the lower unit of the Niutitang Formation. These features may reflect that hydrothermal contributions were diminished, and terrigenous constituents were increased in the sediments of the upper unit of the Niutitang Formation.

The reaction of 3,6-di-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yI)-s-tetrazine (DMPTZ, II) with CeIII salt [Ce(NO3)3 · 6H2.] generates a new ligand, N-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yl)-formimidoyl-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yl) hydrazone (L), and forms a new complex: a mononuclear complex [Ce(L)(NO3)2.(H2.)3] · NO3 (III). Crystal data for III: space group P-1, with a = 0.7133(4) nm, b = 1.1139(2. nm, c = 1.4572.3) nm, α= 102.13(2.°, β= 99.81(3)°, γ= 91.10(3)°, Z = 2. V = 1113.6(7) nm3, μ = 2.12. mm?1 and F(000) = 630. L acts as a tri-dentate chelating ligand in III. There are 10 coordination sites around Ce3+ of III, which are respectively occupied by seven oxygen atoms (four from two nitrate anions and three from three H2. molecules) and three nitrogen atoms (all from L). The cerium atom and three chelating nitrogen atoms are coplanar. The mechanism of the metal assisted decomposition is discussed briefly.

In the current work, chryosphanol (MHAQ) was isolated and purified from rheum, and the photosensitization activities were studied. In nitrogen-saturated DMSO solution, irradia- tion of chryosphanol (MHAQ) with visible light (>430 nm) produced the semiquinone radical anions (MHAQ??), which was intensified significantly by an electron donor NADH, suggesting electron transfer between the excited and ground state photosensitizer molecules. In an air-saturated DMSO solution, superoxide radical anions (O2.), trapped by DMPO, were detected. ?? It was proved that O2.was not originated from the singlet oxygen (1O2. but dependent on DMPO, ?? chrysophanol, oxygen and the irradiation time. The singlet oxygen and OH could also be pro- ? duced by the photosensitization of the photosensitizer. These suggest that chrysophanol pos- sesses the photosensitization activity via Type I mechanism and Type II mechanism. To evaluate the photosensitization activities of MHAQ, emodin and mixed anthraquinone derivatives ex- tracted from rheum, the relative productivities of O2.were estimated to be 1.8, 1.1 and 1.0 re- ?? spectively and the quantum yields for singlet oxygen to be 0.36, 0.53 and 0.14 respectively. Therefore, these low-cost pigments may be potentially used as phototherapeutic medicine for some kind of vascular diseases or photo-activated pesticides.
