Anabarites belong to small shelly fossils (SSF), which occur widely in the Lower Cambrian strata of Yangtze Platform in South china. They are phosphate shell in composition and represent the earliest stage of the Cambrian bioradiation of Bilateria, the so-called "Cambrian Explosion". In this study, we attempted to separate Anabarites fossils from Lower Cambrian dolostones, and we obtained samples of both the fossils (SSF) and the granular phosphates (GP). Isotopic analyses were performed on samples of SSF, GP, and matrix dolostone (DH-2.). The results showed that the δ30Si values of the quartz filling in fossils celoms, and the siliceous materials in granular phosphates are -0.6‰ and -0.7‰, which is different from normal sedimentary siliceous rocks from the Lower Cambrian strata (0—0.7‰) as reported by Li et al., but is consistent with the data for siliceous rocks and cherts of submarine hydrothermal origin. It is likely that a later hydrothermal replacement could have taken place in the SSF-bearing sedimentary rocks. The oxygen isotope values of the phosphate of SSF and GP are 16.8‰ and 17.0‰, respectively. These are significantly higher than the Neoproterozoic phosphate ores (10.9‰—13.9‰) as reported by Ling et al., hence, late diagenesis and hydrothermal replacement may not have caused a significant change in the oxygen isotope compositions of the small shelly fossils, and the calculated temperatures (2..4—2..3℃) for palaeo-seawater using a SSF phosphate oxygen isotope thermometer are therefore considered here as the upper limit of seawater temperature in the Early Cambrian ocean of the Yangtze Platform.

The characteristics of transmission spectra for the all fiber, multi-cavity Fabry- Perot （FP） configuration based on fiber Bragg gratings （FBG） are theoretically analyzed and modeled. The general transmission matrix function for the structure with any number of cavities is derived, and explicit expression of the power trans- mission coefficient for symmetrical two-cavity FP is presented. The general condi- tions for flat-top single resonant peak at the central wavelength in FBG stop band are derived and verified in the numerical simulation section. The transmission peaks of single-cavity and two-cavity FP structures are compared and discussed, and results show that compared to the single-cavity FP, flatness of the top and steepness at the edge of transmission peak can be improved by introducing one more cavity. The resonant transmission peak properties of two-cavity structure are investigated in detail for various values of cavity length and FBGs with different reflection characteristics, and the design guidelines for transmission-type filters are presented. The results show that the steepness of peak slope can be improved by increase of FBG reflectivities, and these kinds of filters can be used as nar- row-band single-channel selectors and multi-channel wavelength de-multiplexing by properly choosing the length of cavities and reflectivities of FBGs.

Influence of CO2.corrosion on reservoir mineralogical composition,pore structure and their mechanical characteristics was studied using XRD,SEM,rock tri-axial machine and core flow experimental *** was found that the corrosion effect was mainly attributed to rock texture and structure,fluid composition and external dynamical conditions in the experimental *** cores with bedding structures,their bedding surfaces were the preferential corrosion regions,because micro-cracks would evolve at these surfaces in the pressure-releasing ***,for cores with massive structures controlled by stable water environment,the CO2.corrosion would result in pore enlargement and secondary pore *** gas velocity from outlet showed sharp increase in the injection process of CO2.H2. *** could be explained by two changes caused by *** was the opening and closure of *** other was particle *** the corrosion time increased,both tensile strength and compressive strength decreased,which confirmed decrease of cementation *** should also be noted that permeability increase and micro-cracks generation would pose damage to the capacity of CO2.geological storage.

The evolution of Tarim Basin experienced several tectonic movements,of which Caledonian movement caused a serious damage to reservoirs of Silurian. The earlier reservoirs size and the later hydrocarbon loss are two key factors to exploration prospect of Silurian. On the basis of net thickness of bituminous sandstone and recovery coefficient of crude oil converting to bitumen,the scale of the hydrocarbon loss of palaeo-accumulation in bitumen sandstone of Silurian was calculated (86.30×108t). The deter-mination of net thickness of bitumen sandstone was completed mainly by several methods,such as physical property demarcation,observing lithology,grains with oil inclusion (GOI) technology,and quantitative grains fluorescence (QGF) technology. The samples of black sandstone and white sand-stone were collected and compared by means of the methods mentioned above. The results showed that there was little hydrocarbon,or none,in the white sandstone. The recovery coefficient was ob-tained by the analyses of plentiful physical parameters of crude oil and bitumen sandstone,based on the hypothesis that nonhydrocarbon compounds and bitumen were invariable in the process of bitu-men forming. The calculated result,which is more scientific and actual,indicates the exploration pros-pect is more promising in Silurian of the Tarim Basin.

Based on clinopyroxene (cpx)-melt equilibrium thermobarometer, this paper deals with the calculation of the clinopyroxene-melt equilibrium temperature and pressure of basalts in Kuandian, Hannuoba and Mingxi areas, eastern china. These basalts all bear mantle xenoliths. The results indicate that the crystallizing temperature and pressure of clinopyroxene phenocrysts in alkaline basalts are commonly higher than those in subalkaline basalts and the crystallizing temperature and pressure of cpx megacrysts are higher than those of phenocrysts, which further confirms that the cpx megacrysts crystallized at higher pressure than cpx porphyritic crystals. The cpx phenocrysts at various pressures indicates that the cpx can crystallize continually along the way the magma moves up. Regression analysis shows, although the basalts bearing mantle xenoliths moved up very rapidly, heat diffusion rather than adiabatic process still occurred. The comparison of temperatures and pressures between the cpx phenocrysts and megacrysts crystallization and xenolith in alkali basalts demonstrates that host magma came deeper than the mantle xenoliths in terms of pressure and the xenoliths are therefore the upper mantle fragments captured by magma along the way up but not the source residues of the host magma as considered previously.

Attention has been paid to the deformations in the south and north foreland basins of the Tianshan Mountains and their relations to the tectonic movements of the mountains. Based on the seismic data interpretation and field work,the tectonic features,tectonic styles,controlling factors of deformation,deformation time,and their relationships in the three tectonic units were comparably studied. The Ce-nozoic deformations in the two foreland basins were characterized by zonation from south to north,segmentation from west to east,and layering from deep to shallow. The tectonic styles are compres-sive ones,including both basement-involved and cover-detaching. The two foreland basins underwent several times of deformation in Cenozoic and the deformations were transmitted from the Tianshan orogen to the inner basin. The deformation dynamics of the south and north foreland basins of the Tianshan Mountains can be represented by dynamics of orogenic wedges. In terms of the deformations of the wedges with wave-like features,the concept of a wave orogenic wedge was put forward,and a double wave orogenic wedge model was established.

The effects of Ru on the microstructure and stress-rupture property were investigated in two experimental Ni-based single crystal superalloys with and without Ru addition(5.1%,mass fraction).The results indicate that the morphology ofγ' precipitates in the dendrite core and interdendritic region are intermediate and nearly spherical,respectively,in the Ru-free alloy after being aged at 1100℃for 8 *** Re partitioning ratio increases due to Ru addition and Ru partitioned preferentially to theγphase in both dendrite core and interdendritic region of the Ru-containing alloy,which results in more negative lattice misfit and more cuboidalγ' ***,theγ' volume fraction increases while the precipitate size and y channel width decreases due to Ru addition in both dendrite core and interdendritic *** addition improves the stress-rupture life at 1100℃/140 MPa significantly due to higherγ' volume fraction,more negative lattice misfit and a well rafting structure as well as lessγchannel width.

Laβ-Al2.3 solid electrolytes were synthesized directly and their conductivities were measured in terms of ac impedance *** magnitude of conductivities is 10-6 to 10-2.S·*** on these data, the dependence of the conductivity of Laβ-Al2.3 upon the temperature and the dopant concentration in the electrolytes was studied, and the activation energy for conduction was calculated, which is 0.89 eV to 1.02.eV from 450℃ to 1000℃. The ion transference numbers were also determined.
