It is well known that marine sponges harbor large numbers of bacteria,some of which have been proved to be *** diversity of bacteria in marine sponges distributed along the coast of South china Sea has been previously studied but that of bacteria in sponges inhabiting the open sea has been rarely *** this report,the diversity of bacteria associated with the marine sponge Agelas robusta from a remote coral reef in the South china Sea was documented employing 16S rDNA library construction,amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis（ARDRA） and phylogenetic analysis.A total of 32.phylotypes were finally categorized in nine phyla including Cyanobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,Planctomycetes,Bacteroidetes and *** dominant phylum was Proteobacteria whereas the dominant genus was Synechococcus in *** spongespecific bacteria were also found in the bacteria population,but the proportion（5 OTUs/32.OTUs） was much lower than other *** study reveals the phylogenetic diversity of bacteria in *** and confirms the presence of some sponge-specific bacteria in the South china *** the diversity of sponge-associated bacteria in china assists to exploit the bacteria resources for biotechnology.

Field investigations and aerial photography after the earthquake of May 12. 2.08 show a large number of geo-hazards in the zone of extreme earthquake effects. In particular, landslides and debris flows, the geo-hazards that most threaten post-disaster reconstruction, are widely distributed. We describe the characteristics of these geo-hazards in Beichuan County using high-resolution remote sensing of landslide distribution, and the relationships between the area and volume of landslides and the peak-discharges of debris flows both pre- and post-earthquake. The results show： 1） The concentration （defined as the number of landslide sources per unit area： Lc） of earthquake- triggered landslides is inversely correlated with distance from the earthquake （DF） fault. The relationship is described by the following equation： Lc = 3.2.64exp（-0.0831DF）（R2.= 0.92.6）; 2. 87 % of the earthquake-triggered landslides were less than 15× 10^4 m2.in area, and these accounted only for 5o% of the total area; 84% of the landslide volumes were less than 60×10^4 m3, and these accounted only for 50% of the total volume. The probability densities of the area and volume distributions are correlated： landslide abundance increases with landslide area and volume up to maximum values of 5 ×10^4m2.and 30 ×10^4 m3, respectively, and then decreases exponentially. 3） The area （AL） and volume （VL） of earthquake-triggered landslides are correlated as described with the following equation： VL=6.5138AL1.02.7 （R2.= 0.92.1）; 4）Characteristics of the debris flows changed after the earthquake because of the large amount of landslide material deposited in the gullies. Consequently, debris flow peak-discharge increased following the earthquake as described with the following equation： Vpost = 0.842.Vprel-0972.（R2.= 0.982.）（Vpre is the peak discharge ofpre-earthquake flows and the Vpost is the peak discharge of post-earthquake flows）. 针对多媒体通信中域间访问效率较低的问题,基于H.2.5Annex G协议,研究ITU-T E.164码建议电话号码编码方式和DNS域名解析方法,采用地址驱动的路由寻址机制,提出一种基于准同域的域间动态路由寻址策略(qhAD策略)。此策略在上下级管理域之间使用H.2.5Annex G中的描述符分发类信令交换域地址模板以获取实时的域间地址信息,使各级管理域能保存一个与祖先信息有关的路由地址表,呼叫发起时向最近准同域级的祖先直接请求地址解析,从而使"准同域"类的呼叫路由寻址请求在一个相对小的域内得以解决。通过对策略延迟时间性能分析和模型仿真研究,得出qhAD寻址策略可以大大减少寻址响应的延迟,减少路由寻址中对信道的占用,减轻通信信道的负担。

Mapping forest fire risk zones with spatial data and principal component analysis

To estimate structural parameters and spectral component signatures of Earth surface cover type,quantitative remote sensing seems to be an appropriate way to deal with these *** the real physical system that couples the atmosphere with the land surface is very complicated and should be continuous,sometimes it requires comprehensive parameters to describe such a system,so any practical physical model can only be approximated by a model which includes only a limited number of the most important parameters that capture the major variation of the real system. The pivot problem for quantitative remote sensing is the *** problems are typically *** ill-posed nature is characterized by(C1) the solution may not exist;(C2. the dimension of the solution space may be infinite;(C3) the solution is not continuous with the variation of the observed *** issues exist for all quantitative remote sensing inverse problems. For example,when sampling is poor,i.e.,there are very few observations,or directions are poorly located,the inversion process would be underdetermined, which leads to the large condition number of the normalized systems and the significant noise ***(C2. and(C3) would be the chief difficulties for quantitative remote sensing inversion. This chapter will address the theory and methods from the viewpoint that the quantitative remote sensing inverse problems can be represented by kernel-based operator equations.

By integrating forest inventory data with remotely sensed data, new data layers for factors that affect forest fire potentials were generated for Baihe Forestry Bureau in Jilin Province of china. The principle component analysis was used to sort out the relationships between forest fire potentials and environmental factors. The classifications of these factors were performed with GIS, generating three maps: a fuel-based fire risk map, a topography-based fire risk map, and an anthropogenic-factor fire risk map. These three maps were then synthesized to generate the final fire risk map. The linear regression method was used to analyze the relationship between an area-weighted value of forest fire risks and the frequency of historical forest fires at each forest farm. The results showed that the most important factor contributing to forest fire ignition was topography, followed by anthropogenic factors.

This paper demonstrates an atmospheric correction method to process HJ-1A/B CCD images over chinese coastal waters with the aid of MODIS-Terra aerosol *** on the assumption of zero water-leaving radiance at the two near-infrared (NIR)bands or the shortwave infrared(SWIR)bands,the atmospheric aerosol optical depth(AOD)is firstly retrieved from MODIS-Terra with a simple extension of the NIR-SWIR combined atmospheric correction approach embedded in SeaDAS (SeaWiFS data analysis system).Then the"turbid"and"non-turbid"waters are separated by the turbid water *** probability of AOD at 551 nm band is derived based on the NIR information over"non-turbid"waters and FLAASH model is selected to do the atmospheric correction of the HJ-1A/B CCD imagery using the AOD values of highest probabilities as ***,according to the histogram of the AOD distribution at 551 nm band,the studied turbid water area is divided into several blocks and HJ-1A/B CCD imagery is corrected with the corresponding AOD values displayed with the highest frequency in each *** method has been applied to several HJ-1A/B images over chinese coastal waters and validated by synchronous in-situ *** results have shown that this method is effective in the atmospheric correction process of HJ-1A/B CCD images for ocean color {2. sensing study and application in the coastal waters.
